arriva Joseph d’Arimathée, conseiller de distinction, qui lui-même attendait aussi le royaume de Dieu. Il osa se rendre vers Pilate, pour demander le corps de Jésus.

José de Arimatea, senador noble, que también esperaba el reino de Dios, vino, y osadamente entró á Pilato, y pidió el cuerpo de Jesús.

Joseph of Arimathaea, an honourable counsellor, which also waited for the kingdom of God, came, and went in boldly unto Pilate, and craved the body of Jesus.

Joseph of Arimathaea, a prominent council member who also himself was looking for God’s Kingdom, came. He boldly went in to Pilate, and asked for Jesus’ body.
