Und als sie Jerusalem, Bethphage und Bethanien nahen, gegen den Ölberg hin, sendet er zwei seiner Jünger und spricht zu ihnen:
Y COMO fueron cerca de Jerusalem, de Bethphagé, y de Bethania, al monte de las Olivas, envía dos de sus discípulos,
And when they came nigh to Jerusalem, unto Bethphage and Bethany, at the mount of Olives, he sendeth forth two of his disciples,

Y les dice: Id al lugar que está delante de vosotros, y luego entrados en él, hallaréis un pollino atado, sobre el cual ningún hombre ha subido; desatadlo y traedlo.
And saith unto them, Go your way into the village over against you: and as soon as ye be entered into it, ye shall find a colt tied, whereon never man sat; loose him, and bring him.
and said to them, “Go your way into the village that is opposite you. Immediately as you enter into it, you will find a young donkey tied, on which no one has sat. Untie him and bring him.
Und wenn jemand zu euch sagt: Warum tut ihr dies? so saget: Der Herr bedarf seiner; und alsbald sendet er es hierher.
Y si alguien os dijere: ¿Por qué hacéis eso? decid que el Señor lo ha menester: y luego lo enviará acá.
And if any man say unto you, Why do ye this? say ye that the Lord hath need of him; and straightway he will send him hither.
If anyone asks you, ‘Why are you doing this?’ say, ‘The Lord needs him;’ and immediately he will send him back here.”
Sie aber gingen hin und fanden ein Füllen angebunden an der Tür draußen auf dem Wege; und sie binden es los.
Y fueron, y hallaron el pollino atado á la puerta fuera, entre dos caminos; y le desataron.
And they went their way, and found the colt tied by the door without in a place where two ways met; and they loose him.
They went away, and found a young donkey tied at the door outside in the open street, and they untied him.
Und etliche von denen, die daselbst standen, sprachen zu ihnen: Was tut ihr, daß ihr das Füllen losbindet?
Y unos de los que estaban allí, les dijeron: ¿Qué hacéis desatando el pollino?
And certain of them that stood there said unto them, What do ye, loosing the colt?
Some of those who stood there asked them, “What are you doing, untying the young donkey?”
Sie aber sprachen zu ihnen, wie Jesus gesagt hatte.
Ellos entonces les dijeron como Jesús había mandado: y los dejaron.
And they said unto them even as Jesus had commanded: and they let them go.
They said to them just as Jesus had said, and they let them go.

And many spread their garments in the way: and others cut down branches off the trees, and strawed them in the way.

und die vorangingen und nachfolgten, riefen: Hosanna! Gepriesen sei, der da kommt im Namen des Herrn!
Y los que iban delante, y los que iban detrás, daban voces diciendo: ¡Hosanna! Bendito el que viene en el nombre del Señor.
And they that went before, and they that followed, cried, saying, Hosanna; Blessed is he that cometh in the name of the Lord:
Those who went in front and those who followed cried out, “Hosanna! Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord!
Gepriesen sei das kommende Reich unseres Vaters David! Hosanna in der Höhe!
Bendito el reino de nuestro padre David que viene: ¡Hosanna en las alturas!
Blessed be the kingdom of our father David, that cometh in the name of the Lord: Hosanna in the highest.

Und er zog in Jerusalem ein und ging in den Tempel; und als er über alles umhergeblickt hatte, ging er, da es schon spät an der Zeit war, mit den Zwölfen hinaus nach Bethanien.
Y entró Jesús en Jerusalem, y en el templo: y habiendo mirado alrededor todas las cosas, y siendo ya tarde, salióse á Bethania con los doce.
And Jesus entered into Jerusalem, and into the temple: and when he had looked round about upon all things, and now the eventide was come, he went out unto Bethany with the twelve.

