Die Heilsbotschaft von Jesus Christus, dem Sohne Gottes, hat folgenden Anfang:

PRINCIPIO del evangelio de Jesucristo, Hijo de Dios.

The beginning of the gospel of Jesus Christ, the Son of God;

The beginning of the Good News of Jesus Christ, the Son of God.

Wie beim Propheten Jesaja geschrieben steht: »Siehe, ich sende meinen Boten vor dir her, der dir den Weg herrichten soll«;

Como está escrito en Isaías el profeta: He aquí yo envío á mi mensajero delante de tu faz, que apareje tu camino delante de ti.

As it is written in the prophets, Behold, I send my messenger before thy face, which shall prepare thy way before thee.

As it is written in the prophets, “Behold, I send my messenger before your face, who will prepare your way before you:

»eine Stimme ruft in der Wüste: ›Bereitet den Weg des Herrn, macht gerade seine Pfade!‹« –:

Voz del que clama en el desierto: Aparejad el camino del Señor; enderezad sus veredas.

The voice of one crying in the wilderness, Prepare ye the way of the Lord, make his paths straight.

the voice of one crying in the wilderness, ‘Make ready the way of the Lord! Make his paths straight!’”

so trat Johannes der Täufer in der Wüste auf, indem er eine Taufe der Buße predigte zur Vergebung der Sünden.

Bautizaba Juan en el desierto, y predicaba el bautismo del arrepentimiento para remisión de pecados.

John did baptize in the wilderness, and preach the baptism of repentance for the remission of sins.

John came baptizing in the wilderness and preaching the baptism of repentance for forgiveness of sins.

Da zog das ganze jüdische Land und auch alle Einwohner Jerusalems zu ihm hinaus und ließen sich von ihm im Jordanfluß taufen, indem sie ihre Sünden bekannten.

Y salía á él toda la provincia de Judea, y los de Jerusalem; y eran todos bautizados por él en el río de Jordán, confesando sus pecados.

And there went out unto him all the land of Judæa, and they of Jerusalem, and were all baptized of him in the river of Jordan, confessing their sins.

All the country of Judea and all those of Jerusalem went out to him. They were baptized by him in the Jordan river, confessing their sins.

Johannes trug aber ein Fell von Kamelhaaren und einen ledernen Gurt um seine Hüften; er nährte sich von Heuschrecken und wildem Honig,

Y Juan andaba vestido de pelos de camello, y con un cinto de cuero alrededor de sus lomos; y comía langostas y miel silvestre.

And John was clothed with camel’s hair, and with a girdle of a skin about his loins; and he did eat locusts and wild honey;

John was clothed with camel’s hair and a leather belt around his waist. He ate locusts and wild honey.

und seine Predigt lautete: »Nach mir kommt der, welcher stärker ist als ich, für den ich nicht gut genug bin, ihm gebückt seine Schuhriemen aufzulösen.

Y predicaba, diciendo: Viene tras mí el que es más poderoso que yo, al cual no soy digno de desatar encorvado la correa de sus zapatos.

And preached, saying, There cometh one mightier than I after me, the latchet of whose shoes I am not worthy to stoop down and unloose.

He preached, saying, “After me comes he who is mightier than I, the strap of whose sandals I am not worthy to stoop down and loosen.

Ich habe euch (nur) mit Wasser getauft, er aber wird euch mit heiligem Geiste taufen.«

Yo á la verdad os he bautizado con agua; mas él os bautizará con Espíritu Santo.

I indeed have baptized you with water: but he shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost.

I baptized you in water, but he will baptize you in the Holy Spirit.”

In jenen Tagen begab es sich nun auch, daß Jesus aus Nazareth in Galiläa kam und sich von Johannes im Jordan taufen ließ.

Y aconteció en aquellos días, que Jesús vino de Nazaret de Galilea, y fué bautizado por Juan en el Jordán.

