And Jesus put forth his hand, and touched him, saying, I will; be thou clean. And immediately his leprosy was cleansed.

Entonces Jesús le dijo: Mira, no lo digas á nadie; mas ve, muéstrate al sacerdote, y ofrece el presente que mandó Moisés, para testimonio á ellos.

And when Jesus was entered into Capernaum, there came unto him a centurion, beseeching him,

und sprach: Herr, mein Knecht liegt zu Hause gelähmt und wird schrecklich gequält.
Y diciendo: Señor, mi mozo yace en casa paralítico, gravemente atormentado.
And saying, Lord, my servant lieth at home sick of the palsy, grievously tormented.

Und Jesus spricht zu ihm: Ich will kommen und ihn heilen.

Der Hauptmann aber antwortete und sprach: Herr, ich bin nicht würdig, dass du unter mein Dach tretest; sondern sprich nur ein Wort, und mein Knecht wird gesund werden.
Y respondió el centurión, y dijo: Señor, no soy digno de que entres debajo de mi techado; mas solamente di la palabra, y mi mozo sanará.
The centurion answered and said, Lord, I am not worthy that thou shouldest come under my roof: but speak the word only, and my servant shall be healed.

Denn auch ich bin ein Mensch unter Gewalt und habe Soldaten unter mir; und ich sage zu diesem: Geh hin, und er geht; und zu einem anderen: Komm, und er kommt; und zu meinem Knecht: Tu dieses, und er tut es.
Porque también yo soy hombre bajo de potestad, y tengo bajo de mí soldados: y digo á éste: Ve, y va; y al otro: Ven, y viene; y á mi siervo: Haz esto, y lo hace.
For I am a man under authority, having soldiers under me: and I say to this man, Go, and he goeth; and to another, Come, and he cometh; and to my servant, Do this, and he doeth it.

Als aber Jesus es hörte, verwunderte er sich und sprach zu denen, die nachfolgten: Wahrlich, ich sage euch, selbst nicht in Israel habe ich so großen Glauben gefunden.
Y oyendo Jesús, se maravilló, y dijo á los que le seguían: De cierto os digo, que ni aun en Israel he hallado fe tanta.
When Jesus heard it, he marvelled, and said to them that followed, Verily I say unto you, I have not found so great faith, no, not in Israel.

aber die Söhne des Reiches werden hinausgeworfen werden in die äußere Finsternis: Da wird sein das Weinen und das Zähneknirschen.

Und Jesus sprach zu dem Hauptmann: Geh hin, und dir geschehe, wie du geglaubt hast. Und sein Knecht wurde gesund in jener Stunde.
Entonces Jesús dijo al centurión: Ve, y como creiste te sea hecho. Y su mozo fué sano en el mismo momento.
And Jesus said unto the centurion, Go thy way; and as thou hast believed, so be it done unto thee. And his servant was healed in the selfsame hour.
Jesus said to the centurion, “Go your way. Let it be done for you as you have believed.” His servant was healed in that hour.
Und als Jesus in das Haus des Petrus gekommen war, sah er dessen Schwiegermutter fieberkrank daniederliegen.
Y vino Jesús á casa de Pedro, y vió á su suegra echada en cama, y con fiebre.
And when Jesus was come into Peter’s house, he saw his wife’s mother laid, and sick of a fever.

Und die Jünger traten hinzu, weckten ihn auf und sprachen: Herr, rette uns, wir kommen um!
Y llegándose sus discípulos, le despertaron, diciendo: Señor, sálvanos, que perecemos.
And his disciples came to him, and awoke him, saying, Lord, save us: we perish.

Und er spricht zu ihnen: Was seid ihr furchtsam, Kleingläubige? Dann stand er auf und bedrohte die Winde und den See; und es wurde eine große Stille.
Y él les dice: ¿Por qué teméis, hombres de poca fe? Entonces, levantándose, reprendió á los vientos y á la mar; y fué grande bonanza.
And he saith unto them, Why are ye fearful, O ye of little faith? Then he arose, and rebuked the winds and the sea; and there was a great calm.
He said to them, “Why are you fearful, O you of little faith?” Then he got up, rebuked the wind and the sea, and there was a great calm.
Die Menschen aber verwunderten sich und sprachen: Was für einer ist dieser, dass auch die Winde und der See ihm gehorchen?
Y los hombres se maravillaron, diciendo: ¿Qué hombre es éste, que aun los vientos y la mar le obedecen?
But the men marvelled, saying, What manner of man is this, that even the winds and the sea obey him!

