Mateo 6

Habt acht auf euer Almosen, daß ihr es nicht gebet vor den Menschen, um von ihnen angesehen zu werden: ihr habt anders keinen Lohn bei eurem Vater in den Himmeln.

MIRAD que no hagáis vuestra justicia delante de los hombres, para ser vistos de ellos: de otra manera no tendréis merced de vuestro Padre que está en los cielos.

Take heed that ye do not your alms before men, to be seen of them: otherwise ye have no reward of your Father which is in heaven.

“Be careful that you don’t do your charitable giving before men, to be seen by them, or else you have no reward from your Father who is in heaven.

Wenn du aber Almosen gibst, laß nicht vor dir her posaunen, wie die Heuchler tun in den Synagogen und in den Gassen, auf daß sie von den Leuten verherrlicht werden. Wahrlich, Ich sage euch, sie haben ihren Lohn dahin.

Cuando pues haces limosna, no hagas tocar trompeta delante de ti, como hacen los hipócritas en las sinagogas y en las plazas, para ser estimados de los hombres: de cierto os digo, que ya tienen su recompensa.

Therefore when thou doest thine alms, do not sound a trumpet before thee, as the hypocrites do in the synagogues and in the streets, that they may have glory of men. Verily I say unto you, They have their reward.

Therefore, when you do merciful deeds, don’t sound a trumpet before yourself, as the hypocrites do in the synagogues and in the streets, that they may get glory from men. Most certainly I tell you, they have received their reward.

Wenn du aber Almosen gibst, laß deine linke Hand nicht wissen, was deine rechte tut;

Mas cuando tú haces limosna, no sepa tu izquierda lo que hace tu derecha;

But when thou doest alms, let not thy left hand know what thy right hand doeth:

But when you do merciful deeds, don’t let your left hand know what your right hand does,

Auf daß dein Almosen im Verborgenen sei, und dein Vater, Der in das Verborgene sieht, wird dir es selber vergelten öffentlich.

Para que sea tu limosna en secreto: y tu Padre que ve en secreto, él te recompensará en público.

That thine alms may be in secret: and thy Father which seeth in secret himself shall reward thee openly.

so that your merciful deeds may be in secret, then your Father who sees in secret will reward you openly.

Und wenn du betest, sollst du nicht sein wie die Heuchler, die da gerne in den Synagogen und an den Ecken der Straßen stehen und beten, damit sie vor den Menschen scheinen. Wahrlich, Ich sage euch, sie haben ihren Lohn dahin.

Y cuando oras, no seas como los hipócritas; porque ellos aman el orar en las sinagogas, y en los cantones de las calles en pie, para ser vistos de los hombres: de cierto os digo, que ya tienen su pago.

And when thou prayest, thou shalt not be as the hypocrites are: for they love to pray standing in the synagogues and in the corners of the streets, that they may be seen of men. Verily I say unto you, They have their reward.

“When you pray, you shall not be as the hypocrites, for they love to stand and pray in the synagogues and in the corners of the streets, that they may be seen by men. Most certainly, I tell you, they have received their reward.

Wenn du aber betest, so gehe ein in deine Kammer und verschließe deine Tür und bete zu deinem Vater im Verborgenen. Und dein Vater, Der in das Verborgene sieht, wird es dir vergelten öffentlich.

Mas tú, cuando oras, éntrate en tu cámara, y cerrada tu puerta, ora á tu Padre que está en secreto; y tu Padre que ve en secreto, te recompensará en público.

But thou, when thou prayest, enter into thy closet, and when thou hast shut thy door, pray to thy Father which is in secret; and thy Father which seeth in secret shall reward thee openly.

But you, when you pray, enter into your inner room, and having shut your door, pray to your Father who is in secret; and your Father who sees in secret will reward you openly.

Wenn ihr aber betet, sollt ihr nicht plappern wie die Heiden, denn sie meinen, sie werden erhört, wenn sie viele Worte machen.

Y orando, no seáis prolijos, como los Gentiles; que piensan que por su parlería serán oídos.

But when ye pray, use not vain repetitions, as the heathen do: for they think that they shall be heard for their much speaking.

In praying, don’t use vain repetitions as the Gentiles do; for they think that they will be heard for their much speaking.

Seid denn ihnen nicht ähnlich; denn euer Vater weiß, was ihr bedürfet, ehe denn ihr Ihn bittet.

No os hagáis, pues, semejantes á ellos; porque vuestro Padre sabe de qué cosas tenéis necesidad, antes que vosotros le pidáis.

Be not ye therefore like unto them: for your Father knoweth what things ye have need of, before ye ask him.

Therefore don’t be like them, for your Father knows what things you need before you ask him.

Darum sollt ihr also beten: Unser Vater in den Himmeln. Geheiligt werde Dein Name;

Vosotros pues, oraréis así: Padre nuestro que estás en los cielos, santificado sea tu nombre.

After this manner therefore pray ye: Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name.

Pray like this: “‘Our Father in heaven, may your name be kept holy.

Dein Reich komme. Dein Wille geschehe, wie im Himmel, also auch auf Erden.