And it came to pass in those days, that Jesus came from Nazareth of Galilee, and was baptized of John in Jordan.

Da, als er gerade aus dem Wasser heraufstieg, sah er (Johannes oder Jesus) den Himmel sich spalten und den Geist wie eine Taube auf ihn herabschweben;

Y luego, subiendo del agua, vió abrirse los cielos, y al Espíritu como paloma, que descendía sobre él.

And straightway coming up out of the water, he saw the heavens opened, and the Spirit like a dove descending upon him:

und eine Stimme erscholl aus den Himmeln: »Du bist mein geliebter Sohn; an dir habe ich Wohlgefallen gefunden!« –

Y hubo una voz de los cielos que decía: Tú eres mi Hijo amado; en ti tomo contentamiento.

And there came a voice from heaven, saying, Thou art my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.

A voice came out of the sky, “You are my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.”

Und sogleich trieb der Geist ihn in die Wüste hinaus;

Y luego el Espíritu le impele al desierto.

And immediately the Spirit driveth him into the wilderness.

Immediately the Spirit drove him out into the wilderness.

und er war vierzig Tage lang in der Wüste und wurde vom Satan versucht; er weilte dort bei den wilden Tieren, und die Engel leisteten ihm Dienste.

Y estuvo allí en el desierto cuarenta días, y era tentado de Satanás; y estaba con las fieras; y los ángeles le servían.

And he was there in the wilderness forty days, tempted of Satan; and was with the wild beasts; and the angels ministered unto him.

He was there in the wilderness forty days, tempted by Satan. He was with the wild animals; and the angels were serving him.

Nachdem dann Johannes ins Gefängnis gesetzt war, begab Jesus sich nach Galiläa und verkündete dort die Heilsbotschaft Gottes

Mas después que Juan fué encarcelado, Jesús vino á Galilea predicando el evangelio del reino de Dios,

Now after that John was put in prison, Jesus came into Galilee, preaching the gospel of the kingdom of God,

Now after John was taken into custody, Jesus came into Galilee, preaching the Good News of God’s Kingdom,

mit den Worten: »Die Zeit ist erfüllt und das Reich Gottes nahe herbeigekommen; tut Buße und glaubt an die Heilsbotschaft!«

Y diciendo: El tiempo es cumplido, y el reino de Dios está cerca: arrepentíos, y creed al evangelio.

And saying, The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand: repent ye, and believe the gospel.

and saying, “The time is fulfilled, and God’s Kingdom is at hand! Repent, and believe in the Good News.”

Als Jesus nun (eines Tages) am Ufer des Galiläischen Sees hinging, sah er Simon und Andreas, den Bruder Simons, die Netze im See auswerfen; sie waren nämlich Fischer.

Y pasando junto á la mar de Galilea, vió á Simón, y á Andrés su hermano, que echaban la red en la mar; porque eran pescadores.

Now as he walked by the sea of Galilee, he saw Simon and Andrew his brother casting a net into the sea: for they were fishers.

Passing along by the sea of Galilee, he saw Simon and Andrew, the brother of Simon, casting a net into the sea, for they were fishermen.

Da sagte Jesus zu ihnen: »Kommt, folgt mir nach, ich will euch zu Menschenfischern machen!«

Y les dijo Jesús: Venid en pos de mí, y haré que seáis pescadores de hombres.

And Jesus said unto them, Come ye after me, and I will make you to become fishers of men.

Jesus said to them, “Come after me, and I will make you into fishers for men.”

Sogleich ließen sie ihre Netze liegen und folgten ihm nach.

Y luego, dejadas sus redes, le siguieron.

And straightway they forsook their nets, and followed him.

Immediately they left their nets, and followed him.

Als er dann ein wenig weitergegangen war, sah er Jakobus, den Sohn des Zebedäus, und seinen Bruder Johannes, die, ebenfalls im Boot, ihre Netze instand setzten.

