Y dije yo: Escuchad, ¡oh vosotros, príncipes de Jacob , y caudillos de la casa de Israel! ¿Acaso no os toca a vosotros saber aquello que es justo?
Y DIJE: Oid ahora, príncipes de Jacob, y cabezas de la casa de Israel: ¿No pertenecía á vosotros saber el derecho?
And I said, Hear, I pray you, O heads of Jacob, and ye princes of the house of Israel; Is it not for you to know judgment?
I said, “Please listen, you heads of Jacob, and rulers of the house of Israel: Isn’t it for you to know justice?
Y no obstante eso, vosotros aborrecéis el bien y amáis el mal; desolláis al pueblo y le quitáis la carne de encima de sus huesos.
Que aborrecen lo bueno y aman lo malo, que les quitan su piel y su carne de sobre los huesos;
Who hate the good, and love the evil; who pluck off their skin from off them, and their flesh from off their bones;
You who hate the good, and love the evil; who tear off their skin, and their flesh from off their bones;
Los caudillos se comen la carne del pueblo mío, y le quitan la piel, y le machacan los huesos, y le hacen pedazos, como la carne que se mete en la caldera o en la olla.
Que comen asimismo la carne de mi pueblo, y les desuellan su piel de sobre ellos, y les quebrantan sus huesos y los rompen, como para el caldero, y como carnes en olla.
Who also eat the flesh of my people, and flay their skin from off them; and they break their bones, and chop them in pieces, as for the pot, and as flesh within the caldron.

Algún día clamarán al Señor, y él no os escuchará, y les ocultará entonces su rostro, por cuanto ellos han obrado perversamente, según sus antojos.
Entonces clamarán á Jehová y no les responderá; antes esconderá de ellos su rostro en aquel tiempo, por cuanto hicieron malvadas obras.
Then shall they cry unto the LORD, but he will not hear them: he will even hide his face from them at that time, as they have behaved themselves ill in their doings.
Then they will cry to the LORD, but he will not answer them. Yes, he will hide his face from them at that time, because they made their deeds evil.”
Esto dice el Señor contra los falsos profetas que seducen a mi pueblo, los cuales le despedazan con sus dientes, y predican paz; y al que no les pone alguna cosa en su boca le mueven guerra a pretexto de santidad.
Así ha dicho Jehová acerca de los profetas que hacen errar á mi pueblo, que muerden con sus dientes, y claman, Paz, y al que no les diere que coman, aplazan contra él batalla:
Thus saith the LORD concerning the prophets that make my people err, that bite with their teeth, and cry, Peace; and he that putteth not into their mouths, they even prepare war against him.
The LORD says concerning the prophets who lead my people astray—for those who feed their teeth, they proclaim, “Peace!” and whoever doesn’t provide for their mouths, they prepare war against him:
Por esto en lugar de visión, tendréis oscura noche, y tinieblas en vez de revelaciones; se pondrá el sol para estos profetas, y el día se oscurecerá para ellos.
Por tanto, de la profecía se os hará noche, y oscuridad del adivinar; y sobre los profetas se pondrá el sol, y el día se entenebrecerá sobre ellos.
Therefore night shall be unto you, that ye shall not have a vision; and it shall be dark unto you, that ye shall not divine; and the sun shall go down over the prophets, and the day shall be dark over them.
“Therefore night is over you, with no vision, and it is dark to you, that you may not divine; and the sun will go down on the prophets, and the day will be black over them.
Y quedarán avergonzados estos que tienen visiones, y serán confundidos estos adivinos, y todos ellos se cubrirán el rostro avergonzados, pues sus oráculos no son de Dios.
Y serán avergonzados los profetas, y confundiránse los adivinos; y ellos todos cubrirán su labio, porque no hay respuesta de Dios.
Then shall the seers be ashamed, and the diviners confounded: yea, they shall all cover their lips; for there is no answer of God.
The seers shall be disappointed, and the diviners confounded. Yes, they shall all cover their lips, for there is no answer from God.”
Mas yo he sido llenado del espíritu fuerte del Señor, de justicia y de constancia; para decir y reprender a Jacob sus maldades, y a Israel su pecado.
Yo empero estoy lleno de fuerza del espíritu de Jehová, y de juicio, y de fortaleza, para denunciar á Jacob su rebelión, y á Israel su pecado.
But truly I am full of power by the spirit of the LORD, and of judgment, and of might, to declare unto Jacob his transgression, and to Israel his sin.
But as for me, I am full of power by the LORD’s Spirit, and of judgment, and of might, to declare to Jacob his disobedience, and to Israel his sin.
Escuchad estas cosas, ¡oh príncipes de la casa de Jacob !, y vosotros, ¡oh jueces de la casa de Israel!, vosotros que abomináis la justicia, y trastornáis toda equidad.
Oid ahora esto, cabezas de la casa de Jacob, y capitanes de la casa de Israel, que abomináis el juicio, y pervertís todo el derecho;
Hear this, I pray you, ye heads of the house of Jacob, and princes of the house of Israel, that abhor judgment, and pervert all equity.
Please listen to this, you heads of the house of Jacob, and rulers of the house of Israel, who abhor justice, and pervert all equity,
Vosotros que edificáis o adornáis a Sión con sangre de los pobres, y a Jerusalén a fuerza de injusticias.
Que edificáis á Sión con sangre, y á Jerusalem con injusticia;
They build up Zion with blood, and Jerusalem with iniquity.

Sus príncipes o jueces se dejan cohechar en los juicios; y sus sacerdotes predican por interés, y por el dinero adivinan sus profetas; y no obstante se apoyan en el Señor, diciendo: Pues qué, ¿acaso no está el Señor en medio de nosotros? No temáis, ningún mal nos vendrá.
Sus cabezas juzgan por cohecho, y sus sacerdotes enseñan por precio, y sus profetas adivinan por dinero; y apóyanse en Jehová diciendo: ¿No está Jehová entre nosotros? No vendrá mal sobre nosotros.
The heads thereof judge for reward, and the priests thereof teach for hire, and the prophets thereof divine for money: yet will they lean upon the LORD, and say, Is not the LORD among us? none evil can come upon us.
Her leaders judge for bribes, and her priests teach for a price, and her prophets of it tell fortunes for money; yet they lean on the LORD, and say, “Isn’t the LORD among us? No disaster will come on us.”
Por tanto, arada como un campo se verá Sión por culpa vuestra; y Jerusalén será reducida a un montón de piedras, y el monte santo del templo vendrá a ser como un elevado bosque.
Por tanto, á causa de vosotros será Sión arada como campo, y Jerusalem será majanos, y el monte de la casa como cumbres de breñal.
Therefore shall Zion for your sake be plowed as a field, and Jerusalem shall become heaps, and the mountain of the house as the high places of the forest.
Therefore Zion for your sake will be plowed like a field, and Jerusalem will become heaps of rubble, and the mountain of the temple like the high places of a forest.
