Marcos 9

Respondiendo él, les dijo: Elías de hecho vendrá primero, y restaurará todas las cosas; ¿y cómo está escrito del Hijo del Hombre, que sufra †padezca mucho y sea tenido en nada?

Y respondiendo él, les dijo: Elías á la verdad, viniendo antes, restituirá todas las cosas: y como está escrito del Hijo del hombre, que padezca mucho y sea tenido en nada.

And he answered and told them, Elias verily cometh first, and restoreth all things; and how it is written of the Son of man, that he must suffer many things, and be set at nought.

He said to them, “Elijah indeed comes first, and restores all things. How is it written about the Son of Man, that he should suffer many things and be despised?