Venga tu reino. Sea hecha tu voluntad, como en el cielo, así también en la tierra.

Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven.

Let your Kingdom come. Let your will be done on earth as it is in heaven.

Gib uns heute unser tägliches Brot.

Danos hoy nuestro pan cotidiano.

Give us this day our daily bread.

Give us today our daily bread.

Und vergib uns unsre Schulden, wie auch wir vergeben unsern Schuldnern.

Y perdónanos nuestras deudas, como también nosotros perdonamos á nuestros deudores.

And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors.

Und führe uns nicht in Versuchung, sondern errette uns von dem Übel; denn Dein ist das Reich und die Kraft und die Herrlichkeit in Ewigkeit. Amen.

Y no nos metas en tentación, mas líbranos del mal: porque tuyo es el reino, y el poder, y la gloria, por todos los siglos. Amén.

And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil: For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. Amen.

Denn so ihr den Menschen ihre Fehle vergebt, so wird euch euer himmlischer Vater auch vergeben.

Porque si perdonareis á los hombres sus ofensas, os perdonará también á vosotros vuestro Padre celestial.

For if ye forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you:

“For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you.

Wenn ihr aber den Menschen ihre Fehle nicht vergebet, so wird euer Vater eure Fehle auch nicht vergeben.

Mas si no perdonareis á los hombres sus ofensas, tampoco vuestro Padre os perdonará vuestras ofensas.

But if ye forgive not men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.

But if you don’t forgive men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.

Wenn ihr aber fastet, sehet nicht düster drein, wie die Heuchler; denn sie entstellen ihre Angesichter, auf daß sie vor den Menschen scheinen mit ihrem Fasten. Wahrlich, Ich sage euch, sie haben ihren Lohn dahin.

Y cuando ayunáis, no seáis como los hipócritas, austeros; porque ellos demudan sus rostros para parecer á los hombres que ayunan: de cierto os digo, que ya tienen su pago.

Moreover when ye fast, be not, as the hypocrites, of a sad countenance: for they disfigure their faces, that they may appear unto men to fast. Verily I say unto you, They have their reward.

“Moreover when you fast, don’t be like the hypocrites, with sad faces. For they disfigure their faces that they may be seen by men to be fasting. Most certainly I tell you, they have received their reward.

Wenn du aber fastest, salbe dein Haupt und wasche dein Angesicht.

Mas tú, cuando ayunas, unge tu cabeza y lava tu rostro;

But thou, when thou fastest, anoint thine head, and wash thy face;

But you, when you fast, anoint your head and wash your face,

Auf daß du nicht vor den Menschen scheinst mit deinem Fasten, sondern vor deinem Vater im Verborgenen; und dein Vater, Der in das Verborgene sieht, wird es dir vergelten öffentlich.

Para no parecer á los hombres que ayunas, sino á tu Padre que está en secreto: y tu Padre que ve en secreto, te recompensará en público.

That thou appear not unto men to fast, but unto thy Father which is in secret: and thy Father, which seeth in secret, shall reward thee openly.

so that you are not seen by men to be fasting, but by your Father who is in secret; and your Father, who sees in secret, will reward you.

Speichert euch nicht Schätze auf Erden, wo sie Motte und Rost fressen, und wo Diebe einbrechen und stehlen.

No os hagáis tesoros en la tierra, donde la polilla y el orín corrompe, y donde ladrones minan y hurtan;

Lay not up for yourselves treasures upon earth, where moth and rust doth corrupt, and where thieves break through and steal:

“Don’t lay up treasures for yourselves on the earth, where moth and rust consume, and where thieves break through and steal;

Speichert euch aber Schätze auf im Himmel, wo weder Motte noch Rost sie frißt, und wo Diebe nicht einbrechen noch stehlen.

Mas haceos tesoros en el cielo, donde ni polilla ni orín corrompe, y donde ladrones no minan ni hurtan:

But lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust doth corrupt, and where thieves do not break through nor steal:

but lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust consume, and where thieves don’t break through and steal;

Denn wo euer Schatz ist, da ist auch euer Herz.

Porque donde estuviere vuestro tesoro, allí estará vuestro corazón.

For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.

for where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.

Des Leibes Leuchte ist das Auge. Wenn nun dein Auge einfältig ist, so ist dein ganzer Leib licht.

La lámpara del cuerpo es el ojo: así que, si tu ojo fuere sincero, todo tu cuerpo será luminoso:

The light of the body is the eye: if therefore thine eye be single, thy whole body shall be full of light.

“The lamp of the body is the eye. If therefore your eye is sound, your whole body will be full of light.

Wenn aber dein Auge arg ist, so ist dein ganzer Leib finster. Wenn nun das Licht in dir Finsternis ist, wie groß ist die Finsternis.

Mas si tu ojo fuere malo, todo tu cuerpo será tenebroso. Así que, si la lumbre que en ti hay son tinieblas, ¿cuántas serán las mismas tinieblas?

But if thine eye be evil, thy whole body shall be full of darkness. If therefore the light that is in thee be darkness, how great is that darkness!

But if your eye is evil, your whole body will be full of darkness. If therefore the light that is in you is darkness, how great is the darkness!

