Und da er aus dem Tempel ging, sprach zu ihm seiner Jünger einer: Meister, siehe, welche Steine und welch ein Bau ist das!

Y SALIENDO del templo, le dice uno de sus discípulos: Maestro, mira qué piedras, y qué edificios.

And as he went out of the temple, one of his disciples saith unto him, Master, see what manner of stones and what buildings are here!

As he went out of the temple, one of his disciples said to him, “Teacher, see what kind of stones and what kind of buildings!”

Und Jesus antwortete und sprach zu ihm: Siehest du wohl alien diesen groften Bau? Nicht ein Stein wird auf dem andern bleiben, der nicht zerbrochen werde.

Y Jesús respondiendo, le dijo: ¿Ves estos grandes edificios? no quedará piedra sobre piedra que no sea derribada.

And Jesus answering said unto him, Seest thou these great buildings? there shall not be left one stone upon another, that shall not be thrown down.

Jesus said to him, “Do you see these great buildings? There will not be left here one stone on another, which will not be thrown down.”

Und da er auf dem Olberge saft gegenüber dem Tempel, fragten ihn besonders Petrus und Jakobus und Johannes und Andreas:

And as he sat upon the mount of Olives over against the temple, Peter and James and John and Andrew asked him privately,

As he sat on the Mount of Olives opposite the temple, Peter, James, John, and Andrew asked him privately,

Sage uns, wann wird das alles geschehen, und was wird das Zeichen sein wann das alles soli vollendet werden?

Dinos, ¿cuándo serán estas cosas? ¿y qué señal habrá cuando todas estas cosas han de cumplirse?

Tell us, when shall these things be? and what shall be the sign when all these things shall be fulfilled?

“Tell us, when will these things be? What is the sign that these things are all about to be fulfilled?”

Jesus antwortete ihnen und fing an zu sagen: Sehet zu, daß euch nicht jemand verfuhre!

Y Jesús respondiéndoles, comenzó á decir: Mirad, que nadie os engañe;

And Jesus answering them began to say, Take heed lest any man deceive you:

Jesus, answering, began to tell them, “Be careful that no one leads you astray.

Denn es werden viele kommen unter meinem Namen und sagen: Ich bin Christus, und werden viele verfuhren.

Porque vendrán muchos en mi nombre, diciendo: Yo soy el Cristo; y engañarán á muchos.

For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many.

For many will come in my name, saying, ‘I am he!’ and will lead many astray.

Wenn ihr aber horen werdet von Kriegen und Kriegsgeschrei, so furchtet euch nicht; denn es muli also geschehen. Aber das Ende ist noch nicht da.

Mas cuando oyereis de guerras y de rumores de guerras no os turbéis, porque conviene hacerse así; mas aun no será el fin.

And when ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars, be ye not troubled: for such things must needs be; but the end shall not be yet.

“When you hear of wars and rumors of wars, don’t be troubled. For those must happen, but the end is not yet.

Es wird sich ein Volk über das andere emporen und ein Konigreich über das andere. Und es werden geschehen Erdbeben hin und wieder, und wird sein teure Zeit und Schrecken. Das ist der Not Anfang.

Porque se levantará nación contra nación, y reino contra reino; y habrá terremotos en muchos lugares, y habrá hambres y alborotos; principios de dolores serán estos.

For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be earthquakes in divers places, and there shall be famines and troubles: these are the beginnings of sorrows.

For nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. There will be earthquakes in various places. There will be famines and troubles. These things are the beginning of birth pains.

Ihr aber, sehet euch vor! Denn sie werden euch uberantworten vor die Rathauser und Schulen; und ihr musset gestaupet werden und vor Fursten und Konige musset ihr gefuhret werden um meinetwillen zu einem Zeugnis über sie.

Mas vosotros mirad por vosotros: porque os entregarán en los concilios, y en sinagogas seréis azotados: y delante de presidentes y de reyes seréis llamados por causa de mí, en testimonio á ellos.

