Marcos 2

Les respondió Jesús : ¿Cómo es posible que los compañeros del esposo en las bodas ayunen, el esposo está en su compañía? Mientras tienen consigo al esposo no pueden ellos ayunar.

Y Jesús les dice: ¿Pueden ayunar los que están de bodas, cuando el esposo está con ellos? Entre tanto que tienen consigo al esposo no pueden ayunar.

And Jesus said unto them, Can the children of the bridechamber fast, while the bridegroom is with them? as long as they have the bridegroom with them, they cannot fast.

Jesus said to them, “Can the groomsmen fast while the bridegroom is with them? As long as they have the bridegroom with them, they can’t fast.
