OID ahora lo que dice Jehová: Levántate, pleitea con los montes, y oigan los collados tu voz.
Hear ye now what the LORD saith; Arise, contend thou before the mountains, and let the hills hear thy voice.
Listen now to what the LORD says: “Arise, plead your case before the mountains, and let the hills hear what you have to say.
Hear ye, O mountains, the controversy of the Lord, and ye strong foundations of the earth! for the Lord hath a controversy with his people, and with Israel will he plead.
Oid, montes, y fuertes fundamentos de la tierra, el pleito de Jehová: porque tiene Jehová pleito con su pueblo, y altercará con Israel.
Hear ye, O mountains, the LORD’s controversy, and ye strong foundations of the earth: for the LORD hath a controversy with his people, and he will plead with Israel.
Hear, you mountains, the LORD’s indictment, and you enduring foundations of the earth; for the LORD has a case against his people, and he will contend with Israel.
O my people, what have I done unto thee? and wherewith have I wearied thee? testify against me.
Pueblo mío, ¿qué te he hecho, ó en qué te he molestado? Responde contra mí.

My people, what have I done to you? How have I burdened you? Answer me!
Although I had brought thee up out of the land of Egypt, and redeemed thee out of the house of bondmen; and I sent before thee Moses, Aaron, and Miriam.
Porque yo te hice subir de la tierra de Egipto, y de la casa de siervos te redimí; y envié delante de ti á Moisés, y á Aarón, y á María.

Pueblo mío, acuérdate ahora qué aconsejó Balac rey de Moab, y qué le respondió Balaam, hijo de Beor, desde Sittim hasta Gilgal, para que conozcas las justicias de Jehová.
O my people, remember now what Balak king of Moab consulted, and what Balaam the son of Beor answered him from Shittim unto Gilgal; that ye may know the righteousness of the LORD.

Wherewith shall I come before the Lord, bow myself before the God on high? shall I come before him with burntofferings, with calves of a year old!
¿Con qué prevendré á Jehová, y adoraré al alto Dios? ¿vendré ante él con holocaustos, con becerros de un año?

Will the Lord be pleased with thousands of rams, or with myriads of streams of oil? shall I give my firstborn for my transgression, the fruit of my body for the sin of my soul?
¿Agradaráse Jehová de millares de carneros, ó de diez mil arroyos de aceite? ¿daré mi primogénito por mi rebelión, el fruto de mi vientre por el pecado de mi alma?
Will the LORD be pleased with thousands of rams, or with ten thousands of rivers of oil? shall I give my firstborn for my transgression, the fruit of my body for the sin of my soul?
Will the LORD be pleased with thousands of rams? With tens of thousands of rivers of oil? Shall I give my firstborn for my disobedience? The fruit of my body for the sin of my soul?
He hath told thee, O man, what is good; and what the Lord doth require of thee: nothing but to do justice, and to love kindness, and to walk humbly with thy God.
Oh hombre, él te ha declarado qué sea lo bueno, y qué pida de ti Jehová: solamente hacer juicio, y amar misericordia, y humillarte para andar con tu Dios.
He hath shewed thee, O man, what is good; and what doth the LORD require of thee, but to do justly, and to love mercy, and to walk humbly with thy God?
He has shown you, O man, what is good. What does the LORD require of you, but to act justly, to love mercy, and to walk humbly with your God?
The voice of the Lord calleth unto the city,and the man of wisdom shall see thy name:hear ye the rod of punishment, and who hath ordained it.
La voz de Jehová clama á la ciudad, y el sabio mirará á tu nombre. Oid la vara, y á quien la establece.

The LORD’s voice calls to the city— and wisdom fears your name— “Listen to the rod, and he who appointed it.
Are there yet in the house of the wicked man the treasures of wickedness, and the scant accursed measure?
¿Hay aún en casa del impío tesoros de impiedad, y medida escasa que es detestable?
Are there yet the treasures of wickedness in the house of the wicked, and the scant measure that is abominable?
Are there yet treasures of wickedness in the house of the wicked, and a short ephah that is accursed?
Can I be pure with wicked balances, and with a bag full of deceptive weights?
¿Seré limpio con peso falso, y con bolsa de engañosas pesas?
Shall I count them pure with the wicked balances, and with the bag of deceitful weights?
Shall I tolerate dishonest scales, and a bag of deceitful weights?
For her rich men are full of violence, and her inhabitants have spoken falsehood, and their tongue is deceit itself in their mouth.
Con lo cual sus ricos se hinchieron de rapiña, y sus moradores hablaron mentira, y su lengua engañosa en su boca.
For the rich men thereof are full of violence, and the inhabitants thereof have spoken lies, and their tongue is deceitful in their mouth.
Her rich men are full of violence, her inhabitants speak lies, and their tongue is deceitful in their speech.
Therefore have I also smitten thee with sore wounds, making thee desolate because of thy sins.
Por eso yo también te enflaqueceré hiriéndote, asolándote por tus pecados.
Therefore also will I make thee sick in smiting thee, in making thee desolate because of thy sins.
Therefore I also have struck you with a grievous wound. I have made you desolate because of your sins.
Thou wilt indeed eat, but not be satisfied; and what thou hast eaten shall bend thee down; and thou wilt overtake the enemy, but thou shalt not deliver; and that which thou deliverest will I give up to the sword.
Tú comerás, y no te hartarás; y tu abatimiento será en medio de ti: tú cogerás, mas no salvarás; y lo que salvares, lo entregaré yo á la espada.
Thou shalt eat, but not be satisfied; and thy casting down shall be in the midst of thee; and thou shalt take hold, but shalt not deliver; and that which thou deliverest will I give up to the sword.
You shall eat, but not be satisfied. Your hunger will be within you. You will store up, but not save, and that which you save I will give up to the sword.

Tú sembrarás, mas no segarás: pisarás aceitunas, mas no te ungirás con el aceite; y mosto, mas no beberás el vino.
Thou shalt sow, but thou shalt not reap; thou shalt tread the olives, but thou shalt not anoint thee with oil; and sweet wine, but shalt not drink wine.
You will sow, but won’t reap. You will tread the olives, but won’t anoint yourself with oil; and crush grapes, but won’t drink the wine.
For there are observed the statutes of Omri, and all the works of the house of Achab, and ye walk in their counsels: in order that I should give thee up unto desolation, and thy inhabitants to derision; and ye shall bear the reproach of my people.
Porque los mandamientos de Omri se han guardado, y toda obra de la casa de Achâb; y en los consejos de ellos anduvisteis, para que yo te diese en asolamiento, y tus moradores para ser silbados. Llevaréis por tanto el oprobio de mi pueblo.
For the statutes of Omri are kept, and all the works of the house of Ahab, and ye walk in their counsels; that I should make thee a desolation, and the inhabitants thereof an hissing: therefore ye shall bear the reproach of my people.
For the statutes of Omri are kept, and all the works of Ahab’s house. You walk in their counsels, that I may make you a ruin, and your inhabitants a hissing. You will bear the reproach of my people.”
