God is jealous, and the LORD revengeth; the LORD revengeth, and is furious; the LORD will take vengeance on his adversaries, and he reserveth wrath for his enemies.

O que planejais contra Yahweh? Ele acabará de vez com isso; a aflição não se levantará pela segunda vez.

Porque, eles ficarão enredados como num emaranhado de espinhos; ficarão bêbados em seu próprio vinho; serão completamente devorados pelo fogo, como a palha seca.

For while they be folden together as thorns, and while they are drunken as drunkards, they shall be devoured as stubble fully dry.

Alguém se levantou entre vós, Nínive, que planejou o mal contra Yahweh, alguém que promoveu maldades.
De ti salió el que pensó mal contra Jehová, un consultor impío.
There is one come out of thee, that imagineth evil against the LORD, a wicked counsellor.
One has gone out of you who devises evil against the LORD, who counsels wickedness.
Assim diz Yahweh: "Mesmo que eles sejam mais fortes e mais numerosos, no entanto serão destruídos; seu povo não mais existirá. Mas tu, Judá: Embora Eu tenha afligido a ti, não te afligirei mais.
Así ha dicho Jehová: Aunque reposo tengan, y sean tantos, así serán talados, y él pasará. Bien que te he afligido, no más te afligiré.
Thus saith the LORD; Though they be quiet, and likewise many, yet thus shall they be cut down, when he shall pass through. Though I have afflicted thee, I will afflict thee no more.
The LORD says: “Though they are in full strength and likewise many, even so they will be cut down and pass away. Though I have afflicted you, I will afflict you no more.
Agora quebrarei o jugo daquele povo de sobre ti; quebrarei tuas correntes".
Porque ahora quebraré su yugo de sobre ti, y romperé tus coyundas.
For now will I break his yoke from off thee, and will burst thy bonds in sunder.

Yahweh deu uma ordem a teu respeito, Nínive: "Não haverá mais descendentes com teu nome. Eu extirparei tuas imagens de escultura e imagens de fundição das casas dos teus deuses. Eu cavarei teus sepulcros, pois és desprezível".
Mas acerca de ti mandará Jehová, que nunca más sea sembrado alguno de tu nombre: de la casa de tu dios talaré escultura y estatua de fundición, haréla tu sepulcro; porque fuiste vil.
And the LORD hath given a commandment concerning thee, that no more of thy name be sown: out of the house of thy gods will I cut off the graven image and the molten image: I will make thy grave; for thou art vile.
The LORD has commanded concerning you: “No more descendants will bear your name. Out of the house of your gods, I will cut off the engraved image and the molten image. I will make your grave, for you are vile.”
Vê, sobre os montes estão os pés daquele que está trazendo boas novas, que está anunciando paz! Celebra tuas festas, Judá, e guarda os teus votos, porque o perverso não te invadirá mais; ele será completamente extirpado.
He aquí sobre los montes los pies del que trae buenas nuevas, del que pregona la paz. Celebra, oh Judá, tus fiestas, cumple tus votos: porque nunca más pasará por ti el malvado; pereció del todo.
Behold upon the mountains the feet of him that bringeth good tidings, that publisheth peace! O Judah, keep thy solemn feasts, perform thy vows: for the wicked shall no more pass through thee; he is utterly cut off.