But take heed to yourselves: for they shall deliver you up to councils; and in the synagogues ye shall be beaten: and ye shall be brought before rulers and kings for my sake, for a testimony against them.

“But watch yourselves, for they will deliver you up to councils. You will be beaten in synagogues. You will stand before rulers and kings for my sake, for a testimony to them.

Und das Evangelium muli zuvor geprediget werden unter alle Volker.

Y á todas las gentes conviene que el evangelio sea predicado antes.

And the gospel must first be published among all nations.

The Good News must first be preached to all the nations.

Wenn sie euch nun führen und überantworten werden, so sorget nicht, was ihr reden sollt, und bedenket euch nicht zuvor, sondern was euch zu derselbigen Stunde gegeben wird, das redet. Denn ihr seid's nicht, die da reden, sondern der Heilige Geist.

Y cuando os trajeren para entregaros, no premeditéis qué habéis de decir, ni lo penséis: mas lo que os fuere dado en aquella hora, eso hablad; porque no sois vosotros los que habláis, sino el Espíritu Santo.

But when they shall lead you, and deliver you up, take no thought beforehand what ye shall speak, neither do ye premeditate: but whatsoever shall be given you in that hour, that speak ye: for it is not ye that speak, but the Holy Ghost.

When they lead you away and deliver you up, don’t be anxious beforehand or premeditate what you will say, but say whatever will be given you in that hour. For it is not you who speak, but the Holy Spirit.

Es wird aber uberantworten ein Bruder den andern zum Tode und der Vater den Sohn, und die Kinder werden sich emporen wider die Eltern und werden sie helfen toten.

Y entregará á la muerte el hermano al hermano, y el padre al hijo: y se levantarán los hijos contra los padres, y los matarán.

Now the brother shall betray the brother to death, and the father the son; and children shall rise up against their parents, and shall cause them to be put to death.

“Brother will deliver up brother to death, and the father his child. Children will rise up against parents and cause them to be put to death.

Und werdet gehasset sein von jedermann um meines Namens willen. Wer aber beharret bis an das Ende, der wird selig.

Y seréis aborrecidos de todos por mi nombre: mas el que perseverare hasta el fin, éste será salvo.

And ye shall be hated of all men for my name’s sake: but he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.

You will be hated by all men for my name’s sake, but he who endures to the end will be saved.

Wenn ihr aber sehen werdet den Greuel der Verwüstung, von dem der Prophet Daniel gesagt hat, daß er stehet, da er nicht soil (wer es lieset, der vernehme es!), alsdann, wer in Judaa ist, der fliehe auf die Berge;

Empero cuando viereis la abominación de asolamiento, que fué dicha por el profeta Daniel, que estará donde no debe (el que lee, entienda), entonces los que estén en Judea huyan á los montes;

But when ye shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, standing where it ought not, (let him that readeth understand,) then let them that be in Judæa flee to the mountains:

“But when you see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, standing where it ought not” (let the reader understand), “then let those who are in Judea flee to the mountains,

und wer auf dem Dache ist, dersteige nicht hernieder ins Haus und komme nicht hinein, etwas zu holen aus seinem Hause;

Y el que esté sobre el terrado, no descienda á la casa, ni entre para tomar algo de su casa;

And let him that is on the housetop not go down into the house, neither enter therein, to take any thing out of his house:

and let him who is on the housetop not go down, nor enter in, to take anything out of his house.

und wer auf dem Felde ist, der wende sich nicht um, seine Kleider zu holen.

Y el que estuviere en el campo, no vuelva atrás á tomar su capa.

And let him that is in the field not turn back again for to take up his garment.

Let him who is in the field not return back to take his cloak.

Wehe aber den Schwangern und Saugerinnen zu der Zeit!

Mas ¡ay de las preñadas, y de las que criaren en aquellos días!

But woe to them that are with child, and to them that give suck in those days!

But woe to those who are with child and to those who nurse babies in those days!

Bittet aber, daß eure Flucht nicht geschehe im Winter.

