E, vedendo le turbe, n'ebbe compassione, perciocchè erano stanchi e dispersi, a guisa di pecore che non hanno pastore.

Y viendo las gentes, tuvo compasión de ellas; porque estaban derramadas y esparcidas como ovejas que no tienen pastor.

But when he saw the multitudes, he was moved with compassion on them, because they fainted, and were scattered abroad, as sheep having no shepherd.
