Y a ellos les dijo: ¿Es lícito en sábado hacer bien, o mal? ¿Salvar la vida a una persona, o quitársela? Mas ellos callaban.
Y les dice: ¿Es lícito hacer bien en sábado, ó hacer mal? ¿salvar la vida, ó quitarla? Mas ellos callaban.
And he saith unto them, Is it lawful to do good on the sabbath days, or to do evil? to save life, or to kill? But they held their peace.
He said to them, “Is it lawful on the Sabbath day to do good or to do harm? To save a life or to kill?” But they were silent.
Entonces Jesús clavando en ellos sus ojos llenos de indignación, y deplorando la ceguedad de su corazón, dijo al hombre: Extiende esa mano; la extendió y le quedó perfectamente sana.
Y mirándolos alrededor con enojo, condoleciéndose de la ceguedad de su corazón, dice al hombre: Extiende tu mano. Y la extendió, y su mano fué restituída sana.
And when he had looked round about on them with anger, being grieved for the hardness of their hearts, he saith unto the man, Stretch forth thine hand. And he stretched it out: and his hand was restored whole as the other.
When he had looked around at them with anger, being grieved at the hardening of their hearts, he said to the man, “Stretch out your hand.” He stretched it out, and his hand was restored as healthy as the other.
Pero los fariseos, saliendo de allí, se juntaron luego en consejo contra él con los herodianos, sobre la manera de perderle.
Entonces saliendo los Fariseos, tomaron consejo con los Herodianos contra él, para matarle.
And the Pharisees went forth, and straightway took counsel with the Herodians against him, how they might destroy him.

Y Jesús con sus discípulos se retiró a la ribera del mar de Tiberíades, y le fue siguiendo mucha gente de Galilea y de Judea,

But Jesus withdrew himself with his disciples to the sea: and a great multitude from Galilee followed him, and from Judæa,

y de Jerusalén , y de la Idumea, y del otro lado del Jordán. También los vecinos de Tiro y de Sidón, en gran multitud, vinieron a verle, oyendo las cosas que hacía.
Y de Jerusalem, y de Idumea, y de la otra parte del Jordán. Y los de alrededor de Tiro y de Sidón, grande multitud, oyendo cuán grandes cosas hacía, vinieron á él.
And from Jerusalem, and from Idumaea, and from beyond Jordan; and they about Tyre and Sidon, a great multitude, when they had heard what great things he did, came unto him.

Y así dijo a sus discípulos que le tuviesen dispuesta una barquilla, para que el tropel de la gente no le oprimiese.
Y dijo á sus discípulos que le estuviese siempre apercibida la barquilla, por causa del gentío, para que no le oprimiesen.
And he spake to his disciples, that a small ship should wait on him because of the multitude, lest they should throng him.
He spoke to his disciples that a little boat should stay near him because of the crowd, so that they wouldn’t press on him.
Pues curando, como curaba, a muchos, se echaban encima de él, a fin de tocarle todos los que tenían males;
Porque había sanado á muchos; de manera que caían sobre él cuantos tenían plagas, por tocarle.
For he had healed many; insomuch that they pressed upon him for to touch him, as many as had plagues.
For he had healed many, so that as many as had diseases pressed on him that they might touch him.
y hasta los poseídos de espíritus inmundos, al verle se arrodillaban delante de él, y gritaban, diciendo:
Y los espíritus inmundos, al verle, se postraban delante de él, y daban voces, diciendo: Tú eres el Hijo de Dios.
And unclean spirits, when they saw him, fell down before him, and cried, saying, Thou art the Son of God.
The unclean spirits, whenever they saw him, fell down before him and cried, “You are the Son of God!”
Tú eres el Hijo de Dios. Mas él los reprendía con graves amenazas para que no le descubriesen.
Mas él les reñía mucho que no le manifestasen.
And he straitly charged them that they should not make him known.
He sternly warned them that they should not make him known.
Subiendo después Jesús a un monte, llamó a sí a aquellos de sus discípulos que él quiso:
Y subió al monte, y llamó á sí á los que él quiso; y vinieron á él.
And he goeth up into a mountain, and calleth unto him whom he would: and they came unto him.
He went up into the mountain and called to himself those whom he wanted, and they went to him.
y llegados que fueron, escogió doce para tenerlos consigo, y enviarlos a predicar,
Y estableció doce, para que estuviesen con él, y para enviarlos á predicar,
And he ordained twelve, that they should be with him, and that he might send them forth to preach,
He appointed twelve, that they might be with him, and that he might send them out to preach
dándoles potestad de curar enfermedades y de expulsar demonios;
Y que tuviesen potestad de sanar enfermedades, y de echar fuera demonios:
And to have power to heal sicknesses, and to cast out devils:
and to have authority to heal sicknesses and to cast out demons:
a saber: Simón, a quien puso el nombre de Pedro;
A Simón, al cual puso por nombre Pedro;
And Simon he surnamed Peter;
Simon (to whom he gave the name Peter);
Santiago, hijo de Zebedeo, y Juan, hermano de Santiago, a quienes apellidó Boanerges, esto es, hijos del trueno, o rayos;
Y á Jacobo, hijo de Zebedeo, y á Juan hermano de Jacobo; y les apellidó Boanerges, que es, Hijos del trueno;
And James the son of Zebedee, and John the brother of James; and he surnamed them Boanerges, which is, The sons of thunder:

