Und es kamen zu ihm die Pharisäer und etliche von den Schriftgelehrten, die von Jerusalem gekommen waren.

Y SE juntaron á él los Fariseos, y algunos de los escribas, que habían venido de Jerusalem;

Then came together unto him the Pharisees, and certain of the scribes, which came from Jerusalem.

Then the Pharisees and some of the scribes gathered together to him, having come from Jerusalem.

Und da sie sahen etliche seiner Jünger mit gemeinen (das ist ungewaschenen) Händen das Brot essen, tadelten sie es.

Los cuales, viendo á algunos de sus discípulos comer pan con manos comunes, es á saber, no lavadas, los condenaban.

And when they saw some of his disciples eat bread with defiled, that is to say, with unwashen, hands, they found fault.

(Denn die Pharisäer und alle Juden essen nicht, sie waschen denn die Hände manchmal, und halten also die Aufsätze der Ältesten;

(Porque los Fariseos y todos los Judíos, teniendo la tradición de los ancianos, si muchas veces no se lavan las manos, no comen.

For the Pharisees, and all the Jews, except they wash their hands oft, eat not, holding the tradition of the elders.

(For the Pharisees and all the Jews don’t eat unless they wash their hands and forearms, holding to the tradition of the elders.

und wenn sie vom Markt kommen, essen sie nicht, sie waschen sich denn. Und des Dinges ist viel, das sie zu halten haben angenommen, von Trinkgefäßen und Krügen und ehernen Gefäßen und Tischen zu waschen.)

Y volviendo de la plaza, si no se lavaren, no comen. Y otras muchas cosas hay, que tomaron para guardar, como las lavaduras de los vasos de beber, y de los jarros, y de los vasos de metal, y de los lechos.)

And when they come from the market, except they wash, they eat not. And many other things there be, which they have received to hold, as the washing of cups, and pots, brasen vessels, and of tables.

They don’t eat when they come from the marketplace unless they bathe themselves, and there are many other things which they have received to hold to: washings of cups, pitchers, bronze vessels, and couches.)

Da fragten ihn nun die Pharisäer und Schriftgelehrten: Warum wandeln deine Jünger nicht nach den Aufsätzen der Ältesten, sondern essen das Brot mit ungewaschenen Händen?

Y le preguntaron los Fariseos y los escribas: ¿Por qué tus discípulos no andan conforme á la tradición de los ancianos, sino que comen pan con manos comunes?

Then the Pharisees and scribes asked him, Why walk not thy disciples according to the tradition of the elders, but eat bread with unwashen hands?

The Pharisees and the scribes asked him, “Why don’t your disciples walk according to the tradition of the elders, but eat their bread with unwashed hands?”

Er aber antwortete und sprach zu ihnen: Wohl fein hat von euch Heuchlern Jesaja geweissagt, wie geschrieben steht: “Dies Volk ehrt mich mit den Lippen, aber ihr Herz ist ferne von mir.

Y respondiendo él, les dijo: Hipócritas, bien profetizó de vosotros Isaías, como está escrito: Este pueblo con los labios me honra, mas su corazón lejos está de mí.

He answered and said unto them, Well hath Esaias prophesied of you hypocrites, as it is written, This people honoureth me with their lips, but their heart is far from me.

He answered them, “Well did Isaiah prophesy of you hypocrites, as it is written, ‘This people honors me with their lips, but their heart is far from me.

Vergeblich aber ist's, daß sie mir dienen, dieweil sie lehren solche Lehre die nichts ist denn Menschengebot.

Y en vano me honran, enseñando como doctrinas mandamientos de hombres.

Howbeit in vain do they worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men.

They worship me in vain, teaching as doctrines the commandments of men.’

Ihr verlasset Gottes Gebot, und haltet der Menschen Aufsätze von Krügen und Trinkgefäßen zu waschen; und desgleichen tut ihr viel.

Porque dejando el mandamiento de Dios, tenéis la tradición de los hombres; las lavaduras de los jarros y de los vasos de beber: y hacéis otras muchas cosas semejantes.

For laying aside the commandment of God, ye hold the tradition of men, as the washing of pots and cups: and many other such like things ye do.

