Marcos 15

Pilatus aber gedachte, dem Volk genugzutun, und gab ihnen Barabbas los und überantwortete ihnen Jesum, daß er gegeilielt und gekreuziget wurde.

Y Pilato, queriendo satisfacer al pueblo, les soltó á Barrabás, y entregó á Jesús, después de azotarle, para que fuese crucificado.

And so Pilate, willing to content the people, released Barabbas unto them, and delivered Jesus, when he had scourged him, to be crucified.

Pilate, wishing to please the multitude, released Barabbas to them, and handed over Jesus, when he had flogged him, to be crucified.
