afin qu'en regardant, ils regardent et ne voient point ; et qu'en entendant, ils entendent et ne comprennent point, de peur qu'ils ne se convertissent et qu'il ne leur soit pardonné.

Para que viendo, vean y no echen de ver; y oyendo, oigan y no entiendan: porque no se conviertan, y les sean perdonados los pecados.

That seeing they may see, and not perceive; and hearing they may hear, and not understand; lest at any time they should be converted, and their sins should be forgiven them.
