En poco tiempo la ciudad ha quedado como un matadero vacío. Los corazones laten acelerados de terror; tiemblan las rodillas; la gente se estremece de dolor y todos palidecen de espanto.

Vacía, y agotada, y despedazada está, y el corazón derretido: batimiento de rodillas, y dolor en todos riñones, y los rostros de todos tomarán negrura.

She is empty, and void, and waste: and the heart melteth, and the knees smite together, and much pain is in all loins, and the faces of them all gather blackness.
