¡AY de mí! que he venido á ser como cuando han cogido los frutos del verano, como cuando han rebuscado después de la vendimia, que no queda racimo para comer; mi alma deseó primeros frutos.
Woe is me! for I am as when they have gathered the summer fruits, as the grapegleanings of the vintage: there is no cluster to eat: my soul desired the firstripe fruit.

Avançam para suas maldades com as mãos estendidas, e como sabem usá-las para fazer o mal! O governador e o juiz exigem suborno. A pessoa rica paga o que eles pedem e diz a quem devem condenar. A justiça é torcida nos planos que fazem.
Para completar la maldad con sus manos, el príncipe demanda, y el juez juzga por recompensa; y el grande habla el antojo de su alma, y lo confirman.
That they may do evil with both hands earnestly, the prince asketh, and the judge asketh for a reward; and the great man, he uttereth his mischievous desire: so they wrap it up.
Their hands are on that which is evil to do it diligently. The ruler and judge ask for a bribe. The powerful man dictates the evil desire of his soul. Thus they conspire together.
O melhor desses homens fere como se fosse um espinheiro. O mais correto é pior que uma cerca de espinheiros! Mas o dia do julgamento se aproxima com rapidez. O tempo de castigo de Deus anunciado pelas suas sentinelas está quase chegando. Naquele dia haverá uma confusão geral.

Quando isso acontecer, os meus inimigos verão que Deus está do meu lado e terão vergonha de terem zombado de mim, perguntando: “Onde está o Senhor, o seu Deus?” Agora mesmo, vejo com meus próprios olhos esses inimigos pisados como o barro das ruas!

Todas as nações ficarão admiradas com o que ele fará por vocês. Os povos sentirão vergonha do seu pequeno poder. Ficarão mudos de espanto e surdos a tudo o que acontece em volta deles!

Eles verão que não passam de répteis, de vermes insignificantes se arrastando para fora de seus esconderijos! Sairão de suas fortalezas, para encontrar-se com o Senhor, o nosso Deus, tremendo de medo diante dele!
Lamerán el polvo como la culebra; como las serpientes de la tierra, temblarán en sus encierros: despavorirse han de Jehová nuestro Dios, y temerán de ti.
They shall lick the dust like a serpent, they shall move out of their holes like worms of the earth: they shall be afraid of the LORD our God, and shall fear because of thee.

Onde haverá outro Deus como o Senhor, que perdoa os pecados e esquece a transgressão do remanescente de seu povo? O Senhor não fica irado para sempre, porque tem prazer em amar e perdoar.
¿Qué Dios como tú, que perdonas la maldad, y olvidas el pecado del resto de su heredad? No retuvo para siempre su enojo, porque es amador de misericordia.
Who is a God like unto thee, that pardoneth iniquity, and passeth by the transgression of the remnant of his heritage? he retaineth not his anger for ever, because he delighteth in mercy.
Who is a God like you, who pardons iniquity, and passes over the disobedience of the remnant of his heritage? He doesn’t retain his anger forever, because he delights in loving kindness.
O Senhor terá compaixão de nós mais uma vez. O Senhor pisará e esmagará as nossas maldades e jogará todos os nossos pecados no fundo do mar!
El tornará, él tendrá misericordia de nosotros; él sujetará nuestras iniquidades, y echará en los profundos de la mar todos nuestros pecados.
He will turn again, he will have compassion upon us; he will subdue our iniquities; and thou wilt cast all their sins into the depths of the sea.

O Senhor nos abençoará como prometeu a Jacó há muito tempo. O Senhor estenderá o seu amor sobre nós, conforme prometeu aos descendentes de Abraão!
Otorgarás á Jacob la verdad, y á Abraham la misericordia, que tú juraste á nuestros padres desde tiempos antiguos.
Thou wilt perform the truth to Jacob, and the mercy to Abraham, which thou hast sworn unto our fathers from the days of old.
