Jésus étant donc monté dans la barque, repassa le lac et vint dans sa ville.

ENTONCES entrando en el barco, pasó á la otra parte, y vino á su ciudad.

Et voilà qu'on lui présenta un paralytique, étendu sur un lit. Jésus, voyant leur foi, dit au paralytique : " Mon fils, aie confiance, tes péchés te sont remis. "

And, behold, they brought to him a man sick of the palsy, lying on a bed: and Jesus seeing their faith said unto the sick of the palsy; Son, be of good cheer; thy sins be forgiven thee.

Pues para que sepáis que el Hijo del hombre tiene potestad en la tierra de perdonar pecados, (dice entonces al paralítico): Levántate, toma tu cama, y vete á tu casa.

But that ye may know that the Son of man hath power on earth to forgive sins, (then saith he to the sick of the palsy,) Arise, take up thy bed, and go unto thine house.

Étant parti de là, Jésus vit un homme, nommé Matthieu, assis au bureau de péage, et il lui dit : " Suis-moi. " Celui-ci se leva, et le suivit.

Y pasando Jesús de allí, vió á un hombre que estaba sentado al banco de los públicos tributos, el cual se llamaba Mateo; y dícele: Sígueme. Y se levantó, y le siguió.

And as Jesus passed forth from thence, he saw a man, named Matthew, sitting at the receipt of custom: and he saith unto him, Follow me. And he arose, and followed him.

As Jesus passed by from there, he saw a man called Matthew sitting at the tax collection office. He said to him, “Follow me.” He got up and followed him.

Or il arriva que Jésus étant à table dans la maison de Matthieu, un grand nombre de publicains et de pécheurs vinrent prendre place avec lui et ses disciples.

Y aconteció que estando él sentado á la mesa en casa, he aquí que muchos publicanos y pecadores, que habían venido, se sentaron juntamente á la mesa con Jesús y sus discípulos.

And it came to pass, as Jesus sat at meat in the house, behold, many publicans and sinners came and sat down with him and his disciples.

Ce que voyant, les Pharisiens dirent à ses disciples : " Pourquoi votre maître mange-t-il avec les publicains et les pécheurs ? "

And when the Pharisees saw it, they said unto his disciples, Why eateth your Master with publicans and sinners?

Jésus, entendant cela, leur dit : " Ce ne sont point les bien portants qui ont besoin de médecin, mais les malades.

Y oyéndolo Jesús, les dijo: Los que están sanos no tienen necesidad de médico, sino los enfermos.

But when Jesus heard that, he said unto them, They that be whole need not a physician, but they that are sick.

Allez apprendre ce que signifie cette parole : Je veux la miséricorde et non le sacrifice. Car je ne suis pas venu appeler les justes, mais les pécheurs. "

Andad pues, y aprended qué cosa es: Misericordia quiero, y no sacrificio: porque no he venido á llamar justos, sino pecadores á arrepentimiento.

But go ye and learn what that meaneth, I will have mercy, and not sacrifice: for I am not come to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance.

But you go and learn what this means: ‘I desire mercy, and not sacrifice,’ for I came not to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance.”

Alors les disciples de Jean vinrent le trouver, et lui dirent : " Pourquoi, tandis que les Pharisiens et nous, nous jeûnons souvent, vos disciples ne jeûnent-ils pas ? "

Entonces los discípulos de Juan vienen á él, diciendo: ¿Por qué nosotros y los Fariseos ayunamos muchas veces, y tus discípulos no ayunan?

Then came to him the disciples of John, saying, Why do we and the Pharisees fast oft, but thy disciples fast not?

Then John’s disciples came to him, saying, “Why do we and the Pharisees fast often, but your disciples don’t fast?”

Jésus leur répondit : " Les amis de l'époux peuvent-ils s'attrister pendant que l'époux est avec eux ? Mais viendront des jours où l'époux leur sera enlevé, et alors ils jeûneront.

