Mais ces vignerons dirent entre eux : c’est ici l’héritier, venez, tuons-le, et l’héritage sera nôtre.

But those husbandmen said among themselves, This is the heir; come, let us kill him, and the inheritance shall be ours.

L’ayant donc pris, ils le tuèrent, et le jetèrent hors de la vigne.

And have ye not read this scripture; The stone which the builders rejected is become the head of the corner:
Haven’t you even read this Scripture: ‘The stone which the builders rejected was made the head of the corner.
Ceci a été fait par le Seigneur, et c’est une chose merveilleuse devant nos yeux.

Alors ils tâchèrent de le saisir, mais ils craignirent le peuple ; car ils connurent qu’il avait dit cette similitude contre eux ; c’est pourquoi le laissant, ils s’en allèrent.
Y procuraban prenderle, porque entendían que decía á ellos aquella parábola; mas temían á la multitud; y dejándole, se fueron.
And they sought to lay hold on him, but feared the people: for they knew that he had spoken the parable against them: and they left him, and went their way.

Lesquels étant venus, lui dirent : Maître, nous savons que tu es véritable, et que tu ne considères personne ; car tu n’as point d’égard à l’apparence des hommes, mais tu enseignes la voie de Dieu selon la vérité ; est-il permis de payer le tribut à César, ou non ? le payerons-nous, ou si nous ne le payerons- nous point ?
Y viniendo ellos, le dicen: Maestro, sabemos que eres hombre de verdad, y que no te cuidas de nadie; porque no miras á la apariencia de hombres, antes con verdad enseñas el camino de Dios: ¿Es lícito dar tributo á César, ó no? ¿Daremos, ó no daremos?
And when they were come, they say unto him, Master, we know that thou art true, and carest for no man: for thou regardest not the person of men, but teachest the way of God in truth: Is it lawful to give tribute to Cæsar, or not?
When they had come, they asked him, “Teacher, we know that you are honest, and don’t defer to anyone; for you aren’t partial to anyone, but truly teach the way of God. Is it lawful to pay taxes to Caesar, or not?
Mais Jésus connaissant leur hypocrisie, leur dit : pourquoi me tentez-vous ? apportez-moi un denier, que je le voie.
Entonces él, como entendía la hipocresía de ellos, les dijo: ¿Por qué me tentáis? Traedme la moneda para que la vea.
Shall we give, or shall we not give? But he, knowing their hypocrisy, said unto them, Why tempt ye me? bring me a penny, that I may see it.

Et ils le lui présentèrent. Alors il leur dit : de qui est cette image, et cette inscription ? ils lui répondirent : de César.
Y ellos se la trajeron y les dice: ¿Cúya es esta imagen y esta inscripción? Y ellos le dijeron: De César.
And they brought it. And he saith unto them, Whose is this image and superscription? And they said unto him, Cæsar’s.
They brought it. He said to them, “Whose is this image and inscription?” They said to him, “Caesar’s.”
Et Jésus répondant leur dit : rendez à César les choses qui sont à César, et à Dieu celles qui sont à Dieu ; et ils en furent étonnés.
Y respondiendo Jesús, les dijo: Dad lo que es de César á César; y lo que es de Dios, á Dios. Y se maravillaron de ello.
And Jesus answering said unto them, Render to Cæsar the things that are Cæsar’s, and to God the things that are God’s. And they marvelled at him.
Jesus answered them, “Give to Caesar the things that are Caesar’s, and to God the things that are God’s.” They marveled greatly at him.
Alors les Saducéens, qui disent qu’il n’y a point de résurrection, vinrent à lui, et l’interrogèrent, disant :

Then come unto him the Sadducees, which say there is no resurrection; and they asked him, saying,
Some Sadducees, who say that there is no resurrection, came to him. They asked him, saying,
Maître, Moïse nous a laissé par écrit : que si le frère de quelqu’un est mort, et a laissé sa femme, et n’a point laissé d’enfants, son frère prenne sa femme, et qu’il suscite lignée à son frère.
Maestro, Moisés nos escribió, que si el hermano de alguno muriese, y dejase mujer, y no dejase hijos, que su hermano tome su mujer, y levante linaje á su hermano.
Master, Moses wrote unto us, If a man’s brother die, and leave his wife behind him, and leave no children, that his brother should take his wife, and raise up seed unto his brother.
“Teacher, Moses wrote to us, ‘If a man’s brother dies and leaves a wife behind him, and leaves no children, that his brother should take his wife and raise up offspring for his brother.’
Or il y avait sept frères, dont l’aîné prit une femme, et mourant ne laissa point d’enfants.
Fueron siete hermanos: y el primero tomó mujer, y muriendo, no dejó simiente;

En la résurrection donc, quand ils seront ressuscités, duquel sera-t-elle la femme ? car les sept l’ont eue pour leur femme.
En la resurrección, pues, cuando resucitaren, ¿de cuál de ellos será mujer? porque los siete la tuvieron por mujer.
In the resurrection therefore, when they shall rise, whose wife shall she be of them? for the seven had her to wife.

