Y les mandó que no lo dijeran a nadie, pero cuanto más se lo mandaba, con tanto mayor empeño lo publicaban;

Y les mandó que no lo dijesen á nadie; pero cuanto más les mandaba, tanto más y más lo divulgaban.

And he charged them that they should tell no man: but the more he charged them, so much the more a great deal they published it;

He commanded them that they should tell no one, but the more he commanded them, so much the more widely they proclaimed it.
