Nehemías 11

Hierauf nahmen die Obersten des Volkes ihren Wohnsitz in Jerusalem; das übrige Volk aber bestimmte durch das Los je den zehnten Mann dazu, sich in der heiligen Stadt Jerusalem anzusiedeln, während die übrigen neun Zehntel in den Ortschaften (des Landes) wohnen bleiben sollten.
