31e che noi non prenderemmo nulla in giorno di sabato, o in altro giorno sacro, da' popoli del paese, che portano merci, e ogni sorta di derrate al giorno del sabato, per venderle; e che noi lasceremmo vacar la terra ogni settimo anno; ed in quello rilasceremmo ogni riscossa di debiti.

31Asimismo, que si los pueblos de la tierra trajesen á vender mercaderías y comestibles en día de sábado, nada tomaríamos de ellos en sábado, ni en día santificado; y que dejaríamos el año séptimo, con remisión de toda deuda.

31And if the people of the land bring ware or any victuals on the sabbath day to sell, that we would not buy it of them on the sabbath, or on the holy day: and that we would leave the seventh year, and the exaction of every debt.

31and if the peoples of the land bring wares or any grain on the Sabbath day to sell, that we would not buy from them on the Sabbath, or on a holy day; and that we would forego the seventh year crops and the exaction of every debt.
