Und Er fing abermals an zu lehren an dem Meer. Und es versammelte sich viel Volk, also daß Er in ein Fahrzeug einstieg, und auf dem Meere saß; und das ganze Gedränge war auf dem Lande am Meer.

Y OTRA vez comenzó á enseñar junto á la mar, y se juntó á él mucha gente; tanto, que entrándose él en un barco, se sentó en la mar: y toda la gente estaba en tierra junto á la mar.

And he began again to teach by the sea side: and there was gathered unto him a great multitude, so that he entered into a ship, and sat in the sea; and the whole multitude was by the sea on the land.

Again he began to teach by the seaside. A great multitude was gathered to him, so that he entered into a boat in the sea and sat down. All the multitude were on the land by the sea.

Und Er lehrte sie vieles in Gleichnissen und sprach zu ihnen in Seiner Lehre:

Y les enseñaba por parábolas muchas cosas, y les decía en su doctrina:

And he taught them many things by parables, and said unto them in his doctrine,

He taught them many things in parables, and told them in his teaching,

Höret zu: Siehe, es ging der Sämann aus zu säen.

Oid: He aquí, el sembrador salió á sembrar.

Hearken; Behold, there went out a sower to sow:

“Listen! Behold, the farmer went out to sow.

Und es geschah, indem er säte, fiel etliches an den Weg; und das Gevögel des Himmels kam und fraß es auf;

Y aconteció sembrando, que una parte cayó junto al camino; y vinieron las aves del cielo, y la tragaron.

And it came to pass, as he sowed, some fell by the way side, and the fowls of the air came and devoured it up.

As he sowed, some seed fell by the road, and the birds came and devoured it.

Anderes aber fiel auf das Steinichte, wo es nicht viel Erde hatte, und es ging alsbald auf, darum daß es nicht tiefe Erde hatte.

Y otra parte cayó en pedregales, donde no tenía mucha tierra; y luego salió, porque no tenía la tierra profunda:

And some fell on stony ground, where it had not much earth; and immediately it sprang up, because it had no depth of earth:

Others fell on the rocky ground, where it had little soil, and immediately it sprang up, because it had no depth of soil.

Da aber die Sonne aufging, ward es versengt, und weil es nicht Wurzel hatte, verdorrte es.

Mas salido el sol, se quemó; y por cuanto no tenía raíz, se secó.

But when the sun was up, it was scorched; and because it had no root, it withered away.

When the sun had risen, it was scorched; and because it had no root, it withered away.

Und anderes fiel in die Dornen, und die Dornen gingen auf und erstickten es, und es gab keine Frucht.

Y otra parte cayó en espinas; y subieron las espinas, y la ahogaron, y no dió fruto.

And some fell among thorns, and the thorns grew up, and choked it, and it yielded no fruit.

Others fell among the thorns, and the thorns grew up and choked it, and it yielded no fruit.

Und anderes fiel auf gutes Land und gab Frucht, die da aufging und wuchs, und trug eins dreißigfältig, und eins sechzigfältig, und eins hundertfältig.

Y otra parte cayó en buena tierra, y dió fruto, que subió y creció: y llevó uno á treinta, y otro á sesenta, y otro á ciento.

And other fell on good ground, and did yield fruit that sprang up and increased; and brought forth, some thirty, and some sixty, and some an hundred.

Others fell into the good ground and yielded fruit, growing up and increasing. Some produced thirty times, some sixty times, and some one hundred times as much.”

Und Er sprach: Wer Ohren hat zu hören, der höre.

Entonces les dijo: El que tiene oídos para oir, oiga.

And he said unto them, He that hath ears to hear, let him hear.

He said, “Whoever has ears to hear, let him hear.”

Und als Er allein war, fragten Ihn, die um Ihn waren, samt den Zwölfen um dieses Gleichnis.

Y cuando estuvo solo, le preguntaron los que estaban cerca de él con los doce, sobre la parábola.

And when he was alone, they that were about him with the twelve asked of him the parable.

When he was alone, those who were around him with the twelve asked him about the parables.

Und Er sprach zu ihnen: Euch ist gegeben, das Geheimnis des Reiches Gottes zu erkennen; denen draußen aber geschieht das alles in Gleichnissen;

Y les dijo: A vosotros es dado saber el misterio del reino de Dios; mas á los que están fuera, por parábolas todas las cosas;

And he said unto them, Unto you it is given to know the mystery of the kingdom of God: but unto them that are without, all these things are done in parables:

He said to them, “To you is given the mystery of God’s Kingdom, but to those who are outside, all things are done in parables,

Auf daß sie sehen und nicht erkennen, und hören und nicht verstehen, auf daß sie sich nicht bekehren und ihre Sünden ihnen vergeben werden.

