1Y volvió a la sinagoga; y había allí un hombre cuya mano estaba tullida.
2Y lo estaban espiando para ver si lo sanaría en el día de reposo, para que pudieran tener algo contra él.
3Entonces le dijo al hombre con la mano tullida: ponte en medio,
4Y les dijo: ¿Es correcto hacer el bien en sábado o hacer el mal? para dar la vida o para dar muerte? Pero no dijeron nada.
5Y mirándolos alrededor, con enojo, entristecido por sus corazones duros; y él dijo al hombre: Extiende tu mano. Y él la extendió, y su mano quedó sana.
6Y los fariseos salieron, y de inmediato hicieron planes con los herodianos acerca de cómo podrían matarlo.
7Y Jesús se fue con sus discípulos al mar y gran número de Galilea lo siguió, y de Judea,
8Y de Jerusalén, y de Idumea, y del otro lado del Jordán, y de la región de Tiro y de Sidón,vino a él un gran número, al escuchar las grandes cosas que hizo.
9E hizo una petición a sus discípulos para que tuvieran un bote preparado para él, para que la multitud no lo apretujara;
10Porque él había sanado a tantos que todos los que estaban enfermos caían delante de él con el propósito de tocarlo.
11Y los espíritus inmundos, cada vez que lo veían, se arrodillaban delante de él, gritando y diciendo: Tú eres el Hijo de Dios.
12Y les dio órdenes especiales de no decir quién era.
13Y subió al monte, y envió en busca de los que le complacía tener a su lado; y fueron a él.
14Y tomó doce para que estuviesen con él, para enviarlos como predicadores,
15Y darles el poder de expulsar a los espíritus malignos:
16A Simón le dio el segundo nombre de Pedro;
17Y a Santiago, hijo de Zebedeo, y Juan, hermano de Jacobo, le dio el segundo nombre de Boanerges, que es: Hijos del trueno:
18Y Andrés, y Felipe, y Bartolomé, y Mateo, y Tomás, y Santiago, hijo de Alfeo, Tadeo, Simón el Zelote;
19Y Judas Iscariote, que después traicionó a Jesús.
20Y él entró en una casa. Y la gente volvió a reunirse, de modo que ni siquiera pudieron comer.
21Y cuando sus parientes tuvieron noticias de esto, salieron a buscarlo, diciendo: Está fuera de sí.
22Y los escribas que habían llegado de Jerusalén, decían: Tenía a Beelzebú, y por el gobernador de los espíritus malos, él expulsaba espíritus malos de los hombres.
23Y volviéndose a ellos, les dijo en forma de historia: ¿Cómo es posible que Satanás expulse a Satanás?
24Si hay división en un reino, ese reino vendrá a la destrucción;
25Y si hay división en una casa, esa casa vendrá a la destrucción;
26Y si Satanás está en guerra consigo mismo, y hay división en él, no guardará su lugar, sino que llegará a su fin.
27Pero nadie puede entrar en la casa del hombre fuerte y tomar sus bienes, sin antes poner cuerdas alrededor del hombre fuerte, y entonces él tomará sus bienes.
28En verdad, les digo, los hijos de los hombres tendrán el perdón por todos sus pecados y por todas las malas palabras que dicen:
29Pero el que dice cosas malas contra el Espíritu Santo nunca tendrá el perdón, pero el mal que ha hecho lo hará estar con él para siempre:
30Porque dijeron: Él tiene un espíritu inmundo.
31Y vinieron su madre y sus hermanos, y estaban afuera, y enviaron a buscarle, pidiéndole que los viera.
32Y un gran número estaban sentados a su alrededor; y le dijeron: Mira, tu madre y tus hermanos están afuera buscándote.
33Y él respondió: ¿Quiénes son mi madre y mis hermanos?
34Y mirando a los que estaban sentados a su alrededor, dijo: Mira, mi madre y mis hermanos.
35El que hace la voluntad de Dios, ese es mi hermano, mi hermana y mi madre.

1Y OTRA vez entró en la sinagoga; y había allí un hombre que tenía una mano seca.
2Y le acechaban si en sábado le sanaría, para acusarle.
3Entonces dijo al hombre que tenía la mano seca: Levántate en medio.
4Y les dice: ¿Es lícito hacer bien en sábado, ó hacer mal? ¿salvar la vida, ó quitarla? Mas ellos callaban.
5Y mirándolos alrededor con enojo, condoleciéndose de la ceguedad de su corazón, dice al hombre: Extiende tu mano. Y la extendió, y su mano fué restituída sana.
6Entonces saliendo los Fariseos, tomaron consejo con los Herodianos contra él, para matarle.
