Da fragten ihn nun die Pharisaer und Schriftgelehrten: Warum wandeln deine Junger nicht nach den Aufsatzen der Altesten, sondern essen das Brat mit ungewaschenen Handen?
Y le preguntaron los Fariseos y los escribas: ¿Por qué tus discípulos no andan conforme á la tradición de los ancianos, sino que comen pan con manos comunes?

Er aber antwortete und sprach zu ihnen: Wohl fein hat von euch Heuchlern Jesaja geweissagt, wie geschrieben steht: Dies Volk ehret mich mit den Lippen, aber ihr Herz ist feme von mir.

und hebet auf Gottes Wort durch eure Aufsatze, die ihr aufgesetzt habt; und desgleichen tut ihr viel.

Und da ervon dem Volk ins Haus kam, fragten ihn seine Junger um dieses Gleichnis.
Y apartado de la multitud, habiendo entrado en casa, le preguntaron sus discípulos sobre la parábola.
And when he was entered into the house from the people, his disciples asked him concerning the parable.

Und er sprach zu ihnen: Seid ihr denn auch so unverstandig? Vernehmet ihr noch nicht, daß alles, was auften ist und in den Menschen gehet, das kann ihn nicht gemein machen?
Y díjoles: ¿También vosotros estáis así sin entendimiento? ¿No entendéis que todo lo de fuera que entra en el hombre, no le puede contaminar;
And he saith unto them, Are ye so without understanding also? Do ye not perceive, that whatsoever thing from without entereth into the man, it cannot defile him;
He said to them, “Are you also without understanding? Don’t you perceive that whatever goes into the man from outside can’t defile him,
Denn es gehet nicht in sein Herz, sondern in den Bauch und gehet aus durch den naturlichen Gang, der alle Speise ausfeget.
Porque no entra en su corazón, sino en el vientre, y sale á la secreta? Esto decía, haciendo limpias todas las viandas.

Und er sprach: Was aus dem Menschen gehet, das macht den Menschen gemein.
Mas decía, que lo que del hombre sale, aquello contamina al hombre.
And he said, That which cometh out of the man, that defileth the man.

Thefts, covetousness, wickedness, deceit, lasciviousness, an evil eye, blasphemy, pride, foolishness:

Alle diese bosen Stücke gehen von innen heraus und machen den Menschen gemein.
Todas estas maldades de dentro salen, y contaminan al hombre.
All these evil things come from within, and defile the man.

Und er stund auf und ging von dannen in die Grenze von Tyrus und Sidon und ging in ein Haus und wollte es niemand wissen lassen und konnte doch nicht verborgen sein.
Y levantándose de allí, se fué á los términos de Tiro y de Sidón; y entrando en casa, quiso que nadie lo supiese; mas no pudo esconderse.
And from thence he arose, and went into the borders of Tyre and Sidon, and entered into an house, and would have no man know it: but he could not be hid.

(und es war ein griechisch Weib aus Syrophonizien); und sie bat ihn, daß er den Teufel von ihrer Tochter austriebe.
Y la mujer era Griega, Sirofenisa de nación; y le rogaba que echase fuera de su hija al demonio.
The woman was a Greek, a Syrophenician by nation; and she besought him that he would cast forth the devil out of her daughter.

And when she was come to her house, she found the devil gone out, and her daughter laid upon the bed.
She went away to her house, and found the child having been laid on the bed, with the demon gone out.
Und da erwieder ausging von den Grenzen Tyrus und Sidon, kam er an das Galilaische Meer, mitten unter die Grenze der zehn Stadte.
Y volviendo á salir de los términos de Tiro, vino por Sidón á la mar de Galilea, por mitad de los términos de Decápolis.
And again, departing from the coasts of Tyre and Sidon, he came unto the sea of Galilee, through the midst of the coasts of Decapolis.

And they bring unto him one that was deaf, and had an impediment in his speech; and they beseech him to put his hand upon him.

Und er nahm ihn von dem Volk besonders und legte ihm die Finger in die Ohren und sputzete und ruhrete seine Zunge.
Y tomándole aparte de la gente, metió sus dedos en las orejas de él, y escupiendo, tocó su lengua;
And he took him aside from the multitude, and put his fingers into his ears, and he spit, and touched his tongue;

And he charged them that they should tell no man: but the more he charged them, so much the more a great deal they published it;

Und verwunderten sich fiber die Malien und sprachen: Er hat alles wohl gemacht: die Tauben macht er horend und die Sprachlosen redend.

And were beyond measure astonished, saying, He hath done all things well: he maketh both the deaf to hear, and the dumb to speak.
They were astonished beyond measure, saying, “He has done all things well. He makes even the deaf hear and the mute speak!”
