Et les pharisiens et les scribes lui demandent : Pourquoi tes disciples ne marchent-ils pas selon la tradition des anciens, mais prennent-ils leurs repas avec des mains souillées ?
Y le preguntaron los Fariseos y los escribas: ¿Por qué tus discípulos no andan conforme á la tradición de los ancianos, sino que comen pan con manos comunes?
Then the Pharisees and scribes asked him, Why walk not thy disciples according to the tradition of the elders, but eat bread with unwashen hands?

Mais il leur dit : Esaïe a bien prophétisé à votre sujet, hypocrites ; comme il est écrit : Ce peuple m'honore des lèvres, mais leur cœur est fort éloigné de moi.

Abandonnant le commandement de Dieu, vous retenez la tradition des hommes.

For laying aside the commandment of God, ye hold the tradition of men, as the washing of pots and cups: and many other such like things ye do.

Et il leur disait : Vous annulez fort bien le commandement de Dieu, afin d'observer votre tradition !

Y vosotros decís: Basta si dijere un hombre al padre ó la madre: Es Corbán (quiere decir, don mío á Dios) todo aquello con que pudiera valerte;
But ye say, If a man shall say to his father or mother, It is Corban, that is to say, a gift, by whatsoever thou mightest be profited by me; he shall be free.
But you say, ‘If a man tells his father or his mother, “Whatever profit you might have received from me is Corban,”’” that is to say, given to God,
vous ne lui permettez plus de rien faire pour son père ou pour sa mère,
Y no le dejáis hacer más por su padre ó por su madre,
And ye suffer him no more to do ought for his father or his mother;
“then you no longer allow him to do anything for his father or his mother,
annulant la parole de Dieu par votre tradition que vous avez établie. Et vous faites beaucoup d'autres choses semblables !
Invalidando la palabra de Dios con vuestra tradición que disteis: y muchas cosas hacéis semejantes á éstas.
Making the word of God of none effect through your tradition, which ye have delivered: and many such like things do ye.

Et ayant de nouveau appelé à lui la foule, il leur disait : Ecoutez-moi tous, et comprenez :

Nada hay fuera del hombre que entre en él, que le pueda contaminar: mas lo que sale de él, aquello es lo que contamina al hombre.
There is nothing from without a man, that entering into him can defile him: but the things which come out of him, those are they that defile the man.
There is nothing from outside of the man that going into him can defile him; but the things which proceed out of the man are those that defile the man.
Si quelqu'un a des oreilles pour entendre, qu'il entende !
Si alguno tiene oídos para oir, oiga.
If any man have ears to hear, let him hear.
If anyone has ears to hear, let him hear!”
Et lorsqu'il fut entré dans une maison, loin de la foule, ses disciples l'interrogeaient sur cette parabole.
Y apartado de la multitud, habiendo entrado en casa, le preguntaron sus discípulos sobre la parábola.
And when he was entered into the house from the people, his disciples asked him concerning the parable.

Et il leur dit : Vous aussi, vous êtes ainsi sans intelligence ? Ne comprenez-vous pas que rien de ce qui du dehors entre dans l'homme ne le peut souiller,
Y díjoles: ¿También vosotros estáis así sin entendimiento? ¿No entendéis que todo lo de fuera que entra en el hombre, no le puede contaminar;
And he saith unto them, Are ye so without understanding also? Do ye not perceive, that whatsoever thing from without entereth into the man, it cannot defile him;
He said to them, “Are you also without understanding? Don’t you perceive that whatever goes into the man from outside can’t defile him,
parce que cela n'entre pas dans son cœur, mais dans son ventre et sort au lieu secret, qui purifie tous les aliments ?
Porque no entra en su corazón, sino en el vientre, y sale á la secreta? Esto decía, haciendo limpias todas las viandas.
Because it entereth not into his heart, but into the belly, and goeth out into the draught, purging all meats?
because it doesn’t go into his heart, but into his stomach, then into the latrine, making all foods clean?”
Mais il disait : Ce qui sort de l'homme, voilà ce qui souille l'homme.
Mas decía, que lo que del hombre sale, aquello contamina al hombre.
And he said, That which cometh out of the man, that defileth the man.
He said, “That which proceeds out of the man, that defiles the man.

Los hurtos, las avaricias, las maldades, el engaño, las desvergüenzas, el ojo maligno, las injurias, la soberbia, la insensatez.
Thefts, covetousness, wickedness, deceit, lasciviousness, an evil eye, blasphemy, pride, foolishness:
covetings, wickedness, deceit, lustful desires, an evil eye, blasphemy, pride, and foolishness.
Toutes ces choses mauvaises sortent du dedans, et souillent l'homme.
Todas estas maldades de dentro salen, y contaminan al hombre.
All these evil things come from within, and defile the man.
All these evil things come from within and defile the man.”
Or s'étant levé, il s'en alla de là dans le territoire de Tyr ; et étant entré dans une maison, il voulait que personne ne le sût ; et il ne put être caché ;
Y levantándose de allí, se fué á los términos de Tiro y de Sidón; y entrando en casa, quiso que nadie lo supiese; mas no pudo esconderse.
And from thence he arose, and went into the borders of Tyre and Sidon, and entered into an house, and would have no man know it: but he could not be hid.