Para que viendo, vean y no echen de ver; y oyendo, oigan y no entiendan: porque no se conviertan, y les sean perdonados los pecados.

That seeing they may see, and not perceive; and hearing they may hear, and not understand; lest at any time they should be converted, and their sins should be forgiven them.

that ‘seeing they may see and not perceive, and hearing they may hear and not understand, lest perhaps they should turn again, and their sins should be forgiven them.’”

Und Er sprach zu ihnen: Wisset ihr dieses Gleichnis nicht? und wie wollet ihr alle die Gleichnisse erkennen?

Y les dijo: ¿No sabéis esta parábola? ¿Cómo, pues, entenderéis todas las parábolas?

And he said unto them, Know ye not this parable? and how then will ye know all parables?

He said to them, “Don’t you understand this parable? How will you understand all of the parables?

Der Sämann säet das Wort.

El que siembra es el que siembra la palabra.

The sower soweth the word.

The farmer sows the word.

Das aber sind die, so am Wege sind, wo das Wort gesät wird; und wenn sie es gehört haben, kommt alsbald der Satan und nimmt das Wort hinweg, das in ihre Herzen gesät war.

Y éstos son los de junto al camino: en los que la palabra es sembrada: mas después que la oyeron, luego viene Satanás, y quita la palabra que fué sembrada en sus corazones.

And these are they by the way side, where the word is sown; but when they have heard, Satan cometh immediately, and taketh away the word that was sown in their hearts.

The ones by the road are the ones where the word is sown; and when they have heard, immediately Satan comes and takes away the word which has been sown in them.

Und desgleichen sind die, bei denen aufs Steinichte gesät wird, solche, welche das Wort, wenn sie es hören, alsbald mit Freuden aufnehmen.

Y asimismo éstos son los que son sembrados en pedregales: los que cuando han oído la palabra, luego la toman con gozo;

And these are they likewise which are sown on stony ground; who, when they have heard the word, immediately receive it with gladness;

These in the same way are those who are sown on the rocky places, who, when they have heard the word, immediately receive it with joy.

Und haben nicht Wurzel in ihnen, sondern sind wetterwendisch; wenn Trübsal oder Verfolgung um des Wortes willen kommt, so nehmen sie alsbald ein Ärgernis.

Mas no tienen raíz en sí, antes son temporales, que en levantándose la tribulación ó la persecución por causa de la palabra, luego se escandalizan.

And have no root in themselves, and so endure but for a time: afterward, when affliction or persecution ariseth for the word’s sake, immediately they are offended.

They have no root in themselves, but are short-lived. When oppression or persecution arises because of the word, immediately they stumble.

Und diese sind es, die in die Dornen gesät sind; diese hören das Wort;

Y éstos son los que son sembrados entre espinas: los que oyen la palabra;

And these are they which are sown among thorns; such as hear the word,

Others are those who are sown among the thorns. These are those who have heard the word,

Und die Sorgen dieses Zeitlaufs und der Betrug des Reichtums und die anderen Begierden kommen herein und ersticken das Wort, und es wird fruchtlos.

Mas los cuidados de este siglo, y el engaño de las riquezas, y las codicias que hay en las otras cosas, entrando, ahogan la palabra, y se hace infructuosa.

And the cares of this world, and the deceitfulness of riches, and the lusts of other things entering in, choke the word, and it becometh unfruitful.

and the cares of this age, and the deceitfulness of riches, and the lusts of other things entering in choke the word, and it becomes unfruitful.

Und diese sind es, die auf eine gutes Land gesät sind, die das Wort hören und annehmen und tragen Frucht, der eine dreißigfältig, und der eine sechzigfältig, und der eine hundertfältig.

Y éstos son los que fueron sembrados en buena tierra: los que oyen la palabra, y la reciben, y hacen fruto, uno á treinta, otro á sesenta, y otro á ciento.

And these are they which are sown on good ground; such as hear the word, and receive it, and bring forth fruit, some thirtyfold, some sixty, and some an hundred.

Those which were sown on the good ground are those who hear the word, accept it, and bear fruit, some thirty times, some sixty times, and some one hundred times.”

