Au temps d’Éliaschib, de Jojada, de Jochanan et de Jaddua, les Lévites, chefs de familles, et les sacrificateurs, furent inscrits, sous le règne de Darius, le Perse.

Los Levitas en días de Eliasib, de Joiada, y de Johanán y Jaddua, fueron escritos por cabezas de familias; también los sacerdotes, hasta el reinado de Darío el Persa.

Matthania, Bakbukia, Abdias, Meschullam, Thalmon et Akkub, portiers, faisaient la garde aux seuils des portes.

Ils vivaient au temps de Jojakim, fils de Josué, fils de Jotsadak, et au temps de Néhémie, le gouverneur, et d’Esdras, le sacrificateur et le scribe.

And certain of the priests’ sons with trumpets; namely, Zechariah the son of Jonathan, the son of Shemaiah, the son of Mattaniah, the son of Michaiah, the son of Zaccur, the son of Asaph:

and some of the priests’ sons with trumpets: Zechariah the son of Jonathan, the son of Shemaiah, the son of Mattaniah, the son of Micaiah, the son of Zaccur, the son of Asaph;

et ses frères, Schemaeja, Azareel, Milalaï, Guilalaï, Maaï, Nethaneel, Juda et Hanani, avec les instruments de musique de David, homme de Dieu. Esdras, le scribe, était à leur tête.

A la porte de la source, ils montèrent vis-à-vis d’eux les degrés de la cité de David par la montée de la muraille, au-dessus de la maison de David, jusqu’à la porte des eaux, vers l’orient.

Y á la puerta de la Fuente, en derecho delante de ellos, subieron por las gradas de la ciudad de David, por la subida del muro, desde la casa de David hasta la puerta de las Aguas al oriente.

And at the fountain gate, which was over against them, they went up by the stairs of the city of David, at the going up of the wall, above the house of David, even unto the water gate eastward.

Le second chœur se mit en marche à l’opposite. J’étais derrière lui avec l’autre moitié du peuple, sur la muraille. Passant au-dessus de la tour des fours, on alla jusqu’à la muraille large;

And the other company of them that gave thanks went over against them, and I after them, and the half of the people upon the wall, from beyond the tower of the furnaces even unto the broad wall;

puis au-dessus de la porte d’Éphraïm, de la vieille porte, de la porte des poissons, de la tour de Hananeel et de la tour de Méa, jusqu’à la porte des brebis. Et l’on s’arrêta à la porte de la prison.

And from above the gate of Ephraim, and above the old gate, and above the fish gate, and the tower of Hananeel, and the tower of Meah, even unto the sheep gate: and they stood still in the prison gate.

On offrit ce jour-là de nombreux sacrifices, et on se livra aux réjouissances, car Dieu avait donné au peuple un grand sujet de joie. Les femmes et les enfants se réjouirent aussi, et les cris de joie de Jérusalem furent entendus au loin.

Y sacrificaron aquel día grandes víctimas, é hicieron alegrías; porque Dios los había recreado con grande contentamiento: alegráronse también las mujeres y muchachos; y el alborozo de Jerusalem fué oído de lejos.

Also that day they offered great sacrifices, and rejoiced: for God had made them rejoice with great joy: the wives also and the children rejoiced: so that the joy of Jerusalem was heard even afar off.

En ce jour, on établit des hommes ayant la surveillance des chambres qui servaient de magasins pour les offrandes, les prémices et les dîmes, et on les chargea d’y recueillir du territoire des villes les portions assignées par la loi aux sacrificateurs et aux Lévites. Car Juda se réjouissait de ce que les sacrificateurs et les Lévites étaient à leur poste,

Y en aquel día fueron puestos varones sobre las cámaras de los tesoros, de las ofrendas, de las primicias, y de los diezmos, para juntar en ellas, de los campos de las ciudades, las porciones legales para los sacerdotes y Levitas: porque era grande el gozo de Judá con respecto á los sacerdotes y Levitas que asistían.

And at that time were some appointed over the chambers for the treasures, for the offerings, for the firstfruits, and for the tithes, to gather into them out of the fields of the cities the portions of the law for the priests and Levites: for Judah rejoiced for the priests and for the Levites that waited.

observant tout ce qui concernait le service de Dieu et des purifications. Les chantres et les portiers remplissaient aussi leurs fonctions, selon l’ordre de David et de Salomon, son fils;

Y habían guardado la observancia de su Dios, y la observancia de la expiación, como también los cantores y los porteros, conforme al estatuto de David y de Salomón su hijo.

And both the singers and the porters kept the ward of their God, and the ward of the purification, according to the commandment of David, and of Solomon his son.

car autrefois, du temps de David et d’Asaph, il y avait des chefs de chantres et des chants de louanges et d’actions de grâces en l’honneur de Dieu.

Tout Israël, au temps de Zorobabel et de Néhémie, donna les portions des chantres et des portiers, jour par jour; on donna aux Lévites les choses consacrées, et les Lévites donnèrent aux fils d’Aaron les choses consacrées.

Y todo Israel en días de Zorobabel, y en días de Nehemías, daba raciones á los cantores y á los porteros, cada cosa en su día: consagraban asimismo sus porciones á los Levitas, y los Levitas consagraban parte á los hijos de Aarón.

And all Israel in the days of Zerubbabel, and in the days of Nehemiah, gave the portions of the singers and the porters, every day his portion: and they sanctified holy things unto the Levites; and the Levites sanctified them unto the children of Aaron.

All Israel in the days of Zerubbabel and in the days of Nehemiah gave the portions of the singers and the gatekeepers, as every day required; and they set apart that which was for the Levites; and the Levites set apart that which was for the sons of Aaron.