Y pasando de allí un poco más adelante, vió á Jacobo, hijo de Zebedeo, y á Juan su hermano, también ellos en el navío, que aderezaban las redes.

And when he had gone a little further thence, he saw James the son of Zebedee, and John his brother, who also were in the ship mending their nets.

Going on a little further from there, he saw James the son of Zebedee, and John his brother, who were also in the boat mending the nets.

Sogleich berief er sie; da ließen sie ihren Vater Zebedäus mit den Lohnknechten im Boot und folgten ihm nach.

Y luego los llamó: y dejando á su padre Zebedeo en el barco con los jornaleros, fueron en pos de él.

And straightway he called them: and they left their father Zebedee in the ship with the hired servants, and went after him.

Immediately he called them, and they left their father, Zebedee, in the boat with the hired servants, and went after him.

Sie begaben sich dann nach Kapernaum hinein; und sogleich am (nächsten) Sabbat ging er in die Synagoge und lehrte.

Y entraron en Capernaum; y luego los sábados, entrando en la sinagoga, enseñaba.

And they went into Capernaum; and straightway on the sabbath day he entered into the synagogue, and taught.

They went into Capernaum, and immediately on the Sabbath day he entered into the synagogue and taught.

Da waren sie über seine Lehre betroffen; denn er lehrte sie wie einer, der Vollmacht hat, ganz anders als die Schriftgelehrten.

Y se admiraban de su doctrina; porque les enseñaba como quien tiene potestad, y no como los escribas.

And they were astonished at his doctrine: for he taught them as one that had authority, and not as the scribes.

They were astonished at his teaching, for he taught them as having authority, and not as the scribes.

Nun war da gerade in ihrer Synagoge ein Mann mit einem unreinen Geist behaftet; der schrie auf

Y había en la sinagoga de ellos un hombre con espíritu inmundo, el cual dió voces,

And there was in their synagogue a man with an unclean spirit; and he cried out,

Immediately there was in their synagogue a man with an unclean spirit, and he cried out,

und rief: »Was willst du von uns, Jesus von Nazareth? Du bist gekommen, um uns zu verderben! Ich weiß von dir, wer du bist: der Heilige Gottes!«

Diciendo: ¡Ah! ¿qué tienes con nosotros, Jesús Nazareno? ¿Has venido á destruirnos? Sé quién eres, el Santo de Dios.

Saying, Let us alone; what have we to do with thee, thou Jesus of Nazareth? art thou come to destroy us? I know thee who thou art, the Holy One of God.

saying, “Ha! What do we have to do with you, Jesus, you Nazarene? Have you come to destroy us? I know who you are: the Holy One of God!”

Jesus bedrohte ihn mit den Worten: »Verstumme und fahre aus von ihm!«

Y Jesús le riñó, diciendo: Enmudece, y sal de él.

And Jesus rebuked him, saying, Hold thy peace, and come out of him.

Jesus rebuked him, saying, “Be quiet, and come out of him!”

Da riß der unreine Geist den Mann (in Krämpfen) hin und her und fuhr dann mit einem lauten Schrei von ihm aus.

Y el espíritu inmundo, haciéndole pedazos, y clamando á gran voz, salió de él.

And when the unclean spirit had torn him, and cried with a loud voice, he came out of him.

The unclean spirit, convulsing him and crying with a loud voice, came out of him.

Da gerieten sie allesamt in Staunen, so daß sie sich miteinander besprachen und sich befragten: »Was ist dies? Eine neue Lehre mit (göttlicher) Vollmacht! Auch den unreinen Geistern gebietet er, und sie gehorchen ihm!«

Y todos se maravillaron, de tal manera que inquirían entre sí, diciendo: ¿Qué es esto? ¿Qué nueva doctrina es ésta, que con potestad aun á los espíritus inmundos manda, y le obedecen?

And they were all amazed, insomuch that they questioned among themselves, saying, What thing is this? what new doctrine is this? for with authority commandeth he even the unclean spirits, and they do obey him.

