Y COMO fueron cerca de Jerusalem, de Bethphagé, y de Bethania, al monte de las Olivas, envía dos de sus discípulos,
And when they came nigh to Jerusalem, unto Bethphage and Bethany, at the mount of Olives, he sendeth forth two of his disciples,

und sprach zu ihnen: Gehet hin in den Flecken, der vor euch liegt, und alsbald; wenn ihr hineinkommt, werdet ihr finden ein Füllen angebunden, auf welchem nie kein Mensch gesessen ist. Loset es ab und führet es her!
Y les dice: Id al lugar que está delante de vosotros, y luego entrados en él, hallaréis un pollino atado, sobre el cual ningún hombre ha subido; desatadlo y traedlo.
And saith unto them, Go your way into the village over against you: and as soon as ye be entered into it, ye shall find a colt tied, whereon never man sat; loose him, and bring him.
and said to them, “Go your way into the village that is opposite you. Immediately as you enter into it, you will find a young donkey tied, on which no one has sat. Untie him and bring him.
Und so jemand zu euch sagen wird: Warum tut ihr das? so sprechet: Der Herr bedarf sein; so wird er's bald hersenden.
Y si alguien os dijere: ¿Por qué hacéis eso? decid que el Señor lo ha menester: y luego lo enviará acá.
And if any man say unto you, Why do ye this? say ye that the Lord hath need of him; and straightway he will send him hither.
If anyone asks you, ‘Why are you doing this?’ say, ‘The Lord needs him;’ and immediately he will send him back here.”
Und gingen hin und fanden das Füllen gebunden an der Tür, draulien auf dem Wegscheid, und loseten es ab.
Y fueron, y hallaron el pollino atado á la puerta fuera, entre dos caminos; y le desataron.
And they went their way, and found the colt tied by the door without in a place where two ways met; and they loose him.
They went away, and found a young donkey tied at the door outside in the open street, and they untied him.
Und etliche, die da stunden, sprachen zu ihnen: Was machet ihr, daß ihr das Füllen abloset?
Y unos de los que estaban allí, les dijeron: ¿Qué hacéis desatando el pollino?
And certain of them that stood there said unto them, What do ye, loosing the colt?
Some of those who stood there asked them, “What are you doing, untying the young donkey?”
Sie sagten aber zu ihnen, wie ihnen Jesus geboten hatte; und die lielien's zu.

And they said unto them even as Jesus had commanded: and they let them go.

Y muchos tendían sus vestidos por el camino, y otros cortaban hojas de los árboles, y las tendían por el camino.
And many spread their garments in the way: and others cut down branches off the trees, and strawed them in the way.

Und die vorne vorgingen, und die hernach folgeten, schrieen und sprachen: Hosianna! Gelobet sei, der da kommt in dem Namen des Herrn!
Y los que iban delante, y los que iban detrás, daban voces diciendo: ¡Hosanna! Bendito el que viene en el nombre del Señor.
And they that went before, and they that followed, cried, saying, Hosanna; Blessed is he that cometh in the name of the Lord:
Those who went in front and those who followed cried out, “Hosanna! Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord!
Gelobet sei das Reich unsers Vaters David, das da kommt in dem Namen des Herrn! Hosianna in der Hohe!

Blessed be the kingdom of our father David, that cometh in the name of the Lord: Hosanna in the highest.

Und der Herr ging ein zu Jerusalem und in den Tempel. Und er besah alles; und am Abend ging er hinaus gen Bethanien mit den Zwolfen.
Y entró Jesús en Jerusalem, y en el templo: y habiendo mirado alrededor todas las cosas, y siendo ya tarde, salióse á Bethania con los doce.
And Jesus entered into Jerusalem, and into the temple: and when he had looked round about upon all things, and now the eventide was come, he went out unto Bethany with the twelve.

Und des andern Tages, da sie von Bethanien gingen, hungerte ihn.

