Marcos 4

Jésus se mit de nouveau à enseigner au bord de la mer. Une si grande foule s'assembla auprès de lui, qu'il monta et s'assit dans la barque, sur la mer, et toute la foule était à terre le long du rivage.

Y OTRA vez comenzó á enseñar junto á la mar, y se juntó á él mucha gente; tanto, que entrándose él en un barco, se sentó en la mar: y toda la gente estaba en tierra junto á la mar.

And he began again to teach by the sea side: and there was gathered unto him a great multitude, so that he entered into a ship, and sat in the sea; and the whole multitude was by the sea on the land.

Again he began to teach by the seaside. A great multitude was gathered to him, so that he entered into a boat in the sea and sat down. All the multitude were on the land by the sea.

Et il leur enseignait beaucoup de choses en paraboles, et il leur disait dans son enseignement :

Y les enseñaba por parábolas muchas cosas, y les decía en su doctrina:

And he taught them many things by parables, and said unto them in his doctrine,

He taught them many things in parables, and told them in his teaching,

" Ecoutez. — Le semeur sortit pour semer.

Oid: He aquí, el sembrador salió á sembrar.

Hearken; Behold, there went out a sower to sow:

“Listen! Behold, the farmer went out to sow.

Et comme il semait, des grains tombèrent le long du chemin, et les oiseaux vinrent et les mangèrent.

Y aconteció sembrando, que una parte cayó junto al camino; y vinieron las aves del cielo, y la tragaron.

And it came to pass, as he sowed, some fell by the way side, and the fowls of the air came and devoured it up.

As he sowed, some seed fell by the road, and the birds came and devoured it.

D'autres tombèrent sur un sol pierreux, où ils n'avaient pas beaucoup de terre ; ils levèrent aussitôt, parce que la terre était peu profonde.

Y otra parte cayó en pedregales, donde no tenía mucha tierra; y luego salió, porque no tenía la tierra profunda:

And some fell on stony ground, where it had not much earth; and immediately it sprang up, because it had no depth of earth:

Others fell on the rocky ground, where it had little soil, and immediately it sprang up, because it had no depth of soil.

Mais le soleil s'étant levé, la plante, frappée de ses feux et n'ayant point de racine, sécha.

Mas salido el sol, se quemó; y por cuanto no tenía raíz, se secó.

But when the sun was up, it was scorched; and because it had no root, it withered away.

When the sun had risen, it was scorched; and because it had no root, it withered away.

D'autres grains tombèrent parmi les épines ; et les épines montèrent et les étouffèrent, et il ne donnèrent point de fruit.

Y otra parte cayó en espinas; y subieron las espinas, y la ahogaron, y no dió fruto.

And some fell among thorns, and the thorns grew up, and choked it, and it yielded no fruit.

Others fell among the thorns, and the thorns grew up and choked it, and it yielded no fruit.

D'autres tombèrent dans la bonne terre ; montant et croissant, ils donnèrent leur fruit et rapportèrent l'un trente pour un, l'autre soixante et l'autre cent. "

Y otra parte cayó en buena tierra, y dió fruto, que subió y creció: y llevó uno á treinta, y otro á sesenta, y otro á ciento.

And other fell on good ground, and did yield fruit that sprang up and increased; and brought forth, some thirty, and some sixty, and some an hundred.

Others fell into the good ground and yielded fruit, growing up and increasing. Some produced thirty times, some sixty times, and some one hundred times as much.”

Et il ajouta : " Que celui qui a des oreilles, entende bien. "

Entonces les dijo: El que tiene oídos para oir, oiga.

And he said unto them, He that hath ears to hear, let him hear.

He said, “Whoever has ears to hear, let him hear.”

Lorsqu'il se trouva seul, ceux qui l'entouraient, avec les Douze, l'interrogèrent sur la parabole.

Y cuando estuvo solo, le preguntaron los que estaban cerca de él con los doce, sobre la parábola.

And when he was alone, they that were about him with the twelve asked of him the parable.

When he was alone, those who were around him with the twelve asked him about the parables.