Et Jésus répondant leur dit : la raison pour laquelle vous tombez dans l’erreur, c’est que vous ne connaissez point les Ecritures, ni la puissance de Dieu.
Entonces respondiendo Jesús, les dice: ¿No erráis por eso, porque no sabéis las Escrituras, ni la potencia de Dios?
And Jesus answering said unto them, Do ye not therefore err, because ye know not the scriptures, neither the power of God?
Jesus answered them, “Isn’t this because you are mistaken, not knowing the Scriptures nor the power of God?
Car quand ils seront ressuscités des morts, ils ne prendront point de femme, et on ne leur donnera point de femmes en mariage, mais ils seront comme les Anges qui sont aux cieux.
Porque cuando resucitarán de los muertos, ni se casarán, ni serán dados en casamiento, mas son como los ángeles que están en los cielos.
For when they shall rise from the dead, they neither marry, nor are given in marriage; but are as the angels which are in heaven.

Et quant aux morts, pour vous montrer qu’ils ressuscitent, n’avez-vous point lu dans le Livre de Moïse, comment Dieu lui parla dans le buisson, en disant : je suis le Dieu d’Abraham, et le Dieu d’Isaac, et le Dieu de Jacob ?
Y de que los muertos hayan de resucitar, ¿no habéis leído en el libro de Moisés cómo le habló Dios en la zarza, diciendo: Yo soy el Dios de Abraham, y el Dios de Isaac, y el Dios de Jacob?
And as touching the dead, that they rise: have ye not read in the book of Moses, how in the bush God spake unto him, saying, I am the God of Abraham, and the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob?
But about the dead, that they are raised, haven’t you read in the book of Moses about the Bush, how God spoke to him, saying, ‘I am the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob’?
Or il n’est pas le Dieu des morts, mais le Dieu des vivants. Vous êtes donc dans une grande erreur.
No es Dios de muertos, mas Dios de vivos; así que vosotros mucho erráis.
He is not the God of the dead, but the God of the living: ye therefore do greatly err.
He is not the God of the dead, but of the living. You are therefore badly mistaken.”
Et quelqu’un des Scribes qui les avait ouïs disputer, voyant qu’il leur avait bien répondu, s’approcha de lui, et lui demanda : quel est le premier de tous les Commandements ?
Y llegándose uno de los escribas, que los había oído disputar, y sabía que les había respondido bien, le preguntó: ¿Cuál es el primer mandamiento de todos?
And one of the scribes came, and having heard them reasoning together, and perceiving that he had answered them well, asked him, Which is the first commandment of all?
One of the scribes came and heard them questioning together, and knowing that he had answered them well, asked him, “Which commandment is the greatest of all?”
Et Jésus lui répondit : le premier de tous les Commandements est : écoute Israël, le Seigneur notre Dieu est le seul Seigneur ;
Y Jesús le respondió: El primer mandamiento de todos es: Oye, Israel, el Señor nuestro Dios, el Señor uno es.
And Jesus answered him, The first of all the commandments is, Hear, O Israel; The Lord our God is one Lord:
Jesus answered, “The greatest is: ‘Hear, Israel, the Lord our God, the Lord is one.
Et tu aimeras le Seigneur ton Dieu de tout ton coeur, de toute ton âme, de toute ta pensée, et de toute ta force. C’est là le premier Commandement.
Amarás pues al Señor tu Dios de todo tu corazón, y de toda tu alma, y de toda tu mente, y de todas tus fuerzas; este es el principal mandamiento.
And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind, and with all thy strength: this is the first commandment.
You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your mind, and with all your strength.’ This is the first commandment.
Et le second, qui est semblable au premier, est celui-ci : tu aimeras ton prochain comme toi-même. Il n’y a point d’autre Commandement plus grand que ceux-ci.
Y el segundo es semejante á él: Amarás á tu prójimo como á ti mismo. No hay otro mandamiento mayor que éstos.
And the second is like, namely this, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. There is none other commandment greater than these.

Et le Scribe lui dit : Maître, tu as bien dit selon la vérité, qu’il y a un seul Dieu, et qu’il n’y en a point d’autre que lui ;
Entonces el escriba le dijo: Bien, Maestro, verdad has dicho, que uno es Dios, y no hay otro fuera de él;
And the scribe said unto him, Well, Master, thou hast said the truth: for there is one God; and there is none other but he:
The scribe said to him, “Truly, teacher, you have said well that he is one, and there is none other but he;
Et que de l’aimer de tout son coeur, de toute son intelligence, de toute son âme, et de toute sa force ; et d’aimer son prochain comme soi-même, c’est plus que tous les holocaustes et les sacrifices.
Y que amarle de todo corazón, y de todo entendimiento, y de toda el alma, y de todas las fuerzas, y amar al prójimo como á sí mismo, más es que todos los holocaustos y sacrificios.
And to love him with all the heart, and with all the understanding, and with all the soul, and with all the strength, and to love his neighbour as himself, is more than all whole burnt offerings and sacrifices.