Und Er sprach zu ihnen: Kommt auch die Kerze, daß man sie unter den Scheffel oder unter die Bank setze und nicht vielmehr daß man sie auf den Leuchter aufsetze?

También les dijo: ¿Tráese la antorcha para ser puesta debajo del almud, ó debajo de la cama? ¿No es para ser puesta en el candelero?

And he said unto them, Is a candle brought to be put under a bushel, or under a bed? and not to be set on a candlestick?

He said to them, “Is a lamp brought to be put under a basket or under a bed? Isn’t it put on a stand?

Denn nichts ist verborgen, das nicht kundbar würde, und nichts so heimlich, daß es nicht an die Offenheit käme.

Porque no hay nada oculto que no haya de ser manifestado, ni secreto que no haya de descubrirse.

For there is nothing hid, which shall not be manifested; neither was any thing kept secret, but that it should come abroad.

For there is nothing hidden except that it should be made known, neither was anything made secret but that it should come to light.

Wer Ohren hat zu hören, der höre.

Si alguno tiene oídos para oir, oiga.

If any man have ears to hear, let him hear.

If any man has ears to hear, let him hear.”

Und Er sprach zu ihnen: Sehet zu, was ihr höret; Mit welchem Maß ihr messet, wird euch gemessen, und wird euch, die ihr höret, noch hinzugetan werden.

Les dijo también: Mirad lo que oís: con la medida que medís, os medirán otros, y será añadido á vosotros los que oís.

And he said unto them, Take heed what ye hear: with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you: and unto you that hear shall more be given.

He said to them, “Take heed what you hear. With whatever measure you measure, it will be measured to you; and more will be given to you who hear.

Denn wer da hat, dem wird gegeben werden; und wer nicht hat, von dem wird man wegnehmen auch das er hat.

Porque al que tiene, le será dado; y al que no tiene, aun lo que tiene le será quitado.

For he that hath, to him shall be given: and he that hath not, from him shall be taken even that which he hath.

For whoever has, to him more will be given; and he who doesn’t have, even that which he has will be taken away from him.”

Und Er sprach: Mit dem Reich Gottes ist es also, wie wenn der Mensch Samen wirft aufs Land.

Decía más: Así es el reino de Dios, como si un hombre echa simiente en la tierra;

And he said, So is the kingdom of God, as if a man should cast seed into the ground;

He said, “God’s Kingdom is as if a man should cast seed on the earth,

Und schlummert und steht auf Nacht und Tag; und der Same sproßt hervor und schießt auf, er selbst weiß nicht wie.

Y duerme, y se levanta de noche y de día, y la simiente brota y crece como él no sabe.

And should sleep, and rise night and day, and the seed should spring and grow up, he knoweth not how.

and should sleep and rise night and day, and the seed should spring up and grow, though he doesn’t know how.

Denn die Erde bringt von selbst die Frucht, zuerst das Gras, dann die Ähre, dann den vollen Weizen in der Ähre.

Porque de suyo fructifica la tierra, primero hierba, luego espiga, después grano lleno en la espiga;

For the earth bringeth forth fruit of herself; first the blade, then the ear, after that the full corn in the ear.

For the earth bears fruit by itself: first the blade, then the ear, then the full grain in the ear.

Wenn aber die Frucht sich ergibt, so sendet er alsbald die Sichel, weil die Ernte dasteht.

Y cuando el fruto fuere producido, luego se mete la hoz, porque la siega es llegada.

But when the fruit is brought forth, immediately he putteth in the sickle, because the harvest is come.

But when the fruit is ripe, immediately he puts in the sickle, because the harvest has come.”

Und Er sprach: Womit wollen wir das Reich Gottes vergleichen? In welchem Gleichnis wollen wir es darstellen?

Y decía: ¿A qué haremos semejante el reino de Dios? ¿ó con qué parábola le compararemos?

And he said, Whereunto shall we liken the kingdom of God? or with what comparison shall we compare it?

He said, “How will we liken God’s Kingdom? Or with what parable will we illustrate it?

Es ist wie ein Senfkorn: Wenn es in die Erde gesät wird, so ist es kleiner als alle Samen auf der Erde.

Es como el grano de mostaza, que, cuando se siembra en tierra, es la más pequeña de todas las simientes que hay en la tierra;

It is like a grain of mustard seed, which, when it is sown in the earth, is less than all the seeds that be in the earth:

It’s like a grain of mustard seed, which, when it is sown in the earth, though it is less than all the seeds that are on the earth,

Und wenn es gesät ist, so steigt es auf und wird größer als alle Gartenkräuter und gewinnt große Zweige, also daß das Gevögel des Himmels kann unter seinem Schatten wohnen.