7Mas Jesús se apartó á la mar con sus discípulos: y le siguió gran multitud de Galilea, y de Judea,
8Y de Jerusalem, y de Idumea, y de la otra parte del Jordán. Y los de alrededor de Tiro y de Sidón, grande multitud, oyendo cuán grandes cosas hacía, vinieron á él.
9Y dijo á sus discípulos que le estuviese siempre apercibida la barquilla, por causa del gentío, para que no le oprimiesen.
10Porque había sanado á muchos; de manera que caían sobre él cuantos tenían plagas, por tocarle.
11Y los espíritus inmundos, al verle, se postraban delante de él, y daban voces, diciendo: Tú eres el Hijo de Dios.
12Mas él les reñía mucho que no le manifestasen.
13Y subió al monte, y llamó á sí á los que él quiso; y vinieron á él.
14Y estableció doce, para que estuviesen con él, y para enviarlos á predicar,
15Y que tuviesen potestad de sanar enfermedades, y de echar fuera demonios:
16A Simón, al cual puso por nombre Pedro;
17Y á Jacobo, hijo de Zebedeo, y á Juan hermano de Jacobo; y les apellidó Boanerges, que es, Hijos del trueno;
18Y á Andrés, y á Felipe, y á Bartolomé, y á Mateo, y á Tomás, y á Jacobo hijo de Alfeo, y á Tadeo, y á Simón el Cananita,
19Y á Judas Iscariote, el que le entregó. Y vinieron á casa.
20Y agolpóse de nuevo la gente, de modo que ellos ni aun podían comer pan.
21Y como lo oyeron los suyos, vinieron para prenderle: porque decían: Está fuera de sí.
22Y los escribas que habían venido de Jerusalem, decían que tenía á Beelzebub, y que por el príncipe de los demonios echaba fuera los demonios.
23Y habiéndolos llamado, les decía en parábolas: ¿Cómo puede Satanás echar fuera á Satanás?
24Y si algún reino contra sí mismo fuere dividido, no puede permanecer el tal reino.
25Y si alguna casa fuere dividida contra sí misma, no puede permanecer la tal casa.
26Y si Satanás se levantare contra sí mismo, y fuere dividido, no puede permanecer; antes tiene fin.
27Nadie puede saquear las alhajas del valiente entrando en su casa, si antes no atare al valiente y entonces saqueará su casa.
28De cierto os digo que todos los pecados serán perdonados á los hijos de los hombres, y las blasfemias cualesquiera con que blasfemaren;
29Mas cualquiera que blasfemare contra el Espíritu Santo, no tiene jamás perdón, mas está expuesto á eterno juicio.
30Porque decían: Tiene espíritu inmundo.
31Vienen después sus hermanos y su madre, y estando fuera, enviaron á él llamándole.
32Y la gente estaba sentada alrededor de él, y le dijeron: He aquí, tu madre y tus hermanos te buscan fuera.
33Y él les respondió, diciendo: ¿Quién es mi madre y mis hermanos?
34Y mirando á los que estaban sentados alrededor de él, dijo: He aquí mi madre y hermanos.
35Porque cualquiera que hiciere la voluntad de Dios, éste es mi hermano, y mi hermana, y mi madre.

1And he entered again into the synagogue; and there was a man there which had a withered hand.
2And they watched him, whether he would heal him on the sabbath day; that they might accuse him.
3And he saith unto the man which had the withered hand, Stand forth.
4And he saith unto them, Is it lawful to do good on the sabbath days, or to do evil? to save life, or to kill? But they held their peace.
5And when he had looked round about on them with anger, being grieved for the hardness of their hearts, he saith unto the man, Stretch forth thine hand. And he stretched it out: and his hand was restored whole as the other.
6And the Pharisees went forth, and straightway took counsel with the Herodians against him, how they might destroy him.
7But Jesus withdrew himself with his disciples to the sea: and a great multitude from Galilee followed him, and from Judæa,
8And from Jerusalem, and from Idumaea, and from beyond Jordan; and they about Tyre and Sidon, a great multitude, when they had heard what great things he did, came unto him.
9And he spake to his disciples, that a small ship should wait on him because of the multitude, lest they should throng him.
10For he had healed many; insomuch that they pressed upon him for to touch him, as many as had plagues.
11And unclean spirits, when they saw him, fell down before him, and cried, saying, Thou art the Son of God.
12And he straitly charged them that they should not make him known.
13And he goeth up into a mountain, and calleth unto him whom he would: and they came unto him.