“For you set aside the commandment of God, and hold tightly to the tradition of men—the washing of pitchers and cups, and you do many other such things.”

Und er sprach zu ihnen: Wohl fein habt ihr Gottes Gebote aufgehoben, auf daß ihr eure Aufsätze haltet.

Les decía también: Bien invalidáis el mandamiento de Dios para guardar vuestra tradición.

And he said unto them, Full well ye reject the commandment of God, that ye may keep your own tradition.

He said to them, “Full well do you reject the commandment of God, that you may keep your tradition.

Denn Mose hat gesagt: “Du sollst deinen Vater und deine Mutter ehren,” und “Wer Vater oder Mutter flucht, soll des Todes sterben.”

Porque Moisés dijo: Honra á tu padre y á tu madre, y: El que maldijere al padre ó á la madre, morirá de muerte.

For Moses said, Honour thy father and thy mother; and, Whoso curseth father or mother, let him die the death:

For Moses said, ‘Honor your father and your mother;’ and, ‘He who speaks evil of father or mother, let him be put to death.’

Ihr aber lehret: Wenn einer spricht zu Vater oder Mutter “Korban,” das ist, “es ist Gott gegeben,” was dir sollte von mir zu Nutz kommen, der tut wohl.

Y vosotros decís: Basta si dijere un hombre al padre ó la madre: Es Corbán (quiere decir, don mío á Dios) todo aquello con que pudiera valerte;

But ye say, If a man shall say to his father or mother, It is Corban, that is to say, a gift, by whatsoever thou mightest be profited by me; he shall be free.

But you say, ‘If a man tells his father or his mother, “Whatever profit you might have received from me is Corban,”’” that is to say, given to God,

Und so laßt ihr hinfort ihn nichts tun seinem Vater oder seiner Mutter

Y no le dejáis hacer más por su padre ó por su madre,

And ye suffer him no more to do ought for his father or his mother;

“then you no longer allow him to do anything for his father or his mother,

und hebt auf Gottes Wort durch eure Aufsätze, die ihr aufgesetzt habt; und desgleichen tut ihr viel.

Invalidando la palabra de Dios con vuestra tradición que disteis: y muchas cosas hacéis semejantes á éstas.

Making the word of God of none effect through your tradition, which ye have delivered: and many such like things do ye.

making void the word of God by your tradition which you have handed down. You do many things like this.”

Und er rief zu sich das ganze Volk und sprach zu ihnen: Höret mir alle zu und fasset es!

Y llamando á toda la multitud, les dijo: Oidme todos, y entended:

And when he had called all the people unto him, he said unto them, Hearken unto me every one of you, and understand:

He called all the multitude to himself and said to them, “Hear me, all of you, and understand.

Es ist nichts außerhalb des Menschen, das ihn könnte gemein machen, so es in ihn geht; sondern was von ihm ausgeht, das ist's, was den Menschen gemein macht.

Nada hay fuera del hombre que entre en él, que le pueda contaminar: mas lo que sale de él, aquello es lo que contamina al hombre.

There is nothing from without a man, that entering into him can defile him: but the things which come out of him, those are they that defile the man.

There is nothing from outside of the man that going into him can defile him; but the things which proceed out of the man are those that defile the man.

Hat jemand Ohren, zu hören, der höre!

Si alguno tiene oídos para oir, oiga.

If any man have ears to hear, let him hear.

If anyone has ears to hear, let him hear!”

Und da er von dem Volk ins Haus kam, fragten ihn seine Jünger um dies Gleichnis.

Y apartado de la multitud, habiendo entrado en casa, le preguntaron sus discípulos sobre la parábola.

And when he was entered into the house from the people, his disciples asked him concerning the parable.

When he had entered into a house away from the multitude, his disciples asked him about the parable.

Und er sprach zu ihnen: Seid ihr denn auch so unverständig? Vernehmet ihr noch nicht, daß alles, was außen ist und in den Menschen geht, das kann ihn nicht gemein machen?

Y díjoles: ¿También vosotros estáis así sin entendimiento? ¿No entendéis que todo lo de fuera que entra en el hombre, no le puede contaminar;

And he saith unto them, Are ye so without understanding also? Do ye not perceive, that whatsoever thing from without entereth into the man, it cannot defile him;

He said to them, “Are you also without understanding? Don’t you perceive that whatever goes into the man from outside can’t defile him,

Denn es geht nicht in sein Herz, sondern in den Bauch, und geht aus durch den natürlichen Gang, der alle Speise ausfegt.