And on the morrow, when they were come from Bethany, he was hungry:

der Blätter hatte, ging er hin, ob er vielleicht etwas an ihm fände; und als er zu ihm kam, fand er nichts als nur Blätter, denn es war nicht die Zeit der Feigen.
Y viendo de lejos una higuera que tenía hojas, se acercó, si quizá hallaría en ella algo: y como vino á ella, nada halló sino hojas; porque no era tiempo de higos.
And seeing a fig tree afar off having leaves, he came, if haply he might find any thing thereon: and when he came to it, he found nothing but leaves; for the time of figs was not yet.

Entonces Jesús respondiendo, dijo á la higuera: Nunca más coma nadie fruto de ti para siempre. Y lo oyeron sus discípulos.
And Jesus answered and said unto it, No man eat fruit of thee hereafter for ever. And his disciples heard it.
Jesus told it, “May no one ever eat fruit from you again!” and his disciples heard it.
Und sie kommen nach Jerusalem. Und als er in den Tempel eingetreten war, fing er an auszutreiben, die im Tempel verkauften und kauften; und die Tische der Wechsler und die Sitze der Taubenverkäufer stieß er um.

And they come to Jerusalem: and Jesus went into the temple, and began to cast out them that sold and bought in the temple, and overthrew the tables of the moneychangers, and the seats of them that sold doves;

Und er erlaubte nicht, daß jemand ein Gefäß durch den Tempel trug.
Y no consentía que alguien llevase vaso por el templo.
And would not suffer that any man should carry any vessel through the temple.

Y les enseñaba diciendo: ¿No está escrito que mi casa, casa de oración será llamada por todas las gentes? Mas vosotros la habéis hecho cueva de ladrones.
And he taught, saying unto them, Is it not written, My house shall be called of all nations the house of prayer? but ye have made it a den of thieves.
He taught, saying to them, “Isn’t it written, ‘My house will be called a house of prayer for all the nations’? But you have made it a den of robbers!”
Und die Hohenpriester und die Schriftgelehrten hörten es und suchten, wie sie ihn umbrächten; denn sie fürchteten ihn, weil die ganze Volksmenge sehr erstaunt war über seine Lehre.
Y lo oyeron los escribas y los príncipes de los sacerdotes, y procuraban cómo le matarían; porque le tenían miedo, por cuanto todo el pueblo estaba maravillado de su doctrina.
And the scribes and chief priests heard it, and sought how they might destroy him: for they feared him, because all the people was astonished at his doctrine.

And in the morning, as they passed by, they saw the fig tree dried up from the roots.

Und Petrus erinnerte sich und spricht zu ihm: Rabbi, siehe, der Feigenbaum, den du verfluchtest, ist verdorrt.
Entonces Pedro acordándose, le dice: Maestro, he aquí la higuera que maldijiste, se ha secado.
And Peter calling to remembrance saith unto him, Master, behold, the fig tree which thou cursedst is withered away.
Peter, remembering, said to him, “Rabbi, look! The fig tree which you cursed has withered away.”
Und Jesus antwortet und spricht zu ihnen: Habet Glauben an Gott.
Y respondiendo Jesús, les dice: Tened fe en Dios.
And Jesus answering saith unto them, Have faith in God.
Jesus answered them, “Have faith in God.
Wahrlich, ich sage euch: Wer irgend zu diesem Berge sagen wird: Werde aufgehoben und ins Meer geworfen! und nicht zweifeln wird in seinem Herzen, sondern glauben, daß geschieht, was er sagt, dem wird werden was irgend er sagen wird .
Porque de cierto os digo que cualquiera que dijere á este monte: Quítate, y échate en la mar, y no dudare en su corazón, mas creyere que será hecho lo que dice, lo que dijere le será hecho.
For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith.
For most certainly I tell you, whoever may tell this mountain, ‘Be taken up and cast into the sea,’ and doesn’t doubt in his heart, but believes that what he says is happening, he shall have whatever he says.
Darum sage ich euch: Alles, um was irgend ihr betet und bittet, glaubet, daß ihr es empfanget, und es wird euch werden.
Por tanto, os digo que todo lo que orando pidiereis, creed que lo recibiréis, y os vendrá.
Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.

