Er antwortete ihm aber und sprach: O du ungläubiges Geschlecht, wie lange soll ich bei euch sein? Wie lange soll ich mich mit euch leiden? Bringet ihn her zu mir!

Empero os digo que Elías ya vino, y le hicieron todo lo que quisieron, como está escrito de él.

But I say unto you, That Elias is indeed come, and they have done unto him whatsoever they listed, as it is written of him.

But I tell you that Elijah has come, and they have also done to him whatever they wanted to, even as it is written about him.”