Niemand kann zwei Herren dienen; denn entweder wird er den einen hassen und den andern lieben; oder wird er dem einen anhangen und den andern verachten. Ihr könnt nicht Gott dienen und dem Mammon.

Ninguno puede servir á dos señores; porque ó aborrecerá al uno y amará al otro, ó se llegará al uno y menospreciará al otro: no podéis servir á Dios y á Mammón.

No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon.

“No one can serve two masters, for either he will hate the one and love the other, or else he will be devoted to one and despise the other. You can’t serve both God and Mammon.

Darum sage Ich euch: Sorget nicht für eure Seele, was ihr essen und was ihr trinken werdet; noch für euren Leib, was ihr antun werdet. Ist nicht die Seele mehr als die Nahrung und der Leib mehr als die Kleidung?

Por tanto os digo: No os congojéis por vuestra vida, qué habéis de comer, ó qué habéis de beber; ni por vuestro cuerpo, qué habéis de vestir: ¿no es la vida más que el alimento, y el cuerpo que el vestido?

Therefore I say unto you, Take no thought for your life, what ye shall eat, or what ye shall drink; nor yet for your body, what ye shall put on. Is not the life more than meat, and the body than raiment?

Therefore I tell you, don’t be anxious for your life: what you will eat, or what you will drink; nor yet for your body, what you will wear. Isn’t life more than food, and the body more than clothing?

Seht das Gevögel des Himmels an, sie säen nicht, sie ernten nicht, auch sammeln sie nicht in Scheunen, und euer himmlischer Vater nähret sie doch. Seid ihr nicht mehr denn sie.

Mirad las aves del cielo, que no siembran, ni siegan, ni allegan en alfolíes; y vuestro Padre celestial las alimenta. ¿No sois vosotros mucho mejores que ellas?

Behold the fowls of the air: for they sow not, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feedeth them. Are ye not much better than they?

See the birds of the sky, that they don’t sow, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns. Your heavenly Father feeds them. Aren’t you of much more value than they?

Wer von euch kann mit Sorgen seinem Wuchse eine Elle hinzutun?

Mas ¿quién de vosotros podrá, congojándose, añadir á su estatura un codo?

Which of you by taking thought can add one cubit unto his stature?

“Which of you by being anxious, can add one moment to his lifespan?

Und was sorget ihr für die Kleidung? Betrachtet die Lilien des Feldes, wie sie wachsen; sie mühen sich nicht ab, auch spinnen sie nicht.

Y por el vestido ¿por qué os congojáis? Reparad los lirios del campo, cómo crecen; no trabajan ni hilan;

And why take ye thought for raiment? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow; they toil not, neither do they spin:

Why are you anxious about clothing? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow. They don’t toil, neither do they spin,

Ich aber sage euch: Auch Salomoh in all seiner Herrlichkeit war nicht umkleidet wie derselben eine.

Mas os digo, que ni aun Salomón con toda su gloria fué vestido así como uno de ellos.

And yet I say unto you, That even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these.

So denn Gott das Gras des Feldes, das heute da ist und morgen in den Ofen geworfen wird, also ankleidet, um wie viel mehr euch, ihr Kleingläubigen!

Y si la hierba del campo que hoy es, y mañana es echada en el horno, Dios la viste así, ¿no hará mucho más á vosotros, hombres de poca fe?

Wherefore, if God so clothe the grass of the field, which to day is, and to morrow is cast into the oven, shall he not much more clothe you, O ye of little faith?

But if God so clothes the grass of the field, which today exists and tomorrow is thrown into the oven, won’t he much more clothe you, you of little faith?

Deshalb sollt ihr nicht sorgen und sagen: Was sollen wir essen, was sollen wir trinken, womit sollen wir uns umkleiden?

No os congojéis pues, diciendo: ¿Qué comeremos, ó qué beberemos, ó con qué nos cubriremos?

Therefore take no thought, saying, What shall we eat? or, What shall we drink? or, Wherewithal shall we be clothed?

“Therefore don’t be anxious, saying, ‘What will we eat?’, ‘What will we drink?’ or, ‘With what will we be clothed?’

Nach solch allem trachten die Heiden; denn euer himmlischer Vater weiß ja, daß ihr dies alles bedürfet.

Porque los Gentiles buscan todas estas cosas: que vuestro Padre celestial sabe que de todas estas cosas habéis menester.

(For after all these things do the Gentiles seek:) for your heavenly Father knoweth that ye have need of all these things.

For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things.

Trachtet am ersten nach dem Reiche Gottes und nach Seiner Gerechtigkeit; dann wird euch dies alles hinzugetan.

Mas buscad primeramente el reino de Dios y su justicia, y todas estas cosas os serán añadidas.

But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.

But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well.

Darum sorget nicht für den morgenden Tag; denn der morgende Tag wird für das Seine sorgen. Genug für den Tag ist sein Böses.

Así que, no os congojéis por el día de mañana; que el día de mañana traerá su fatiga: basta al día su afán.

Take therefore no thought for the morrow: for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself. Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof.

Therefore don’t be anxious for tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Each day’s own evil is sufficient.