Orad pues, que no acontezca vuestra huída en invierno.

And pray ye that your flight be not in the winter.

Pray that your flight won’t be in the winter.

Denn in diesen Tagen werden solche Trubsale sein, als sie nie gewesen sind bisher vom Anfang der Kreaturen, die Gott geschaffen hat, und als auch nicht werden wird.

Porque aquellos días serán de aflicción, cual nunca fué desde el principio de la creación que crió Dios, hasta este tiempo, ni será.

For in those days shall be affliction, such as was not from the beginning of the creation which God created unto this time, neither shall be.

For in those days there will be oppression, such as there has not been the like from the beginning of the creation which God created until now, and never will be.

Und so der Herr diese Tage nicht verkurzt hatte, wurde kein Mensch selig; aber um der Auserwahlten willen, die er auserwahlet hat, hat er diese Tage verkurzt.

Y si el Señor no hubiese abreviado aquellos días, ninguna carne se salvaría; mas por causa de los escogidos que él escogió, abrevió aquellos días.

And except that the Lord had shortened those days, no flesh should be saved: but for the elect’s sake, whom he hath chosen, he hath shortened the days.

Unless the Lord had shortened the days, no flesh would have been saved; but for the sake of the chosen ones, whom he picked out, he shortened the days.

Wenn nun jemand zu der Zeit wird zu euch sagen: Siehe, hier ist Christus! siehe, da ist er! so glaubet nicht.

Y entonces si alguno os dijere: He aquí, aquí está el Cristo; ó, He aquí, allí está, no le creáis.

And then if any man shall say to you, Lo, here is Christ; or, lo, he is there; believe him not:

Then if anyone tells you, ‘Look, here is the Christ!’ or, ‘Look, there!’ don’t believe it.

Denn es werden sich erheben falsche Christi und falsche Propheten, die Zeichen und Wunder tun, daß sie auch die Auserwahlten verfuhren, so es moglich ware.

Porque se levantarán falsos Cristos y falsos profetas, y darán señales y prodigios, para engañar, si se pudiese hacer, aun á los escogidos.

For false Christs and false prophets shall rise, and shall shew signs and wonders, to seduce, if it were possible, even the elect.

For false christs and false prophets will arise and will show signs and wonders, that they may lead astray, if possible, even the chosen ones.

Ihr aber, sehet euch vor! Siehe, ich hab's euch alles zuvor gesagt.

Mas vosotros mirad; os lo he dicho antes todo.

But take ye heed: behold, I have foretold you all things.

But you watch. “Behold, I have told you all things beforehand.

Aber zu der Zeit, nach dieser Trubsal, werden Sonne und Mond ihren Schein verlieren.

Empero en aquellos días, después de aquella aflicción, el sol se obscurecerá, y la luna no dará su resplandor;

But in those days, after that tribulation, the sun shall be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light,

But in those days, after that oppression, the sun will be darkened, the moon will not give its light,

Und die Sterne werden vom Himmel fallen, und die Krafte der Himmel werden sich bewegen.

Y las estrellas caerán del cielo, y las virtudes que están en los cielos serán conmovidas;

And the stars of heaven shall fall, and the powers that are in heaven shall be shaken.

the stars will be falling from the sky, and the powers that are in the heavens will be shaken.

Und dann werden sie sehen des Menschen Sohn kommen in den Wolken mit grolier Kraft und Herrlichkeit.

Y entonces verán al Hijo del hombre, que vendrá en las nubes con mucha potestad y gloria.

And then shall they see the Son of man coming in the clouds with great power and glory.

Then they will see the Son of Man coming in clouds with great power and glory.

Und dann wird er seine Engel senden und wird versammeln seine Auserwahlten von den vier Winden, von dem Ende der Erde bis zum Ende der Himmel.

Y entonces enviará sus ángeles, y juntará sus escogidos de los cuatro vientos, desde el cabo de la tierra hasta el cabo del cielo.

And then shall he send his angels, and shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from the uttermost part of the earth to the uttermost part of heaven.