Il leur dit : " A vous il a été donné de connaître le mystère du royaume de Dieu ; mais pour eux, qui sont dehors, tout est annoncé en paraboles,

Y les dijo: A vosotros es dado saber el misterio del reino de Dios; mas á los que están fuera, por parábolas todas las cosas;

And he said unto them, Unto you it is given to know the mystery of the kingdom of God: but unto them that are without, all these things are done in parables:

He said to them, “To you is given the mystery of God’s Kingdom, but to those who are outside, all things are done in parables,

afin qu'en regardant de leurs yeux ils ne voient point, qu'en entendant de leurs oreilles ils ne comprennent point : de peur qu'ils ne se convertissent et n'obtiennent le pardon de leurs péchés. "

Para que viendo, vean y no echen de ver; y oyendo, oigan y no entiendan: porque no se conviertan, y les sean perdonados los pecados.

That seeing they may see, and not perceive; and hearing they may hear, and not understand; lest at any time they should be converted, and their sins should be forgiven them.

that ‘seeing they may see and not perceive, and hearing they may hear and not understand, lest perhaps they should turn again, and their sins should be forgiven them.’”

Il ajouta : " Vous ne comprenez pas cette parabole ? Comment donc entendrez-vous toutes les paraboles ?

Y les dijo: ¿No sabéis esta parábola? ¿Cómo, pues, entenderéis todas las parábolas?

And he said unto them, Know ye not this parable? and how then will ye know all parables?

He said to them, “Don’t you understand this parable? How will you understand all of the parables?

Le semeur sème la parole.

El que siembra es el que siembra la palabra.

The sower soweth the word.

The farmer sows the word.

Ceux qui sont sur le chemin, ce sont les hommes en qui on sème la parole, et ils ne l'ont pas plus tôt entendue, que Satan vient et enlève la parole semée dans leurs cœurs.

Y éstos son los de junto al camino: en los que la palabra es sembrada: mas después que la oyeron, luego viene Satanás, y quita la palabra que fué sembrada en sus corazones.

And these are they by the way side, where the word is sown; but when they have heard, Satan cometh immediately, and taketh away the word that was sown in their hearts.

The ones by the road are the ones where the word is sown; and when they have heard, immediately Satan comes and takes away the word which has been sown in them.

Pareillement, ceux qui reçoivent la semence en un sol pierreux, ce sont ceux qui, dès qu'ils entendent la parole, la reçoivent avec joie ;

Y asimismo éstos son los que son sembrados en pedregales: los que cuando han oído la palabra, luego la toman con gozo;

And these are they likewise which are sown on stony ground; who, when they have heard the word, immediately receive it with gladness;

These in the same way are those who are sown on the rocky places, who, when they have heard the word, immediately receive it with joy.

mais il n'y a pas en eux de racines ; ils sont inconstants : que survienne la tribulation ou la persécution à cause de la parole, ils succombent aussitôt.

Mas no tienen raíz en sí, antes son temporales, que en levantándose la tribulación ó la persecución por causa de la palabra, luego se escandalizan.

And have no root in themselves, and so endure but for a time: afterward, when affliction or persecution ariseth for the word’s sake, immediately they are offended.

They have no root in themselves, but are short-lived. When oppression or persecution arises because of the word, immediately they stumble.

Ceux qui reçoivent la semence dans les épines, ce sont ceux qui écoutent la parole ;

Y éstos son los que son sembrados entre espinas: los que oyen la palabra;

And these are they which are sown among thorns; such as hear the word,

Others are those who are sown among the thorns. These are those who have heard the word,

mais les sollicitudes du monde, et la séduction des richesses, et les autres convoitises entrant dans leurs cœurs, étouffent la parole, et elle ne porte point de fruit.

Mas los cuidados de este siglo, y el engaño de las riquezas, y las codicias que hay en las otras cosas, entrando, ahogan la palabra, y se hace infructuosa.

And the cares of this world, and the deceitfulness of riches, and the lusts of other things entering in, choke the word, and it becometh unfruitful.

Enfin ceux où la semence tombe en bonne terre, ce sont ceux qui entendent la parole et la reçoivent, et produisent du fruit, trente, soixante, et cent pour un. "

Y éstos son los que fueron sembrados en buena tierra: los que oyen la palabra, y la reciben, y hacen fruto, uno á treinta, otro á sesenta, y otro á ciento.

And these are they which are sown on good ground; such as hear the word, and receive it, and bring forth fruit, some thirtyfold, some sixty, and some an hundred.

Those which were sown on the good ground are those who hear the word, accept it, and bear fruit, some thirty times, some sixty times, and some one hundred times.”