They were all amazed, so that they questioned among themselves, saying, “What is this? What can this new doctrine be? For with authority he commands even the unclean spirits, and they obey him!”

Und der Ruf von ihm verbreitete sich alsbald überall in der ganzen umliegenden Landschaft Galiläa.

Y vino luego su fama por toda la provincia alrededor de Galilea.

And immediately his fame spread abroad throughout all the region round about Galilee.

The report of him went out immediately into all the region of Galilee and its surrounding area.

Sobald sie dann die Synagoge verlassen hatten, begaben sie sich in Begleitung des Jakobus und Johannes in das Haus des Simon und Andreas.

Y luego saliendo de la sinagoga, vinieron á casa de Simón y de Andrés, con Jacobo y Juan.

And forthwith, when they were come out of the synagogue, they entered into the house of Simon and Andrew, with James and John.

Immediately, when they had come out of the synagogue, they came into the house of Simon and Andrew, with James and John.

Die Schwiegermutter Simons aber lag dort fieberkrank zu Bett, was man ihm sogleich von ihr mitteilte.

Y la suegra de Simón estaba acostada con calentura; y le hablaron luego de ella.

But Simon’s wife’s mother lay sick of a fever, and anon they tell him of her.

Now Simon’s wife’s mother lay sick with a fever, and immediately they told him about her.

Er trat nun zu ihr, faßte sie bei der Hand und richtete sie auf; da wich das Fieber sogleich von ihr, und sie wartete ihnen (bei der Mahlzeit) auf.

Entonces llegando él, la tomó de su mano y la levantó; y luego la dejó la calentura, y les servía.

And he came and took her by the hand, and lifted her up; and immediately the fever left her, and she ministered unto them.

He came and took her by the hand and raised her up. The fever left her immediately, and she served them.

Als es dann Abend geworden und die Sonne untergegangen war, brachte man alle Kranken und Besessenen zu ihm,

Y cuando fué la tarde, luego que el sol se puso, traían á él todos los que tenían mal, y endemoniados;

And at even, when the sun did set, they brought unto him all that were diseased, and them that were possessed with devils.

At evening, when the sun had set, they brought to him all who were sick and those who were possessed by demons.

und die ganze Stadt war an der Tür versammelt.

Y toda la ciudad se juntó á la puerta.

And all the city was gathered together at the door.

All the city was gathered together at the door.

Und er heilte viele, die an Krankheiten aller Art litten, und trieb viele böse Geister aus, ließ dabei aber die Geister nicht reden, weil sie ihn kannten.

Y sanó á muchos que estaban enfermos de diversas enfermedades, y echó fuera muchos demonios; y no dejaba decir á los demonios que le conocían.

And he healed many that were sick of divers diseases, and cast out many devils; and suffered not the devils to speak, because they knew him.

He healed many who were sick with various diseases and cast out many demons. He didn’t allow the demons to speak, because they knew him.

Frühmorgens aber, als es noch ganz dunkel war, stand er auf, verließ das Haus und begab sich an einen einsamen Ort, wo er betete.

Y levantándose muy de mañana, aun muy de noche, salió y se fué á un lugar desierto, y allí oraba.

And in the morning, rising up a great while before day, he went out, and departed into a solitary place, and there prayed.

Early in the morning, while it was still dark, he rose up and went out, and departed into a deserted place, and prayed there.

Simon jedoch und seine Genossen eilten ihm nach,

Y le siguió Simón, y los que estaban con él;

And Simon and they that were with him followed after him.

Simon and those who were with him searched for him.

und als sie ihn gefunden hatten, sagten sie zu ihm: »Alle suchen dich!«

Y hallándole, le dicen: Todos te buscan.

And when they had found him, they said unto him, All men seek for thee.

They found him and told him, “Everyone is looking for you.”

