Und Er stieg ein in das Fahrzeug, fuhr hinüber und kam in Seine eigene Stadt.

ENTONCES entrando en el barco, pasó á la otra parte, y vino á su ciudad.

And he entered into a ship, and passed over, and came into his own city.

Und siehe, da brachten sie zu Ihm einen Gichtbrüchigen, der auf einem Bette daniederlag. Und da Jesus ihren Glauben sah, sprach er zu dem Gichtbrüchigen: Sei getrost, mein Kind, deine Sünden sind dir vergeben.

Y he aquí le trajeron un paralítico, echado en una cama: y viendo Jesús la fe de ellos, dijo al paralítico: Confía, hijo; tus pecados te son perdonados.

And, behold, they brought to him a man sick of the palsy, lying on a bed: and Jesus seeing their faith said unto the sick of the palsy; Son, be of good cheer; thy sins be forgiven thee.

Behold, they brought to him a man who was paralyzed, lying on a bed. Jesus, seeing their faith, said to the paralytic, “Son, cheer up! Your sins are forgiven you.”

Und siehe, einige Schriftgelehrten sprachen bei sich: Dieser lästert Gott.

Y he aquí, algunos de los escribas decían dentro de sí: Este blasfema.

And, behold, certain of the scribes said within themselves, This man blasphemeth.

Behold, some of the scribes said to themselves, “This man blasphemes.”

Und da Jesus ihre Gedanken sah, sprach Er: Warum gedenkt ihr Arges in euren Herzen?

Y viendo Jesús sus pensamientos, dijo: ¿Por qué pensáis mal en vuestros corazones?

And Jesus knowing their thoughts said, Wherefore think ye evil in your hearts?

Jesus, knowing their thoughts, said, “Why do you think evil in your hearts?

Denn was ist leichter zu sagen: Die Sünden sind dir vergeben, oder zu sagen: Mache dich auf und wandle?

Porque, ¿qué es más fácil, decir: Los pecados te son perdonados; ó decir: Levántate, y anda?

For whether is easier, to say, Thy sins be forgiven thee; or to say, Arise, and walk?

For which is easier, to say, ‘Your sins are forgiven;’ or to say, ‘Get up, and walk’?

Auf daß ihr aber wisset, daß des Menschen Sohn Gewalt hat auf Erden, Sünden zu vergeben: Mache dich auf, hebe dein Bett auf und gehe hin in dein Haus.

Pues para que sepáis que el Hijo del hombre tiene potestad en la tierra de perdonar pecados, (dice entonces al paralítico): Levántate, toma tu cama, y vete á tu casa.

But that ye may know that the Son of man hath power on earth to forgive sins, (then saith he to the sick of the palsy,) Arise, take up thy bed, and go unto thine house.

But that you may know that the Son of Man has authority on earth to forgive sins—” (then he said to the paralytic), “Get up, and take up your mat, and go to your house.”

Und er machte sich auf und ging hin in sein Haus.

Da aber das Gedränge dies sah, verwunderten sie sich und verherrlichten Gott, Der solche Gewalt den Menschen gegeben habe.

But when the multitudes saw it, they marvelled, and glorified God, which had given such power unto men.

Und da Jesus von dannen vorüberging, sah Er einen Menschen am Zolle sitzen, Matthäus genannt, und Er sprach zu Ihm: Folge Mir nach! Und er stand auf und folgte ihm nach.

Y pasando Jesús de allí, vió á un hombre que estaba sentado al banco de los públicos tributos, el cual se llamaba Mateo; y dícele: Sígueme. Y se levantó, y le siguió.

And as Jesus passed forth from thence, he saw a man, named Matthew, sitting at the receipt of custom: and he saith unto him, Follow me. And he arose, and followed him.

As Jesus passed by from there, he saw a man called Matthew sitting at the tax collection office. He said to him, “Follow me.” He got up and followed him.

Und es geschah, als Er im Hause zu Tische lag, siehe, da kamen viele Zöllner und Sünder und legten sich mit Jesus und Seinen Jüngern zu Tische.

Y aconteció que estando él sentado á la mesa en casa, he aquí que muchos publicanos y pecadores, que habían venido, se sentaron juntamente á la mesa con Jesús y sus discípulos.

And it came to pass, as Jesus sat at meat in the house, behold, many publicans and sinners came and sat down with him and his disciples.