For a certain woman, whose young daughter had an unclean spirit, heard of him, and came and fell at his feet:
For a woman whose little daughter had an unclean spirit, having heard of him, came and fell down at his feet.
Or, cette femme était grecque, syro-phénicienne de nation. Et elle le priait de chasser le démon hors de sa fille.
Y la mujer era Griega, Sirofenisa de nación; y le rogaba que echase fuera de su hija al demonio.
The woman was a Greek, a Syrophenician by nation; and she besought him that he would cast forth the devil out of her daughter.
Now the woman was a Greek, a Syrophoenician by race. She begged him that he would cast the demon out of her daughter.
Et il lui disait : Laisse premièrement les enfants se rassasier ; car il n'est pas bien de prendre le pain des enfants et de le jeter aux petits chiens.
Mas Jesús le dijo: Deja primero hartarse los hijos, porque no es bien tomar el pan de los hijos y echarlo á los perrillos.
But Jesus said unto her, Let the children first be filled: for it is not meet to take the children’s bread, and to cast it unto the dogs.
But Jesus said to her, “Let the children be filled first, for it is not appropriate to take the children’s bread and throw it to the dogs.”
Mais elle répondit, et lui dit : Oui, Seigneur, aussi les petits chiens mangent-ils, sous la table, des miettes des enfants.
Y respondió ella, y le dijo: Sí, Señor; pero aun los perrillos debajo de la mesa, comen de las migajas de los hijos.
And she answered and said unto him, Yes, Lord: yet the dogs under the table eat of the children’s crumbs.
But she answered him, “Yes, Lord. Yet even the dogs under the table eat the children’s crumbs.”
Et il lui dit : A cause de cette parole, va ; le démon est sorti de ta fille.
Entonces le dice: Por esta palabra, ve; el demonio ha salido de tu hija.
And he said unto her, For this saying go thy way; the devil is gone out of thy daughter.
He said to her, “For this saying, go your way. The demon has gone out of your daughter.”
Et s'en étant allée dans sa maison, elle trouva l'enfant couchée sur le lit, et le démon sorti.
Y como fué á su casa, halló que el demonio había salido, y á la hija echada sobre la cama.
And when she was come to her house, she found the devil gone out, and her daughter laid upon the bed.
She went away to her house, and found the child having been laid on the bed, with the demon gone out.
Et étant sorti de nouveau du territoire de Tyr, il vint par Sidon, vers la mer de Galilée, en traversant le territoire de la Décapole.
Y volviendo á salir de los términos de Tiro, vino por Sidón á la mar de Galilea, por mitad de los términos de Decápolis.
And again, departing from the coasts of Tyre and Sidon, he came unto the sea of Galilee, through the midst of the coasts of Decapolis.
Again he departed from the borders of Tyre and Sidon, and came to the sea of Galilee through the middle of the region of Decapolis.
Et on lui amène un sourd qui avait la parole empêchée ; et on le prie de lui imposer les mains.
Y le traen un sordo y tartamudo, y le ruegan que le ponga la mano encima.
And they bring unto him one that was deaf, and had an impediment in his speech; and they beseech him to put his hand upon him.
They brought to him one who was deaf and had an impediment in his speech. They begged him to lay his hand on him.
Et l'ayant pris à part de la foule, il lui mit les doigts dans les oreilles, et, avec de la salive, il lui toucha la langue.
Y tomándole aparte de la gente, metió sus dedos en las orejas de él, y escupiendo, tocó su lengua;
And he took him aside from the multitude, and put his fingers into his ears, and he spit, and touched his tongue;
He took him aside from the multitude privately and put his fingers into his ears; and he spat and touched his tongue.
Et, levant les yeux au ciel, il soupira, et lui dit : Ephphata ! c'est-à-dire, ouvre-toi !
Y mirando al cielo, gimió, y le dijo: Ephphatha: que es decir: Sé abierto.
And looking up to heaven, he sighed, and saith unto him, Ephphatha, that is, Be opened.

Et ses oreilles furent ouvertes et aussitôt sa langue fut déliée, et il parlait très bien.
Y luego fueron abiertos sus oídos, y fué desatada la ligadura de su lengua, y hablaba bien.
And straightway his ears were opened, and the string of his tongue was loosed, and he spake plain.
Immediately his ears were opened, and the impediment of his tongue was released, and he spoke clearly.
Et il leur commanda de ne le dire à personne ; mais plus il le leur commandait plus ils le publiaient.
Y les mandó que no lo dijesen á nadie; pero cuanto más les mandaba, tanto más y más lo divulgaban.
And he charged them that they should tell no man: but the more he charged them, so much the more a great deal they published it;
He commanded them that they should tell no one, but the more he commanded them, so much the more widely they proclaimed it.
Et ils étaient frappés d'une stupéfaction extrême et disaient : Il a tout bien fait ; il fait entendre même les sourds et parler les muets.
Y en gran manera se maravillaban, diciendo: Bien lo ha hecho todo: hace á los sordos oir, y á los mudos hablar.
And were beyond measure astonished, saying, He hath done all things well: he maketh both the deaf to hear, and the dumb to speak.
They were astonished beyond measure, saying, “He has done all things well. He makes even the deaf hear and the mute speak!”