Andrés, Felipe, Bartolomé, Mateo, Tomás, Santiago, hijo de Alfeo, Tadeo, y Simón el cananeo,

y Judas Iscariote, el mismo que lo vendió.
Y á Judas Iscariote, el que le entregó. Y vinieron á casa.
And Judas Iscariot, which also betrayed him: and they went into an house.

De aquí vinieron a la casa, y concurrió de nuevo tal tropel de gente, que ni siquiera podía tomar alimento.
Y agolpóse de nuevo la gente, de modo que ellos ni aun podían comer pan.
And the multitude cometh together again, so that they could not so much as eat bread.

Entretanto, algunos de sus parientes que no creían en él, con estas noticias salieron para recogerle; porque decían que había perdido el juicio.
Y como lo oyeron los suyos, vinieron para prenderle: porque decían: Está fuera de sí.
And when his friends heard of it, they went out to lay hold on him: for they said, He is beside himself.
When his friends heard it, they went out to seize him; for they said, “He is insane.”
Al mismo tiempo los escribas que habían bajado de Jerusalén , no dudaban decir: Está poseído de Beelzebub; y así, por arte del príncipe de los demonios es como lanza los demonios.
Y los escribas que habían venido de Jerusalem, decían que tenía á Beelzebub, y que por el príncipe de los demonios echaba fuera los demonios.
And the scribes which came down from Jerusalem said, He hath Beelzebub, and by the prince of the devils casteth he out devils.
The scribes who came down from Jerusalem said, “He has Beelzebul,” and, “By the prince of the demons he casts out the demons.”
Mas Jesús , habiéndolos convocado, les decía o refutaba con estas parábolas: ¿Cómo puede Satanás expulsar a Satanás?
Y habiéndolos llamado, les decía en parábolas: ¿Cómo puede Satanás echar fuera á Satanás?
And he called them unto him, and said unto them in parables, How can Satan cast out Satan?
He summoned them and said to them in parables, “How can Satan cast out Satan?
Pues si un reino se divide en partidos contrarios, es imposible que subsista tal reino.
Y si algún reino contra sí mismo fuere dividido, no puede permanecer el tal reino.
And if a kingdom be divided against itself, that kingdom cannot stand.
If a kingdom is divided against itself, that kingdom cannot stand.
Y si una casa está desunida en contrarios partidos, tal casa no puede quedar en pie.
Y si alguna casa fuere dividida contra sí misma, no puede permanecer la tal casa.
And if a house be divided against itself, that house cannot stand.
If a house is divided against itself, that house cannot stand.
Así que si Satanás se levanta contra sí mismo, está su reino en discordia, y no puede durar; antes está cerca su fin.
Y si Satanás se levantare contra sí mismo, y fuere dividido, no puede permanecer; antes tiene fin.
And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
If Satan has risen up against himself, and is divided, he can’t stand, but has an end.
Nadie puede entrar en la casa del valiente para robarle sus alhajas, si primero no ata bien al valiente; después sí que podrá saquear la casa.
Nadie puede saquear las alhajas del valiente entrando en su casa, si antes no atare al valiente y entonces saqueará su casa.
No man can enter into a strong man’s house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strong man; and then he will spoil his house.