Il leur dit encore : " Apporte-t-on la lampe pour la mettre sous le boisseau ou sous le lit ? N'est-ce pas pour la mettre sur le chandelier ?

También les dijo: ¿Tráese la antorcha para ser puesta debajo del almud, ó debajo de la cama? ¿No es para ser puesta en el candelero?

And he said unto them, Is a candle brought to be put under a bushel, or under a bed? and not to be set on a candlestick?

He said to them, “Is a lamp brought to be put under a basket or under a bed? Isn’t it put on a stand?

Car il n'y a rien de caché qui ne doive être révélé, rien ne se fait en secret qui ne doive venir au jour.

Porque no hay nada oculto que no haya de ser manifestado, ni secreto que no haya de descubrirse.

For there is nothing hid, which shall not be manifested; neither was any thing kept secret, but that it should come abroad.

For there is nothing hidden except that it should be made known, neither was anything made secret but that it should come to light.

Si quelqu'un a des oreilles, qu'il entende bien. "

Si alguno tiene oídos para oir, oiga.

If any man have ears to hear, let him hear.

If any man has ears to hear, let him hear.”

Et il ajouta : " Prenez garde à ce que vous entendez. Selon la mesure avec laquelle vous aurez mesuré, on vous mesurera, et on y ajoutera encore pour vous.

Les dijo también: Mirad lo que oís: con la medida que medís, os medirán otros, y será añadido á vosotros los que oís.

And he said unto them, Take heed what ye hear: with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you: and unto you that hear shall more be given.

He said to them, “Take heed what you hear. With whatever measure you measure, it will be measured to you; and more will be given to you who hear.

Car on donnera à celui qui a déjà, et à celui qui n'a pas, même ce qu'il a, lui sera ôté. "

Porque al que tiene, le será dado; y al que no tiene, aun lo que tiene le será quitado.

For he that hath, to him shall be given: and he that hath not, from him shall be taken even that which he hath.

For whoever has, to him more will be given; and he who doesn’t have, even that which he has will be taken away from him.”

Il dit encore : " Il en est du royaume de Dieu comme d'un homme qui jette en terre de la semence.

Decía más: Así es el reino de Dios, como si un hombre echa simiente en la tierra;

And he said, So is the kingdom of God, as if a man should cast seed into the ground;

He said, “God’s Kingdom is as if a man should cast seed on the earth,

Il dort et il se lève, la nuit et le jour, et la semence germe et croît, sans qu'il sache comment.

Y duerme, y se levanta de noche y de día, y la simiente brota y crece como él no sabe.

And should sleep, and rise night and day, and the seed should spring and grow up, he knoweth not how.

and should sleep and rise night and day, and the seed should spring up and grow, though he doesn’t know how.

Car la terre produit d'elle-même du fruit : d'abord de l'herbe, puis un épi, et l'épi ensuite s'emplit de froment.

Porque de suyo fructifica la tierra, primero hierba, luego espiga, después grano lleno en la espiga;

For the earth bringeth forth fruit of herself; first the blade, then the ear, after that the full corn in the ear.

For the earth bears fruit by itself: first the blade, then the ear, then the full grain in the ear.

Et quand le fruit est mûr, aussitôt on y met la faucille, parce que c'est le temps de la moisson. "

Y cuando el fruto fuere producido, luego se mete la hoz, porque la siega es llegada.

But when the fruit is brought forth, immediately he putteth in the sickle, because the harvest is come.

But when the fruit is ripe, immediately he puts in the sickle, because the harvest has come.”

Il dit encore : " A quoi comparerons-nous le royaume de Dieu ? ou par quelle parabole le représenterons-nous ?

Y decía: ¿A qué haremos semejante el reino de Dios? ¿ó con qué parábola le compararemos?

And he said, Whereunto shall we liken the kingdom of God? or with what comparison shall we compare it?

He said, “How will we liken God’s Kingdom? Or with what parable will we illustrate it?

Il est semblable à un grain de sénevé qui, lorsqu'on le sème en terre, est la plus petite de toutes les semences qu'il y ait sur la terre ;

Es como el grano de mostaza, que, cuando se siembra en tierra, es la más pequeña de todas las simientes que hay en la tierra;

It is like a grain of mustard seed, which, when it is sown in the earth, is less than all the seeds that be in the earth:

It’s like a grain of mustard seed, which, when it is sown in the earth, though it is less than all the seeds that are on the earth,

et lorsqu'on l'a semé, il monte et devient plus grand que toutes les plantes potagères, et il étend si loin ses rameaux, que les oiseaux du ciel peuvent s'abriter sous son ombre. "

Mas después de sembrado, sube, y se hace la mayor de todas las legumbres, y echa grandes ramas, de tal manera que las aves del cielo puedan morar bajo su sombra.