Porque no entra en su corazón, sino en el vientre, y sale á la secreta? Esto decía, haciendo limpias todas las viandas.

Because it entereth not into his heart, but into the belly, and goeth out into the draught, purging all meats?

because it doesn’t go into his heart, but into his stomach, then into the latrine, making all foods clean?”

Und er sprach: Was aus dem Menschen geht, das macht den Menschen gemein;

Mas decía, que lo que del hombre sale, aquello contamina al hombre.

And he said, That which cometh out of the man, that defileth the man.

He said, “That which proceeds out of the man, that defiles the man.

denn von innen, aus dem Herzen der Menschen, gehen heraus böse Gedanken; Ehebruch, Hurerei, Mord,

Porque de dentro, del corazón de los hombres, salen los malos pensamientos, los adulterios, las fornicaciones, los homicidios,

For from within, out of the heart of men, proceed evil thoughts, adulteries, fornications, murders,

For from within, out of the hearts of men, proceed evil thoughts, adulteries, sexual sins, murders, thefts,

Dieberei, Geiz, Schalkheit, List, Unzucht, Schalksauge, Gotteslästerung, Hoffart, Unvernunft.

Los hurtos, las avaricias, las maldades, el engaño, las desvergüenzas, el ojo maligno, las injurias, la soberbia, la insensatez.

Thefts, covetousness, wickedness, deceit, lasciviousness, an evil eye, blasphemy, pride, foolishness:

covetings, wickedness, deceit, lustful desires, an evil eye, blasphemy, pride, and foolishness.

Alle diese bösen Stücke gehen von innen heraus und machen den Menschen gemein.

Todas estas maldades de dentro salen, y contaminan al hombre.

All these evil things come from within, and defile the man.

All these evil things come from within and defile the man.”

Und er stand auf und ging von dannen in die Gegend von Tyrus und Sidon; und ging da in ein Haus und wollte es niemand wissen lassen, und konnte doch nicht verborgen sein.

Y levantándose de allí, se fué á los términos de Tiro y de Sidón; y entrando en casa, quiso que nadie lo supiese; mas no pudo esconderse.

And from thence he arose, and went into the borders of Tyre and Sidon, and entered into an house, and would have no man know it: but he could not be hid.

From there he arose and went away into the borders of Tyre and Sidon. He entered into a house and didn’t want anyone to know it, but he couldn’t escape notice.

Denn ein Weib hatte von ihm gehört, deren Töchterlein einen unsauberen Geist hatte, und sie kam und fiel nieder zu seinen Füßen

Porque una mujer, cuya hija tenía un espíritu inmundo, luego que oyó de él, vino y se echó á sus pies.

For a certain woman, whose young daughter had an unclean spirit, heard of him, and came and fell at his feet:

For a woman whose little daughter had an unclean spirit, having heard of him, came and fell down at his feet.

(und es war ein griechisches Weib aus Syrophönizien), und sie bat ihn, daß er den Teufel von ihrer Tochter austriebe.

Y la mujer era Griega, Sirofenisa de nación; y le rogaba que echase fuera de su hija al demonio.

The woman was a Greek, a Syrophenician by nation; and she besought him that he would cast forth the devil out of her daughter.

Now the woman was a Greek, a Syrophoenician by race. She begged him that he would cast the demon out of her daughter.

Jesus aber sprach zu ihr: Laß zuvor die Kinder satt werden; es ist nicht fein, daß man der Kinder Brot nehme und werfe es vor die Hunde.

Mas Jesús le dijo: Deja primero hartarse los hijos, porque no es bien tomar el pan de los hijos y echarlo á los perrillos.

But Jesus said unto her, Let the children first be filled: for it is not meet to take the children’s bread, and to cast it unto the dogs.

But Jesus said to her, “Let the children be filled first, for it is not appropriate to take the children’s bread and throw it to the dogs.”

Sie antwortete aber und sprach zu ihm: Ja, HERR; aber doch essen die Hündlein unter dem Tisch von den Brosamen der Kinder.