Then he will send out his angels, and will gather together his chosen ones from the four winds, from the ends of the earth to the ends of the sky.

An dem Feigenbaum lernet ein Gleichnis. Wenn jetzt seine Zweige saftig werden und Blatter gewinnen, so wisset ihr, daß der Sommer nahe ist.

De la higuera aprended la semejanza: Cuando su rama ya se enternece, y brota hojas, conocéis que el verano está cerca:

Now learn a parable of the fig tree; When her branch is yet tender, and putteth forth leaves, ye know that summer is near:

“Now from the fig tree, learn this parable. When the branch has now become tender and produces its leaves, you know that the summer is near;

Also auch, wenn ihr sehet, daß solches geschiehet, so wisset, daß es nahe vor der Tur ist.

Así también vosotros, cuando viereis hacerse estas cosas, conoced que está cerca, á las puertas.

So ye in like manner, when ye shall see these things come to pass, know that it is nigh, even at the doors.

even so you also, when you see these things coming to pass, know that it is near, at the doors.

Wahrlich, ich sage euch, dies Geschlecht wird nicht vergehen, bis daß dies alles geschehe.

De cierto os digo que no pasará esta generación, que todas estas cosas no sean hechas.

Verily I say unto you, that this generation shall not pass, till all these things be done.

Most certainly I say to you, this generation will not pass away until all these things happen.

Himmel und Erde werden vergehen; meine Worte aber werden nicht vergehen.

El cielo y la tierra pasarán, mas mis palabras no pasarán.

Heaven and earth shall pass away: but my words shall not pass away.

Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will not pass away.

Von dem Tage aber und der Stunde weili niemand, auch die Engel nicht im Himmel, auch der Sohn nicht, sondern allein der Vater.

Empero de aquel día y de la hora, nadie sabe; ni aun los ángeles que están en el cielo, ni el Hijo, sino el Padre.

But of that day and that hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels which are in heaven, neither the Son, but the Father.

“But of that day or that hour no one knows—not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father.

Sehet zu, wachet und betet; denn ihr wisset nicht, wann es Zeit ist.

Mirad, velad y orad: porque no sabéis cuándo será el tiempo.

Take ye heed, watch and pray: for ye know not when the time is.

Watch, keep alert, and pray; for you don’t know when the time is.

Gleich wie ein Mensch, der uber Land zog und lieli sein Haus und gab seinen Knechten Macht, einem jeglichen sein Werk, und gebot dem Turhuter, er sollte wachen.

Como el hombre que partiéndose lejos, dejó su casa, y dió facultad á sus siervos, y á cada uno su obra, y al portero mandó que velase:

For the Son of man is as a man taking a far journey, who left his house, and gave authority to his servants, and to every man his work, and commanded the porter to watch.

“It is like a man traveling to another country, having left his house and given authority to his servants, and to each one his work, and also commanded the doorkeeper to keep watch.

So wachet nun; denn ihr wisset nicht, wann der Herr des Hauses kommt, ob er kommt am Abend Oder zu Mitternacht Oder um den Hahnenschrei Oder des Morgens,

Velad pues, porque no sabéis cuándo el señor de la casa vendrá; si á la tarde, ó á la media noche, ó al canto del gallo, ó á la mañana;

Watch ye therefore: for ye know not when the master of the house cometh, at even, or at midnight, or at the cockcrowing, or in the morning:

Watch therefore, for you don’t know when the lord of the house is coming—whether at evening, or at midnight, or when the rooster crows, or in the morning;

auf daß er nicht schnell komme und finde euch schlafend.

Porque cuando viniere de repente, no os halle durmiendo.

Lest coming suddenly he find you sleeping.

lest, coming suddenly, he might find you sleeping.

Was ich aber euch sage, das sage ich alien: Wachet!

Y las cosas que á vosotros digo, á todos las digo: Velad.

And what I say unto you I say unto all, Watch.

What I tell you, I tell all: Watch!”