Et Jésus voyant que ce Scribe avait répondu prudemment, lui dit : tu n’es pas loin du Royaume de Dieu. Et personne n’osait plus l’interroger.
Jesús entonces, viendo que había respondido sabiamente, le dice: No estás lejos del reino de Dios. Y ya ninguno osaba preguntarle.
And when Jesus saw that he answered discreetly, he said unto him, Thou art not far from the kingdom of God. And no man after that durst ask him any question.
When Jesus saw that he answered wisely, he said to him, “You are not far from God’s Kingdom.” No one dared ask him any question after that.
Et comme Jésus enseignait dans le Temple, il prit la parole, et il dit : comment disent les Scribes que le Christ est le Fils de David ?
Y respondiendo Jesús decía, enseñando en el templo: ¿Cómo dicen los escribas que el Cristo es hijo de David?
And Jesus answered and said, while he taught in the temple, How say the scribes that Christ is the Son of David?

Car David lui-même a dit par le Saint-Esprit : le Seigneur a dit à mon Seigneur : assieds-toi à ma droite, jusqu’a ce que j’aie mis tes ennemis pour le marchepied de tes pieds.
Porque el mismo David dijo por el Espíritu Santo: Dijo el Señor á mi Señor: Siéntate á mi diestra, hasta que ponga tus enemigos por estrado de tus pies.
For David himself said by the Holy Ghost, The LORD said to my Lord, Sit thou on my right hand, till I make thine enemies thy footstool.
For David himself said in the Holy Spirit, ‘The Lord said to my Lord, “Sit at my right hand, until I make your enemies the footstool of your feet.”’
Puis donc que David lui-même l’appelle son Seigneur, comment est-il son fils ? Et de grandes troupes prenaient plaisir à l’entendre.
Luego llamándole el mismo David Señor, ¿de dónde, pues, es su hijo? Y los que eran del común del pueblo le oían de buena gana.
David therefore himself calleth him Lord; and whence is he then his son? And the common people heard him gladly.

Il leur disait aussi en les enseignant : donnez vous garde des Scribes, qui prennent plaisir à se promener en robes longues, et qui aiment les salutations dans les marchés.
Y les decía en su doctrina: Guardaos de los escribas, que quieren andar con ropas largas, y aman las salutaciones en las plazas,
And he said unto them in his doctrine, Beware of the scribes, which love to go in long clothing, and love salutations in the marketplaces,
In his teaching he said to them, “Beware of the scribes, who like to walk in long robes, and to get greetings in the marketplaces,
Et les premiers sièges dans les Synagogues, et les premières places dans les festins ;
Y las primeras sillas en las sinagogas, y los primeros asientos en las cenas;
And the chief seats in the synagogues, and the uppermost rooms at feasts:
and to get the best seats in the synagogues and the best places at feasts,
Qui dévorent entièrement les maisons des veuves, même sous le prétexte de faire de longues prières. Ils en recevront une plus grande condamnation.
Que devoran las casas de las viudas, y por pretexto hacen largas oraciones. Estos recibirán mayor juicio.
Which devour widows’ houses, and for a pretence make long prayers: these shall receive greater damnation.

Et Jésus étant assis vis-à-vis du tronc prenait garde comment le peuple mettait de l’argent au tronc.
Y estando sentado Jesús delante del arca de la ofrenda, miraba cómo el pueblo echaba dinero en el arca: y muchos ricos echaban mucho.
And Jesus sat over against the treasury, and beheld how the people cast money into the treasury: and many that were rich cast in much.
Jesus sat down opposite the treasury and saw how the multitude cast money into the treasury. Many who were rich cast in much.
Et plusieurs riches y mettaient beaucoup ; et une pauvre veuve vint, qui y mit deux petites pièces, qui font la quatrième partie d’un sou.
Y como vino una viuda pobre, echó dos blancas, que son un maravedí.
And there came a certain poor widow, and she threw in two mites, which make a farthing.
A poor widow came and she cast in two small brass coins, which equal a quadrans coin.
Et Jésus ayant appelé ses Disciples, il leur dit : en vérité je vous dis, que cette pauvre veuve a plus mis au tronc que tous ceux qui y ont mis.
Entonces llamando á sus discípulos, les dice: De cierto os digo que esta viuda pobre echó más que todos los que han echado en el arca:
And he called unto him his disciples, and saith unto them, Verily I say unto you, That this poor widow hath cast more in, than all they which have cast into the treasury:
He called his disciples to himself and said to them, “Most certainly I tell you, this poor widow gave more than all those who are giving into the treasury,
Car tous y ont mis de leur superflu ; mais celle-ci y a mis de son indigence tout ce qu’elle avait, toute sa subsistance. Retournez au Début
Porque todos han echado de lo que les sobra; mas ésta, de su pobreza echó todo lo que tenía, todo su alimento.
For all they did cast in of their abundance; but she of her want did cast in all that she had, even all her living.