And on the morrow, when they were come from Bethany, he was hungry:

Und sah einen Feigenbaum von feme, der Blatter hatte. Da trat er hinzu, ob er etwas darauf fande. Und da er hinzukam, fand er nichts denn nur Blatter; denn es war noch nicht Zeit, daß Feigen sein sollten.
Y viendo de lejos una higuera que tenía hojas, se acercó, si quizá hallaría en ella algo: y como vino á ella, nada halló sino hojas; porque no era tiempo de higos.
And seeing a fig tree afar off having leaves, he came, if haply he might find any thing thereon: and when he came to it, he found nothing but leaves; for the time of figs was not yet.

Und Jesus antwortete und sprach zu ihm: Nun esse von dir niemand keine Frucht ewiglich! Und seine Jünger horeten das.
Entonces Jesús respondiendo, dijo á la higuera: Nunca más coma nadie fruto de ti para siempre. Y lo oyeron sus discípulos.
And Jesus answered and said unto it, No man eat fruit of thee hereafter for ever. And his disciples heard it.

And they come to Jerusalem: and Jesus went into the temple, and began to cast out them that sold and bought in the temple, and overthrew the tables of the moneychangers, and the seats of them that sold doves;

und lieft nicht zu, daß jemand etwas durch den Tempel truge.
Y no consentía que alguien llevase vaso por el templo.
And would not suffer that any man should carry any vessel through the temple.

Und erlehrete und sprach zu ihnen: Stehet nicht geschrieben: Mein Haus soil heiften ein Bethaus alien Vblkern? Ihr aber habt eine Mordergrube daraus gemacht.
Y les enseñaba diciendo: ¿No está escrito que mi casa, casa de oración será llamada por todas las gentes? Mas vosotros la habéis hecho cueva de ladrones.
And he taught, saying unto them, Is it not written, My house shall be called of all nations the house of prayer? but ye have made it a den of thieves.
He taught, saying to them, “Isn’t it written, ‘My house will be called a house of prayer for all the nations’? But you have made it a den of robbers!”
Und es kam vordie Schriftgelehrten und Hohenpriester; und sie trachteten, wie sie ihn umbrachten. Sie furchteten sich aber vor ihm; denn alles Volk verwunderte sich seiner Lehre.
Y lo oyeron los escribas y los príncipes de los sacerdotes, y procuraban cómo le matarían; porque le tenían miedo, por cuanto todo el pueblo estaba maravillado de su doctrina.
And the scribes and chief priests heard it, and sought how they might destroy him: for they feared him, because all the people was astonished at his doctrine.

Und des Abends ging er hinaus vor die Stadt.

Und am Morgen gingen sie voruber und sahen den Feigenbaum, daß er verdorret war bis auf die Wurzel.
Y pasando por la mañana, vieron que la higuera se había secado desde las raíces.
And in the morning, as they passed by, they saw the fig tree dried up from the roots.

Und Petrus gedachte daran und sprach zu ihm: Rabbi, siehe, der Feigenbaum, den du verflucht hast, ist verdorret.
Entonces Pedro acordándose, le dice: Maestro, he aquí la higuera que maldijiste, se ha secado.
And Peter calling to remembrance saith unto him, Master, behold, the fig tree which thou cursedst is withered away.

Y respondiendo Jesús, les dice: Tened fe en Dios.
And Jesus answering saith unto them, Have faith in God.

Wahrlich, ich sage euch, werzu diesem Berge sprache: Heb' dich und wirfdich ins Meer! und zweifelte nicht in seinem Herzen, sondern glaubte, daß es geschehen würde, was er sagt, so wird's ihm geschehen, was er sagt.
Porque de cierto os digo que cualquiera que dijere á este monte: Quítate, y échate en la mar, y no dudare en su corazón, mas creyere que será hecho lo que dice, lo que dijere le será hecho.
For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith.
For most certainly I tell you, whoever may tell this mountain, ‘Be taken up and cast into the sea,’ and doesn’t doubt in his heart, but believes that what he says is happening, he shall have whatever he says.
Darum sage ich euch: Alles, was ihr bittet in eurem Gebet, glaubet nur, daß ihr's empfangen werdet, so wird's euch werden.
Por tanto, os digo que todo lo que orando pidiereis, creed que lo recibiréis, y os vendrá.
Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.