Und wenn ihr im Gebet dastehet, so vergebet, wenn ihr etwas wider jemand habt, auf daß auch euer Vater, der in den Himmeln ist, euch eure Übertretungen vergebe.
Y cuando estuviereis orando, perdonad, si tenéis algo contra alguno, para que vuestro Padre que está en los cielos os perdone también á vosotros vuestras ofensas.
And when ye stand praying, forgive, if ye have ought against any: that your Father also which is in heaven may forgive you your trespasses.
Whenever you stand praying, forgive, if you have anything against anyone; so that your Father, who is in heaven, may also forgive you your transgressions.
Wenn ihr aber nicht vergebet, so wird euer Vater, der in den Himmeln ist, auch eure Übertretungen nicht vergeben.
Porque si vosotros no perdonareis, tampoco vuestro Padre que está en los cielos os perdonará vuestras ofensas.
But if ye do not forgive, neither will your Father which is in heaven forgive your trespasses.

Und sie kommen wiederum nach Jerusalem. Und als er in dem Tempel umherwandelte, kommen die Hohenpriester und die Schriftgelehrten und

And they come again to Jerusalem: and as he was walking in the temple, there come to him the chief priests, and the scribes, and the elders,

die Ältesten zu ihm und sagen zu ihm: In welchem Recht tust du diese Dinge? Und wer hat dir dieses Recht gegeben, daß du diese Dinge tust?
Y le dicen: ¿Con qué facultad haces estas cosas? ¿y quién te ha dado esta facultad para hacer estas cosas?
And say unto him, By what authority doest thou these things? and who gave thee this authority to do these things?
and they began saying to him, “By what authority do you do these things? Or who gave you this authority to do these things?”
Jesus aber antwortete und sprach zu ihnen: Auch ich will euch ein Wort fragen, und antwortet mir, und ich werde euch sagen, in welchem Recht ich diese Dinge tue:
Y Jesús respondiendo entonces, les dice: Os preguntaré también yo una palabra; y respondedme, y os diré con qué facultad hago estas cosas:
And Jesus answered and said unto them, I will also ask of you one question, and answer me, and I will tell you by what authority I do these things.
Jesus said to them, “I will ask you one question. Answer me, and I will tell you by what authority I do these things.
Die Taufe Johannes', war sie vom Himmel oder von Menschen? Antwortet mir.

Und sie überlegten miteinander und sprachen: Wenn wir sagen: Vom Himmel, so wird er sagen: Warum habt ihr ihm denn nicht geglaubt?
Entonces ellos pensaron dentro de sí, diciendo: Si dijéremos, del cielo, dirá: ¿Por qué, pues, no le creísteis?
And they reasoned with themselves, saying, If we shall say, From heaven; he will say, Why then did ye not believe him?
They reasoned with themselves, saying, “If we should say, ‘From heaven;’ he will say, ‘Why then did you not believe him?’
Sagen wir aber: Von Menschen... sie fürchteten das Volk; denn alle hielten von Johannes, daß er wirklich ein Prophet war.
Y si dijéremos, de los hombres, tememos al pueblo: porque todos juzgaban de Juan, que verdaderamente era profeta.
But if we shall say, Of men; they feared the people: for all men counted John, that he was a prophet indeed.
If we should say, ‘From men’”—they feared the people, for all held John to really be a prophet.
Und sie antworten und sagen zu Jesu: Wir wissen es nicht. Und Jesus antwortet und spricht zu ihnen: So sage ich auch euch nicht, in welchem Recht ich diese Dinge tue.
Y respondiendo, dicen á Jesús: No sabemos. Entonces respondiendo Jesús, les dice: Tampoco yo os diré con qué facultad hago estas cosas.
And they answered and said unto Jesus, We cannot tell. And Jesus answering saith unto them, Neither do I tell you by what authority I do these things.
They answered Jesus, “We don’t know.” Jesus said to them, “Neither will I tell you by what authority I do these things.”