Mas después de sembrado, sube, y se hace la mayor de todas las legumbres, y echa grandes ramas, de tal manera que las aves del cielo puedan morar bajo su sombra.

But when it is sown, it groweth up, and becometh greater than all herbs, and shooteth out great branches; so that the fowls of the air may lodge under the shadow of it.

yet when it is sown, grows up and becomes greater than all the herbs, and puts out great branches, so that the birds of the sky can lodge under its shadow.”

Und in vielen solchen Gleichnissen sagte Er ihnen das Wort, so wie sie es hören konnten.

Y con muchas tales parábolas les hablaba la palabra, conforme á lo que podían oir.

And with many such parables spake he the word unto them, as they were able to hear it.

With many such parables he spoke the word to them, as they were able to hear it.

Ohne Gleichnis aber redete Er nicht zu ihnen; legte Seinen Jüngern aber insonderheit alles aus.

Y sin parábola no les hablaba; mas á sus discípulos en particular declaraba todo.

But without a parable spake he not unto them: and when they were alone, he expounded all things to his disciples.

Without a parable he didn’t speak to them; but privately to his own disciples he explained everything.

Und an demselben Tage, da es Abend geworden, sprach Er zu ihnen: Lasset uns jenseits hinüberfahren.

Y les dijo aquel día cuando fué tarde: Pasemos de la otra parte.

And the same day, when the even was come, he saith unto them, Let us pass over unto the other side.

On that day, when evening had come, he said to them, “Let’s go over to the other side.”

Und sie entließen das Gedränge, und nahmen Ihn mit sich, wie Er im Schifflein war; und es waren aber noch andere Schifflein bei Ihm.

Y despachando la multitud, le tomaron como estaba, en el barco; y había también con él otros barquitos.

And when they had sent away the multitude, they took him even as he was in the ship. And there were also with him other little ships.

Leaving the multitude, they took him with them, even as he was, in the boat. Other small boats were also with him.

Und es ward ein Wirbel eines großen Windes, und warf die Wellen in das Schifflein, also daß es schon sich füllte.

Y se levantó una grande tempestad de viento, y echaba las olas en el barco, de tal manera que ya se henchía.

And there arose a great storm of wind, and the waves beat into the ship, so that it was now full.

A big wind storm arose, and the waves beat into the boat, so much that the boat was already filled.

Und Er war im Hinterteil des Fahrzeuges und schlummerte auf einem Kopfkissen. Und sie wecken Ihn und sagen zu Ihm: Lehrer, kümmert es Dich nicht, daß wir verderben?

Y él estaba en la popa, durmiendo sobre un cabezal, y le despertaron, y le dicen: ¿Maestro, no tienes cuidado que perecemos?

And he was in the hinder part of the ship, asleep on a pillow: and they awake him, and say unto him, Master, carest thou not that we perish?

He himself was in the stern, asleep on the cushion; and they woke him up and asked him, “Teacher, don’t you care that we are dying?”

Und Er stand auf, bedrohte den Wind und sprach zu dem Meere: Schweig still und verstumme! Und der Wind legte sich, und es ward eine große Windstille.

Y levantándose, increpó al viento, y dijo á la mar: Calla, enmudece. Y cesó el viento, y fué hecha grande bonanza.

And he arose, and rebuked the wind, and said unto the sea, Peace, be still. And the wind ceased, and there was a great calm.

He awoke and rebuked the wind, and said to the sea, “Peace! Be still!” The wind ceased and there was a great calm.

Und Er sprach zu ihnen: Was seid ihr so furchtsam? Wie? habt ihr keinen Glauben?

Y á ellos dijo: ¿Por qué estáis así amedrentados? ¿Cómo no tenéis fe?

And he said unto them, Why are ye so fearful? how is it that ye have no faith?

He said to them, “Why are you so afraid? How is it that you have no faith?”

Sie aber fürchteten sich mit großer Furcht, und sprachen zueinander: Wer ist wohl Der, daß auch der Wind und das Meer Ihm gehorchen?

Y temieron con gran temor, y decían el uno al otro. ¿Quién es éste, que aun el viento y la mar le obedecen?

And they feared exceedingly, and said one to another, What manner of man is this, that even the wind and the sea obey him?

They were greatly afraid and said to one another, “Who then is this, that even the wind and the sea obey him?”