As he sat in the house, behold, many tax collectors and sinners came and sat down with Jesus and his disciples.

Wie dies die Pharisäer sahen, sprachen sie zu Seinen Jüngern: Warum ißt euer Lehrer mit den Zöllnern und Sündern?

Y viendo esto los Fariseos, dijeron á sus discípulos: ¿Por qué come vuestro Maestro con los publicanos y pecadores?

And when the Pharisees saw it, they said unto his disciples, Why eateth your Master with publicans and sinners?

When the Pharisees saw it, they said to his disciples, “Why does your teacher eat with tax collectors and sinners?”

Jesus aber hörte es und sprach zu ihnen: Die Starken bedürfen des Arztes nicht, sondern die Leidenden.

Y oyéndolo Jesús, les dijo: Los que están sanos no tienen necesidad de médico, sino los enfermos.

But when Jesus heard that, he said unto them, They that be whole need not a physician, but they that are sick.

When Jesus heard it, he said to them, “Those who are healthy have no need for a physician, but those who are sick do.

Gehet aber hin und lernet, was das ist: Ich will Barmherzigkeit und nicht Opfer; denn Ich bin nicht gekommen, Gerechte, sondern Sünder zur Buße zu rufen.

Andad pues, y aprended qué cosa es: Misericordia quiero, y no sacrificio: porque no he venido á llamar justos, sino pecadores á arrepentimiento.

But go ye and learn what that meaneth, I will have mercy, and not sacrifice: for I am not come to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance.

But you go and learn what this means: ‘I desire mercy, and not sacrifice,’ for I came not to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance.”

Da kamen des Johannes Jünger herzu zu Ihm und sagten: Warum fasten wir und die Pharisäer so viel, und Deine Jünger fasten nicht?

Entonces los discípulos de Juan vienen á él, diciendo: ¿Por qué nosotros y los Fariseos ayunamos muchas veces, y tus discípulos no ayunan?

Then came to him the disciples of John, saying, Why do we and the Pharisees fast oft, but thy disciples fast not?

Then John’s disciples came to him, saying, “Why do we and the Pharisees fast often, but your disciples don’t fast?”

Und Jesus sprach zu ihnen: Können die Söhne des Brautgemachs trauern, solange der Bräutigam bei ihnen ist? Es werden aber Tage kommen, da der Bräutigam von ihnen hinweggenommen wird, und dann werden sie fasten.

Y Jesús les dijo: ¿Pueden los que son de bodas tener luto entre tanto que el esposo está con ellos? mas vendrán días cuando el esposo será quitado de ellos, y entonces ayunarán.

And Jesus said unto them, Can the children of the bridechamber mourn, as long as the bridegroom is with them? but the days will come, when the bridegroom shall be taken from them, and then shall they fast.

Jesus said to them, “Can the friends of the bridegroom mourn as long as the bridegroom is with them? But the days will come when the bridegroom will be taken away from them, and then they will fast.

Niemand setzt einen Fleck ungewalkten Tuches auf ein altes Kleid; denn sein Füllwerk nimmt von dem Kleide und der Riß wird schlimmer.

Y nadie echa remiendo de paño recio en vestido viejo; porque el tal remiendo tira del vestido, y se hace peor la rotura.

No man putteth a piece of new cloth unto an old garment, for that which is put in to fill it up taketh from the garment, and the rent is made worse.

No one puts a piece of unshrunk cloth on an old garment; for the patch would tear away from the garment, and a worse hole is made.

Auch fasset man nicht neuen Wein in alte Schläuche, sonst zerreißen die Schläuche und der Wein wird verschüttet und die Schläuche verderben; sondern man fasset neuen Wein in neue Schläuche, und beide werden miteinander erhalten.

Ni echan vino nuevo en cueros viejos: de otra manera los cueros se rompen, y el vino se derrama, y se pierden los cueros; mas echan el vino nuevo en cueros nuevos, y lo uno y lo otro se conserva juntamente.

Neither do men put new wine into old bottles: else the bottles break, and the wine runneth out, and the bottles perish: but they put new wine into new bottles, and both are preserved.

Neither do people put new wine into old wineskins, or else the skins would burst, and the wine be spilled, and the skins ruined. No, they put new wine into fresh wineskins, and both are preserved.”