Er aber antwortete ihnen: »Wir wollen anderswohin in die benachbarten Ortschaften gehen, damit ich auch dort die Botschaft ausrichte; denn dazu bin ich ausgezogen.«

Y les dice: Vamos á los lugares vecinos, para que predique también allí; porque para esto he venido.

And he said unto them, Let us go into the next towns, that I may preach there also: for therefore came I forth.

He said to them, “Let’s go elsewhere into the next towns, that I may preach there also, because I came out for this reason.”

So wanderte er denn in ganz Galiläa umher, indem er in ihren Synagogen predigte und die bösen Geister austrieb.

Y predicaba en las sinagogas de ellos en toda Galilea, y echaba fuera los demonios.

And he preached in their synagogues throughout all Galilee, and cast out devils.

He went into their synagogues throughout all Galilee, preaching and casting out demons.

Da kam ein Aussätziger zu ihm, fiel vor ihm auf die Knie nieder und bat ihn flehentlich mit den Worten: »Wenn du willst, kannst du mich reinigen.«

Y un leproso vino á él, rogándole; é hincada la rodilla, le dice: Si quieres, puedes limpiarme.

And there came a leper to him, beseeching him, and kneeling down to him, and saying unto him, If thou wilt, thou canst make me clean.

A leper came to him, begging him, kneeling down to him, and saying to him, “If you want to, you can make me clean.”

Jesus hatte Mitleid mit ihm, streckte seine Hand aus, faßte ihn an und sagte zu ihm: »Ich will’s: werde rein!«

Y Jesús, teniendo misericordia de él, extendió su mano, y le tocó, y le dice: Quiero, sé limpio.

And Jesus, moved with compassion, put forth his hand, and touched him, and saith unto him, I will; be thou clean.

Being moved with compassion, he stretched out his hand, and touched him, and said to him, “I want to. Be made clean.”

Da verschwand der Aussatz sogleich von ihm, und er wurde rein.

Y así que hubo él hablado, la lepra se fué luego de aquél, y fué limpio.

And as soon as he had spoken, immediately the leprosy departed from him, and he was cleansed.

When he had said this, immediately the leprosy departed from him and he was made clean.

Jesus aber gab ihm strenge Weisung, hieß ihn auf der Stelle weggehen

Entonces le apercibió, y despidióle luego,

And he straitly charged him, and forthwith sent him away;

He strictly warned him and immediately sent him out,

und sagte zu ihm: »Hüte dich, jemandem etwas davon zu sagen! Gehe vielmehr hin, zeige dich dem Priester und bringe für deine Reinigung das Opfer dar, das Mose geboten hat, zum Zeugnis für sie!«

Y le dice: Mira, no digas á nadie nada; sino ve, muéstrate al sacerdote, y ofrece por tu limpieza lo que Moisés mandó, para testimonio á ellos.

And saith unto him, See thou say nothing to any man: but go thy way, shew thyself to the priest, and offer for thy cleansing those things which Moses commanded, for a testimony unto them.

and said to him, “See that you say nothing to anybody, but go show yourself to the priest and offer for your cleansing the things which Moses commanded, for a testimony to them.”

Als jener aber weggegangen war, fing er an, vielfach davon zu erzählen und die Sache überall bekannt zu machen, so daß Jesus nicht mehr offen in eine Stadt hineingehen konnte, sondern sich draußen an einsamen Orten aufhalten mußte; und doch kamen die Leute von allen Seiten her zu ihm.

Mas él salido, comenzó á publicarlo mucho, y á divulgar el hecho, de manera que ya Jesús no podía entrar manifiestamente en la ciudad, sino que estaba fuera en los lugares desiertos; y venían á él de todas partes.

But he went out, and began to publish it much, and to blaze abroad the matter, insomuch that Jesus could no more openly enter into the city, but was without in desert places: and they came to him from every quarter.

But he went out, and began to proclaim it much, and to spread about the matter, so that Jesus could no more openly enter into a city, but was outside in desert places. People came to him from everywhere.