Und wenn ihr stehet und betet, so vergebet, wo ihr etwas wider jemand habt, auf daß auch euer Vater im Himmel euch vergebe eure Fehle.
Y cuando estuviereis orando, perdonad, si tenéis algo contra alguno, para que vuestro Padre que está en los cielos os perdone también á vosotros vuestras ofensas.
And when ye stand praying, forgive, if ye have ought against any: that your Father also which is in heaven may forgive you your trespasses.
Whenever you stand praying, forgive, if you have anything against anyone; so that your Father, who is in heaven, may also forgive you your transgressions.
Wenn ihr aber nicht vergeben werdet, so wird auch euer Vater, der im Himmel ist, eure Fehle nicht vergeben.
Porque si vosotros no perdonareis, tampoco vuestro Padre que está en los cielos os perdonará vuestras ofensas.
But if ye do not forgive, neither will your Father which is in heaven forgive your trespasses.

Und sie kamen abermal gen Jerusalem. Und da er in den Tempel ging, kamen zu ihm die Hohenpriester und Schriftgelehrten und die Altesten
Y volvieron á Jerusalem; y andando él por el templo, vienen á él los príncipes de los sacerdotes, y los escribas, y los ancianos;
And they come again to Jerusalem: and as he was walking in the temple, there come to him the chief priests, and the scribes, and the elders,

und sprachen zu ihm: Aus was fur Macht tust du das, und wer hat dir die Macht gegeben, daß du solches tust?
Y le dicen: ¿Con qué facultad haces estas cosas? ¿y quién te ha dado esta facultad para hacer estas cosas?
And say unto him, By what authority doest thou these things? and who gave thee this authority to do these things?
and they began saying to him, “By what authority do you do these things? Or who gave you this authority to do these things?”
Jesus aber antwortete und sprach zu ihnen: Ich will euch auch ein Wort fragen; antwortet mir, so will ich euch sagen, aus was fur Macht ich das tue:
Y Jesús respondiendo entonces, les dice: Os preguntaré también yo una palabra; y respondedme, y os diré con qué facultad hago estas cosas:
And Jesus answered and said unto them, I will also ask of you one question, and answer me, and I will tell you by what authority I do these things.
Jesus said to them, “I will ask you one question. Answer me, and I will tell you by what authority I do these things.
Die Taufe Johannes, war sie vom Himmel Oder von Menschen? Antwortet mir!

Und sie gedachten bei sich selbst und sprachen: Sagen wir, sie war vom Himmel, so wird er sagen: Warum habt ihr denn ihm nicht geglaubet?
Entonces ellos pensaron dentro de sí, diciendo: Si dijéremos, del cielo, dirá: ¿Por qué, pues, no le creísteis?
And they reasoned with themselves, saying, If we shall say, From heaven; he will say, Why then did ye not believe him?

Sagen wir aber, sie war von Menschen, so furchten wir uns vor dem Volk. Denn sie hielten alle, daß Johannes ein rechter Prophet ware.
Y si dijéremos, de los hombres, tememos al pueblo: porque todos juzgaban de Juan, que verdaderamente era profeta.
But if we shall say, Of men; they feared the people: for all men counted John, that he was a prophet indeed.

Und sie antworteten und sprachen zu Jesu: Wir wissen's nicht. Und Jesus antwortete und sprach zu ihnen: So sage ich euch auch nicht, aus was fur Macht ich solches tue.
Y respondiendo, dicen á Jesús: No sabemos. Entonces respondiendo Jesús, les dice: Tampoco yo os diré con qué facultad hago estas cosas.
And they answered and said unto Jesus, We cannot tell. And Jesus answering saith unto them, Neither do I tell you by what authority I do these things.
They answered Jesus, “We don’t know.” Jesus said to them, “Neither will I tell you by what authority I do these things.”