Und als er an das jenseitige Ufer gekommen war, in das Land der Gergesener, begegneten ihm zwei Besessene, die aus den Grüften hervorkamen, sehr wütend, so dass niemand jenes Weges vorbeizugehen vermochte.
Y como él hubo llegado en la otra ribera al país de los Gergesenos, le vinieron al encuentro dos endemoniados que salían de los sepulcros, fieros en gran manera, que nadie podía pasar por aquel camino.
And when he was come to the other side into the country of the Gergesenes, there met him two possessed with devils, coming out of the tombs, exceeding fierce, so that no man might pass by that way.
When he came to the other side, into the country of the Gergesenes, two people possessed by demons met him there, coming out of the tombs, exceedingly fierce, so that nobody could pass that way.
Und siehe, sie schrien und sprachen: Was haben wir mit dir zu schaffen, Sohn Gottes? Bist du hierhergekommen, vor der Zeit uns zu quälen?
Y he aquí clamaron, diciendo: ¿Qué tenemos contigo, Jesús, Hijo de Dios? ¿has venido acá á molestarnos antes de tiempo?
And, behold, they cried out, saying, What have we to do with thee, Jesus, thou Son of God? art thou come hither to torment us before the time?
Behold, they cried out, saying, “What do we have to do with you, Jesus, Son of God? Have you come here to torment us before the time?”
Es war aber fern von ihnen eine Herde vieler Schweine, die weidete.
Y estaba lejos de ellos un hato de muchos puercos paciendo.
And there was a good way off from them an herd of many swine feeding.
Now there was a herd of many pigs feeding far away from them.
Die Dämonen aber baten ihn und sprachen: Wenn du uns austreibst, so sende uns in die Herde Schweine.
Y los demonios le rogaron, diciendo: Si nos echas, permítenos ir á aquel hato de puercos.
So the devils besought him, saying, If thou cast us out, suffer us to go away into the herd of swine.
The demons begged him, saying, “If you cast us out, permit us to go away into the herd of pigs.”
Und er sprach zu ihnen: Geht hin. Sie aber fuhren aus und fuhren in die Herde Schweine. Und siehe, die ganze Herde Schweine stürzte sich den Abhang hinab in den See, und sie kamen um in dem Gewässer.
Y les dijo: Id. Y ellos salieron, y se fueron á aquel hato de puercos: y he aquí, todo el hato de los puercos se precipitó de un despeñadero en la mar, y murieron en las aguas.
And he said unto them, Go. And when they were come out, they went into the herd of swine: and, behold, the whole herd of swine ran violently down a steep place into the sea, and perished in the waters.
He said to them, “Go!” They came out and went into the herd of pigs; and behold, the whole herd of pigs rushed down the cliff into the sea and died in the water.
Die Hüter aber flohen und gingen in die Stadt und verkündeten alles und das von den Besessenen.
Y los porqueros huyeron, y viniendo á la ciudad, contaron todas las cosas, y lo que había pasado con los endemoniados.
And they that kept them fled, and went their ways into the city, and told every thing, and what was befallen to the possessed of the devils.
Those who fed them fled and went away into the city and told everything, including what happened to those who were possessed with demons.
Und siehe, die ganze Stadt ging hinaus, Jesus entgegen, und als sie ihn sahen, baten sie, dass er aus ihren Grenzen weggehen möchte. –
Y he aquí, toda la ciudad salió á encontrar á Jesús: y cuando le vieron, le rogaban que saliese de sus términos.
And, behold, the whole city came out to meet Jesus: and when they saw him, they besought him that he would depart out of their coasts.
Behold, all the city came out to meet Jesus. When they saw him, they begged that he would depart from their borders.