Während Er solches zu ihnen redete, siehe, da kam der Obersten einer, fiel vor Ihm nieder und sagte: Meine Tochter ist eben jetzt gestorben; aber komm, lege Deine Hand auf sie, und sie wird leben.

Hablando él estas cosas á ellos, he aquí vino un principal, y le adoraba, diciendo: Mi hija es muerta poco ha: mas ven y pon tu mano sobre ella, y vivirá.

While he spake these things unto them, behold, there came a certain ruler, and worshipped him, saying, My daughter is even now dead: but come and lay thy hand upon her, and she shall live.

While he told these things to them, behold, a ruler came and worshiped him, saying, “My daughter has just died, but come and lay your hand on her, and she will live.”

Und Jesus machte Sich auf, folgte Ihm nach und Seine Jünger.

Y se levantó Jesús, y le siguió, y sus discípulos.

And Jesus arose, and followed him, and so did his disciples.

Und siehe, eine Weib, das zwölf Jahre den Blutfluß hatte, trat von hinten herzu und berührte den Saum Seines Kleides.

Y he aquí una mujer enferma de flujo de sangre doce años había, llegándose por detrás, tocó la franja de su vestido:

And, behold, a woman, which was diseased with an issue of blood twelve years, came behind him, and touched the hem of his garment:

Behold, a woman who had a discharge of blood for twelve years came behind him, and touched the fringe of his garment;

Denn sie sagte bei sich selbst: Wenn ich nur Sein Kleid berühre, so bin ich gerettet.

Porque decía entre sí: Si tocare solamente su vestido, seré salva.

For she said within herself, If I may but touch his garment, I shall be whole.

for she said within herself, “If I just touch his garment, I will be made well.”

Jesus aber wandte Sich um und sah sie und sprach: Sei getrost, Meine Tochter, dein Glaube hat dir geholfen. Und dem Weib ward geholfen zur selbigen Stunde.

Mas Jesús volviéndose, y mirándola, dijo: Confía, hija, tu fe te ha salvado. Y la mujer fué salva desde aquella hora.

But Jesus turned him about, and when he saw her, he said, Daughter, be of good comfort; thy faith hath made thee whole. And the woman was made whole from that hour.

But Jesus, turning around and seeing her, said, “Daughter, cheer up! Your faith has made you well.” And the woman was made well from that hour.

Und Jesus kam in das Haus des Obersten und sah die Pfeifer und das lärmende Gedränge.

Y llegado Jesús á casa del principal, viendo los tañedores de flautas, y la gente que hacía bullicio,

And when Jesus came into the ruler’s house, and saw the minstrels and the people making a noise,

When Jesus came into the ruler’s house and saw the flute players and the crowd in noisy disorder,

Und Er sprach zu ihnen: Weichet, denn das Mägdlein ist nicht gestorben, sondern es schlummert. Und sie verlachten Ihn.

Díceles: Apartaos, que la muchacha no es muerta, mas duerme. Y se burlaban de él.

He said unto them, Give place: for the maid is not dead, but sleepeth. And they laughed him to scorn.

he said to them, “Make room, because the girl isn’t dead, but sleeping.” They were ridiculing him.

Als aber das Gedränge hinausgetrieben war, ging Er hinein, ergriff sie bei der Hand, und das Mägdlein richtete sich auf.

Y como la gente fué echada fuera, entró, y tomóla de la mano, y se levantó la muchacha.

But when the people were put forth, he went in, and took her by the hand, and the maid arose.

But when the crowd was sent out, he entered in, took her by the hand, and the girl arose.

Und das Gerücht davon ging aus in dasselbige ganze Land.

Y salió esta fama por toda aquella tierra.

And the fame hereof went abroad into all that land.

The report of this went out into all that land.

Und da Jesus von dannen weiterging, folgten Ihm zwei Blinde nach, schrien und sprachen: Sohn Davids, erbarme Dich unser!

Y pasando Jesús de allí, le siguieron dos ciegos, dando voces y diciendo: Ten misericordia de nosotros, Hijo de David.

And when Jesus departed thence, two blind men followed him, crying, and saying, Thou Son of David, have mercy on us.

As Jesus passed by from there, two blind men followed him, calling out and saying, “Have mercy on us, son of David!”

Als Er aber in das Haus kam, kamen die Blinden her zu Ihm, und Jesus spricht zu ihnen: Glaubet ihr, daß Ich solches tun kann? Sie sprachen zu Ihm: Ja, Herr.