But no one can enter into the house of the strong man to plunder unless he first binds the strong man; then he will plunder his house.
En verdad os digo, añadió, que todos los pecados se pedonarán fácilmente a los hijos de los hombres, y aun las blasfemias que dijeren;
De cierto os digo que todos los pecados serán perdonados á los hijos de los hombres, y las blasfemias cualesquiera con que blasfemaren;
Verily I say unto you, All sins shall be forgiven unto the sons of men, and blasphemies wherewith soever they shall blaspheme:
“Most certainly I tell you, all sins of the descendants of man will be forgiven, including their blasphemies with which they may blaspheme;
pero el que blasfema contra el Espíritu Santo, no tendrá jamás perdón, sino que será reo de eterno juicio o condenación.
Mas cualquiera que blasfemare contra el Espíritu Santo, no tiene jamás perdón, mas está expuesto á eterno juicio.
But he that shall blaspheme against the Holy Ghost hath never forgiveness, but is in danger of eternal damnation:
but whoever may blaspheme against the Holy Spirit never has forgiveness, but is subject to eternal condemnation.”
Les decía esto porque lo acusaban de que estaba poseído del espíritu inmundo.
Porque decían: Tiene espíritu inmundo.
Because they said, He hath an unclean spirit.
—because they said, “He has an unclean spirit.”
Entretanto, llegan su madre y hermanos, o parientes; y quedándose fuera, en la puerta, enviaron a llamarle.
Vienen después sus hermanos y su madre, y estando fuera, enviaron á él llamándole.
There came then his brethren and his mother, and, standing without, sent unto him, calling him.
His mother and his brothers came, and standing outside, they sent to him, calling him.
Estaba mucha gente sentada alrededor de él, cuando le dijeron: Mira que tu madre y tus hermanos ahí fuera te buscan.
Y la gente estaba sentada alrededor de él, y le dijeron: He aquí, tu madre y tus hermanos te buscan fuera.
And the multitude sat about him, and they said unto him, Behold, thy mother and thy brethren without seek for thee.
A multitude was sitting around him, and they told him, “Behold, your mother, your brothers, and your sisters are outside looking for you.”
A lo que respondió diciendo: ¿Quién es mi madre y mis hermanos?
Y él les respondió, diciendo: ¿Quién es mi madre y mis hermanos?
And he answered them, saying, Who is my mother, or my brethren?
He answered them, “Who are my mother and my brothers?”
Y dando una mirada a los que estaban alrededor de él dijo: Veis aquí a mi madre y a mis hermanos;
Y mirando á los que estaban sentados alrededor de él, dijo: He aquí mi madre y hermanos.
And he looked round about on them which sat about him, and said, Behold my mother and my brethren!
Looking around at those who sat around him, he said, “Behold, my mother and my brothers!
porque cualquiera que hiciere la voluntad de Dios, ése es mi hermano, y mi hermana, y mi madre.
Porque cualquiera que hiciere la voluntad de Dios, éste es mi hermano, y mi hermana, y mi madre.
For whosoever shall do the will of God, the same is my brother, and my sister, and mother.
For whoever does the will of God is my brother, my sister, and mother.”