14And he ordained twelve, that they should be with him, and that he might send them forth to preach,
15And to have power to heal sicknesses, and to cast out devils:
16And Simon he surnamed Peter;
17And James the son of Zebedee, and John the brother of James; and he surnamed them Boanerges, which is, The sons of thunder:
18And Andrew, and Philip, and Bartholomew, and Matthew, and Thomas, and James the son of Alphaeus, and Thaddaeus, and Simon the Canaanite,
19And Judas Iscariot, which also betrayed him: and they went into an house.
20And the multitude cometh together again, so that they could not so much as eat bread.
21And when his friends heard of it, they went out to lay hold on him: for they said, He is beside himself.
22And the scribes which came down from Jerusalem said, He hath Beelzebub, and by the prince of the devils casteth he out devils.
23And he called them unto him, and said unto them in parables, How can Satan cast out Satan?
24And if a kingdom be divided against itself, that kingdom cannot stand.
25And if a house be divided against itself, that house cannot stand.
26And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
27No man can enter into a strong man’s house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strong man; and then he will spoil his house.
28Verily I say unto you, All sins shall be forgiven unto the sons of men, and blasphemies wherewith soever they shall blaspheme:
29But he that shall blaspheme against the Holy Ghost hath never forgiveness, but is in danger of eternal damnation:
30Because they said, He hath an unclean spirit.
31There came then his brethren and his mother, and, standing without, sent unto him, calling him.
32And the multitude sat about him, and they said unto him, Behold, thy mother and thy brethren without seek for thee.
33And he answered them, saying, Who is my mother, or my brethren?
34And he looked round about on them which sat about him, and said, Behold my mother and my brethren!
35For whosoever shall do the will of God, the same is my brother, and my sister, and mother.

2They watched him, whether he would heal him on the Sabbath day, that they might accuse him.
3He said to the man whose hand was withered, “Stand up.”
4He said to them, “Is it lawful on the Sabbath day to do good or to do harm? To save a life or to kill?” But they were silent.
5When he had looked around at them with anger, being grieved at the hardening of their hearts, he said to the man, “Stretch out your hand.” He stretched it out, and his hand was restored as healthy as the other.
6The Pharisees went out, and immediately conspired with the Herodians against him, how they might destroy him.
7Jesus withdrew to the sea with his disciples; and a great multitude followed him from Galilee, from Judea,
8from Jerusalem, from Idumaea, beyond the Jordan, and those from around Tyre and Sidon. A great multitude, hearing what great things he did, came to him.
9He spoke to his disciples that a little boat should stay near him because of the crowd, so that they wouldn’t press on him.
10For he had healed many, so that as many as had diseases pressed on him that they might touch him.
11The unclean spirits, whenever they saw him, fell down before him and cried, “You are the Son of God!”
12He sternly warned them that they should not make him known.
13He went up into the mountain and called to himself those whom he wanted, and they went to him.
14He appointed twelve, that they might be with him, and that he might send them out to preach
15and to have authority to heal sicknesses and to cast out demons:
16Simon (to whom he gave the name Peter);
17James the son of Zebedee; and John, the brother of James, (whom he called Boanerges, which means, Sons of Thunder);
18Andrew; Philip; Bartholomew; Matthew; Thomas; James, the son of Alphaeus; Thaddaeus; Simon the Zealot;
19and Judas Iscariot, who also betrayed him. Then he came into a house.
20The multitude came together again, so that they could not so much as eat bread.
21When his friends heard it, they went out to seize him; for they said, “He is insane.”
22The scribes who came down from Jerusalem said, “He has Beelzebul,” and, “By the prince of the demons he casts out the demons.”
23He summoned them and said to them in parables, “How can Satan cast out Satan?
24If a kingdom is divided against itself, that kingdom cannot stand.
25If a house is divided against itself, that house cannot stand.
26If Satan has risen up against himself, and is divided, he can’t stand, but has an end.
27But no one can enter into the house of the strong man to plunder unless he first binds the strong man; then he will plunder his house.
28“Most certainly I tell you, all sins of the descendants of man will be forgiven, including their blasphemies with which they may blaspheme;
29but whoever may blaspheme against the Holy Spirit never has forgiveness, but is subject to eternal condemnation.”
30—because they said, “He has an unclean spirit.”
31His mother and his brothers came, and standing outside, they sent to him, calling him.
32A multitude was sitting around him, and they told him, “Behold, your mother, your brothers, and your sisters are outside looking for you.”
33He answered them, “Who are my mother and my brothers?”
34Looking around at those who sat around him, he said, “Behold, my mother and my brothers!
35For whoever does the will of God is my brother, my sister, and mother.”