Y llegado á la casa, vinieron á él los ciegos; y Jesús les dice: ¿Creéis que puedo hacer esto? Ellos dicen: Sí, Señor.

And when he was come into the house, the blind men came to him: and Jesus saith unto them, Believe ye that I am able to do this? They said unto him, Yea, Lord.

When he had come into the house, the blind men came to him. Jesus said to them, “Do you believe that I am able to do this?” They told him, “Yes, Lord.”

Da berührte Er ihre Augen und sprach: Nach eurem Glauben geschehe euch!

Entonces tocó los ojos de ellos, diciendo: Conforme á vuestra fe os sea hecho.

Then touched he their eyes, saying, According to your faith be it unto you.

Then he touched their eyes, saying, “According to your faith be it done to you.”

Und ihre Augen wurden aufgetan. Und Jesus drohte ihnen und sprach: Sehet zu, daß es niemand erfahre.

Y los ojos de ellos fueron abiertos. Y Jesús les encargó rigurosamente, diciendo: Mirad que nadie lo sepa.

And their eyes were opened; and Jesus straitly charged them, saying, See that no man know it.

Then their eyes were opened. Jesus strictly commanded them, saying, “See that no one knows about this.”

Sie aber gingen aus und machten Ihn ruchbar in selbigem ganzen Lande.

Mas ellos salidos, divulgaron su fama por toda aquella tierra.

But they, when they were departed, spread abroad his fame in all that country.

But they went out and spread abroad his fame in all that land.

Als sie aber ausgingen, siehe, da brachen sie einen Menschen zu Ihm herbei, der stumm und besessen war.

Y saliendo ellos, he aquí, le trajeron un hombre mudo, endemoniado.

As they went out, behold, they brought to him a dumb man possessed with a devil.

As they went out, behold, a mute man who was demon possessed was brought to him.

Und als der Dämon ausgetrieben war, redete der Stumme. Und die Menge verwunderte sich, und sie sprachen: Noch nie ist solches in Israel erschienen.

Y echado fuera el demonio, el mudo habló; y las gentes se maravillaron, diciendo: Nunca ha sido vista cosa semejante en Israel.

And when the devil was cast out, the dumb spake: and the multitudes marvelled, saying, It was never so seen in Israel.

When the demon was cast out, the mute man spoke. The multitudes marveled, saying, “Nothing like this has ever been seen in Israel!”

Die Pharisäer aber sagten: Durch den Obersten der Dämonen treibt Er die Dämonen aus.

Mas los Fariseos decían: Por el príncipe de los demonios echa fuera los demonios.

But the Pharisees said, He casteth out devils through the prince of the devils.

But the Pharisees said, “By the prince of the demons, he casts out demons.”

Und Jesus zog in allen Städten und Flecken umher, lehrte in ihren Synagogen und predigte das Evangelium des Reichs und heilte alle Krankheit und alles Siechtum im Volk.

Y rodeaba Jesús por todas las ciudades y aldeas, enseñando en las sinagogas de ellos, y predicando el evangelio del reino, y sanando toda enfermedad y todo achaque en el pueblo.

And Jesus went about all the cities and villages, teaching in their synagogues, and preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing every sickness and every disease among the people.

Und da Er das Gedränge sah, jammerte Ihn derselben, daß sie so verschmachtet und dahingeworfen wären, wie Schafe, die keinen Hirten haben.

Y viendo las gentes, tuvo compasión de ellas; porque estaban derramadas y esparcidas como ovejas que no tienen pastor.

But when he saw the multitudes, he was moved with compassion on them, because they fainted, and were scattered abroad, as sheep having no shepherd.

Da spricht Er zu Seinen Jüngern: Viel ist der Ernte, aber wenige sind der Arbeiter.

Entonces dice á sus discípulos: A la verdad la mies es mucha, mas los obreros pocos.

Then saith he unto his disciples, The harvest truly is plenteous, but the labourers are few;

Then he said to his disciples, “The harvest indeed is plentiful, but the laborers are few.

Darum flehet zum Herrn der Ernte, daß Er Arbeiter in Seine Ernte ausschicke.

Rogad, pues, al Señor de la mies, que envíe obreros á su mies.

Pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he will send forth labourers into his harvest.

Pray therefore that the Lord of the harvest will send out laborers into his harvest.”