Y Jesús les dijo: ¿Pueden los que son de bodas tener luto entre tanto que el esposo está con ellos? mas vendrán días cuando el esposo será quitado de ellos, y entonces ayunarán.

And Jesus said unto them, Can the children of the bridechamber mourn, as long as the bridegroom is with them? but the days will come, when the bridegroom shall be taken from them, and then shall they fast.

Personne ne met une pièce d'étoffe neuve à un vieux vêtement ; car elle emporte quelque chose du vêtement, et la déchirure en est pire.

Y nadie echa remiendo de paño recio en vestido viejo; porque el tal remiendo tira del vestido, y se hace peor la rotura.

No man putteth a piece of new cloth unto an old garment, for that which is put in to fill it up taketh from the garment, and the rent is made worse.

No one puts a piece of unshrunk cloth on an old garment; for the patch would tear away from the garment, and a worse hole is made.

On ne met pas non plus du vin nouveau dans des outres vieilles ; autrement, les outres se rompent, le vin se répand et les outres sont perdues. Mais on met le vin nouveau dans des outres neuves, et tous les deux se conservent. "

Ni echan vino nuevo en cueros viejos: de otra manera los cueros se rompen, y el vino se derrama, y se pierden los cueros; mas echan el vino nuevo en cueros nuevos, y lo uno y lo otro se conserva juntamente.

Neither do men put new wine into old bottles: else the bottles break, and the wine runneth out, and the bottles perish: but they put new wine into new bottles, and both are preserved.

Neither do people put new wine into old wineskins, or else the skins would burst, and the wine be spilled, and the skins ruined. No, they put new wine into fresh wineskins, and both are preserved.”

Comme il leur parlait ainsi, un chef de la synagogue entra, et se prosternant devant lui, il lui dit : " Ma fille vient de mourir ; mais venez, imposez votre main sur elle, et elle vivra. "

Hablando él estas cosas á ellos, he aquí vino un principal, y le adoraba, diciendo: Mi hija es muerta poco ha: mas ven y pon tu mano sobre ella, y vivirá.

While he spake these things unto them, behold, there came a certain ruler, and worshipped him, saying, My daughter is even now dead: but come and lay thy hand upon her, and she shall live.

While he told these things to them, behold, a ruler came and worshiped him, saying, “My daughter has just died, but come and lay your hand on her, and she will live.”

Jésus se leva et le suivit avec ses disciples.

Y se levantó Jesús, y le siguió, y sus discípulos.

And Jesus arose, and followed him, and so did his disciples.

Et voilà qu'une femme, affligée d'un flux de sang depuis douze années, s'approcha par derrière et toucha la houppe de son manteau.

And, behold, a woman, which was diseased with an issue of blood twelve years, came behind him, and touched the hem of his garment:

Jésus se retourna, et la voyant, il lui dit : " Ayez confiance, ma fille, votre foi vous a guérie. " Et cette femme fut guérie à l'heure même.

Mas Jesús volviéndose, y mirándola, dijo: Confía, hija, tu fe te ha salvado. Y la mujer fué salva desde aquella hora.

But Jesus turned him about, and when he saw her, he said, Daughter, be of good comfort; thy faith hath made thee whole. And the woman was made whole from that hour.

But Jesus, turning around and seeing her, said, “Daughter, cheer up! Your faith has made you well.” And the woman was made well from that hour.

Lorsque Jésus fut arrivé à la maison du chef de la synagogue, voyant les joueurs de flûte et une foule qui faisait grand bruit, il leur dit :

Y llegado Jesús á casa del principal, viendo los tañedores de flautas, y la gente que hacía bullicio,

And when Jesus came into the ruler’s house, and saw the minstrels and the people making a noise,

When Jesus came into the ruler’s house and saw the flute players and the crowd in noisy disorder,

" Retirez-vous ; car la jeune fille n'est pas morte, mais elle dort " ; et ils se riaient de lui.

Díceles: Apartaos, que la muchacha no es muerta, mas duerme. Y se burlaban de él.