But when it is sown, it groweth up, and becometh greater than all herbs, and shooteth out great branches; so that the fowls of the air may lodge under the shadow of it.

yet when it is sown, grows up and becomes greater than all the herbs, and puts out great branches, so that the birds of the sky can lodge under its shadow.”

Il les enseignait ainsi par diverses paraboles, selon qu'ils étaient capables de l'entendre.

Y con muchas tales parábolas les hablaba la palabra, conforme á lo que podían oir.

And with many such parables spake he the word unto them, as they were able to hear it.

With many such parables he spoke the word to them, as they were able to hear it.

Il ne leur parlait point sans paraboles, mais, en particulier, il expliquait tout à ses disciples.

Y sin parábola no les hablaba; mas á sus discípulos en particular declaraba todo.

But without a parable spake he not unto them: and when they were alone, he expounded all things to his disciples.

Without a parable he didn’t speak to them; but privately to his own disciples he explained everything.

Ce jour-là, sur le soir, il leur dit : " Passons à l'autre bord. "

Y les dijo aquel día cuando fué tarde: Pasemos de la otra parte.

And the same day, when the even was come, he saith unto them, Let us pass over unto the other side.

On that day, when evening had come, he said to them, “Let’s go over to the other side.”

Ayant renvoyé la foule, ils prirent avec eux Jésus, tel qu'il était, dans la barque, et d'autres petites barques l'accompagnaient.

Y despachando la multitud, le tomaron como estaba, en el barco; y había también con él otros barquitos.

And when they had sent away the multitude, they took him even as he was in the ship. And there were also with him other little ships.

Leaving the multitude, they took him with them, even as he was, in the boat. Other small boats were also with him.

Alors il s'éleva un tourbillon de vent impétueux qui poussait les flots contre la barque, de sorte que déjà elle s'emplissait d'eau.

Y se levantó una grande tempestad de viento, y echaba las olas en el barco, de tal manera que ya se henchía.

And there arose a great storm of wind, and the waves beat into the ship, so that it was now full.

A big wind storm arose, and the waves beat into the boat, so much that the boat was already filled.

Lui cependant était à la poupe, dormant sur le coussin ; ils le réveillèrent et lui dirent : " Maître, n'avez-vous point de souci que nous périssions ? "

Y él estaba en la popa, durmiendo sobre un cabezal, y le despertaron, y le dicen: ¿Maestro, no tienes cuidado que perecemos?

And he was in the hinder part of the ship, asleep on a pillow: and they awake him, and say unto him, Master, carest thou not that we perish?

He himself was in the stern, asleep on the cushion; and they woke him up and asked him, “Teacher, don’t you care that we are dying?”

Jésus étant réveillé tança le vent, et dit à la mer : " Tais-toi, calme-toi. " Et le vent s'apaisa, et il se fit un grand calme.

Y levantándose, increpó al viento, y dijo á la mar: Calla, enmudece. Y cesó el viento, y fué hecha grande bonanza.

And he arose, and rebuked the wind, and said unto the sea, Peace, be still. And the wind ceased, and there was a great calm.

He awoke and rebuked the wind, and said to the sea, “Peace! Be still!” The wind ceased and there was a great calm.

Et il leur dit : " Pourquoi êtes-vous effrayés ? N'avez-vous pas encore la foi ? " Et ils furent saisis d'une grande crainte, et ils se disaient l'un à l'autre : " Qui donc est celui-ci, que le vent et la mer lui obéissent ? "

Y á ellos dijo: ¿Por qué estáis así amedrentados? ¿Cómo no tenéis fe?

And he said unto them, Why are ye so fearful? how is it that ye have no faith?

He said to them, “Why are you so afraid? How is it that you have no faith?”

—

Y temieron con gran temor, y decían el uno al otro. ¿Quién es éste, que aun el viento y la mar le obedecen?

And they feared exceedingly, and said one to another, What manner of man is this, that even the wind and the sea obey him?

They were greatly afraid and said to one another, “Who then is this, that even the wind and the sea obey him?”