Y respondió ella, y le dijo: Sí, Señor; pero aun los perrillos debajo de la mesa, comen de las migajas de los hijos.

And she answered and said unto him, Yes, Lord: yet the dogs under the table eat of the children’s crumbs.

But she answered him, “Yes, Lord. Yet even the dogs under the table eat the children’s crumbs.”

Und er sprach zu ihr: Um des Wortes willen so gehe hin; der Teufel ist von deiner Tochter ausgefahren.

Entonces le dice: Por esta palabra, ve; el demonio ha salido de tu hija.

And he said unto her, For this saying go thy way; the devil is gone out of thy daughter.

He said to her, “For this saying, go your way. The demon has gone out of your daughter.”

Und sie ging hin in ihr Haus und fand, daß der Teufel war ausgefahren und die Tochter auf dem Bette liegend.

Y como fué á su casa, halló que el demonio había salido, y á la hija echada sobre la cama.

And when she was come to her house, she found the devil gone out, and her daughter laid upon the bed.

She went away to her house, and found the child having been laid on the bed, with the demon gone out.

Und da er wieder ausging aus der Gegend von Tyrus und Sidon, kam er an das Galiläische Meer, mitten in das Gebiet der zehn Städte.

Y volviendo á salir de los términos de Tiro, vino por Sidón á la mar de Galilea, por mitad de los términos de Decápolis.

And again, departing from the coasts of Tyre and Sidon, he came unto the sea of Galilee, through the midst of the coasts of Decapolis.

Again he departed from the borders of Tyre and Sidon, and came to the sea of Galilee through the middle of the region of Decapolis.

Und sie brachten zu ihm einen Tauben, der stumm war, und sie baten ihn, daß er die Hand auf ihn legte.

Y le traen un sordo y tartamudo, y le ruegan que le ponga la mano encima.

And they bring unto him one that was deaf, and had an impediment in his speech; and they beseech him to put his hand upon him.

They brought to him one who was deaf and had an impediment in his speech. They begged him to lay his hand on him.

Und er nahm ihn von dem Volk besonders und legte ihm die Finger in die Ohren und spützte und rührte seine Zunge

Y tomándole aparte de la gente, metió sus dedos en las orejas de él, y escupiendo, tocó su lengua;

And he took him aside from the multitude, and put his fingers into his ears, and he spit, and touched his tongue;

He took him aside from the multitude privately and put his fingers into his ears; and he spat and touched his tongue.

und sah auf gen Himmel, seufzte und sprach zu ihm: Hephatha! das ist: Tu dich auf!

Y mirando al cielo, gimió, y le dijo: Ephphatha: que es decir: Sé abierto.

And looking up to heaven, he sighed, and saith unto him, Ephphatha, that is, Be opened.

Looking up to heaven, he sighed, and said to him, “Ephphatha!” that is, “Be opened!”

Und alsbald taten sich seine Ohren auf, und das Band seiner Zunge war los, und er redete recht.

Y luego fueron abiertos sus oídos, y fué desatada la ligadura de su lengua, y hablaba bien.

And straightway his ears were opened, and the string of his tongue was loosed, and he spake plain.

Immediately his ears were opened, and the impediment of his tongue was released, and he spoke clearly.

Und er verbot ihnen, sie sollten's niemand sagen. Je mehr er aber verbot, je mehr sie es ausbreiteten.

Y les mandó que no lo dijesen á nadie; pero cuanto más les mandaba, tanto más y más lo divulgaban.

And he charged them that they should tell no man: but the more he charged them, so much the more a great deal they published it;

He commanded them that they should tell no one, but the more he commanded them, so much the more widely they proclaimed it.

Und sie wunderten sich über die Maßen und sprachen: Er hat alles wohl gemacht; die Tauben macht er hörend und die Sprachlosen redend.

Y en gran manera se maravillaban, diciendo: Bien lo ha hecho todo: hace á los sordos oir, y á los mudos hablar.

And were beyond measure astonished, saying, He hath done all things well: he maketh both the deaf to hear, and the dumb to speak.

They were astonished beyond measure, saying, “He has done all things well. He makes even the deaf hear and the mute speak!”