He said unto them, Give place: for the maid is not dead, but sleepeth. And they laughed him to scorn.

he said to them, “Make room, because the girl isn’t dead, but sleeping.” They were ridiculing him.

Lorsqu'on eut fait sortir cette foule, il entra, prit la main de la jeune fille, et elle se leva.

Y como la gente fué echada fuera, entró, y tomóla de la mano, y se levantó la muchacha.

But when the people were put forth, he went in, and took her by the hand, and the maid arose.

But when the crowd was sent out, he entered in, took her by the hand, and the girl arose.

Et le bruit s'en répandit dans tout le pays.

Y salió esta fama por toda aquella tierra.

And the fame hereof went abroad into all that land.

The report of this went out into all that land.

Comme Jésus poursuivait sa route, deux aveugles se mirent à le suivre, en disant à haute voix : " Fils de David, ayez pitié de nous. "

Y pasando Jesús de allí, le siguieron dos ciegos, dando voces y diciendo: Ten misericordia de nosotros, Hijo de David.

And when Jesus departed thence, two blind men followed him, crying, and saying, Thou Son of David, have mercy on us.

As Jesus passed by from there, two blind men followed him, calling out and saying, “Have mercy on us, son of David!”

Lorsqu'il fut entré dans la maison, les aveugles s'approchèrent de lui, et Jésus leur dit : " Croyez-vous que je puisse faire cela ? " Ils lui dirent : " Oui, Seigneur. "

Y llegado á la casa, vinieron á él los ciegos; y Jesús les dice: ¿Creéis que puedo hacer esto? Ellos dicen: Sí, Señor.

And when he was come into the house, the blind men came to him: and Jesus saith unto them, Believe ye that I am able to do this? They said unto him, Yea, Lord.

When he had come into the house, the blind men came to him. Jesus said to them, “Do you believe that I am able to do this?” They told him, “Yes, Lord.”

Alors il toucha leurs yeux en disant : " Qu'il vous soit fait selon votre foi. "

Entonces tocó los ojos de ellos, diciendo: Conforme á vuestra fe os sea hecho.

Then touched he their eyes, saying, According to your faith be it unto you.

Aussitôt leurs yeux furent ouverts, et Jésus leur dit d'un ton sévère : " Prenez garde que personne ne le sache. "

Y los ojos de ellos fueron abiertos. Y Jesús les encargó rigurosamente, diciendo: Mirad que nadie lo sepa.

And their eyes were opened; and Jesus straitly charged them, saying, See that no man know it.

Then their eyes were opened. Jesus strictly commanded them, saying, “See that no one knows about this.”

Mais, s'en étant allés, ils publièrent ses louanges dans tout le pays.

Après leur départ, on lui présenta un homme muet, possédé du démon.

Y saliendo ellos, he aquí, le trajeron un hombre mudo, endemoniado.

As they went out, behold, they brought to him a dumb man possessed with a devil.

As they went out, behold, a mute man who was demon possessed was brought to him.

Le démon ayant été chassé, le muet parla, et la multitude, saisie d'admiration, disait : " Jamais rien de semblable ne s'est vu en Israël. "

Y echado fuera el demonio, el mudo habló; y las gentes se maravillaron, diciendo: Nunca ha sido vista cosa semejante en Israel.

And when the devil was cast out, the dumb spake: and the multitudes marvelled, saying, It was never so seen in Israel.

When the demon was cast out, the mute man spoke. The multitudes marveled, saying, “Nothing like this has ever been seen in Israel!”

Mais les Pharisiens disaient : " C'est par le prince des démons qu'il chasse les démons. "

But the Pharisees said, He casteth out devils through the prince of the devils.

And Jesus went about all the cities and villages, teaching in their synagogues, and preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing every sickness and every disease among the people.

Alors il dit à ses disciples : " La moisson est grande, mais les ouvriers sont en petit nombre.

Then saith he unto his disciples, The harvest truly is plenteous, but the labourers are few;
