Questi sono i sacerdoti e i Leviti che tornarono con Zorobabel, figliuolo di Scealthiel, e con Jeshua: Seraia, Geremia,

Y ESTOS son los sacerdotes y Levitas que subieron con Zorobabel hijo de Sealthiel, y con Jesuá: Seraías, Jeremías, Esdras,

Quanto ai Leviti, i capi famiglia furono iscritti al tempo di Eliascib, di Joiada, di Johanan e di Jaddua; e i sacerdoti, sotto il regno di Dario, il Persiano.

Los Levitas en días de Eliasib, de Joiada, y de Johanán y Jaddua, fueron escritos por cabezas de familias; también los sacerdotes, hasta el reinado de Darío el Persa.

Los cabezas de los Levitas: Hasabías, Serebías, y Jesuá hijo de Cadmiel, y sus hermanos delante de ellos, para alabar y para rendir gracias, conforme al estatuto de David varón de Dios, guardando su turno.

And certain of the priests’ sons with trumpets; namely, Zechariah the son of Jonathan, the son of Shemaiah, the son of Mattaniah, the son of Michaiah, the son of Zaccur, the son of Asaph:

e i suoi fratelli Scemaia, Azareel, Milalai, Ghilalai, Maai, Nethaneel, Giuda, Hanani, con gli strumenti musicali di Davide, uomo di Dio. Esdra, lo scriba, camminava alla loro testa.

Y sus hermanos Semaías, y Azarael, Milalai, Gilalai, Maai, Nathanael, Judá y Hanani, con los instrumentos músicos de David varón de Dios; y Esdras escriba, delante de ellos.

And his brethren, Shemaiah, and Azarael, Milalai, Gilalai, Maai, Nethaneel, and Judah, Hanani, with the musical instruments of David the man of God, and Ezra the scribe before them.

Giunti che furono alla porta della Sorgente, montarono, dirimpetto a loro la scalinata della città di Davide, là dove le mura salgono al disopra del livello della casa di Davide, e giunsero alla porta delle Acque, a oriente.

And at the fountain gate, which was over against them, they went up by the stairs of the city of David, at the going up of the wall, above the house of David, even unto the water gate eastward.

And the other company of them that gave thanks went over against them, and I after them, and the half of the people upon the wall, from beyond the tower of the furnaces even unto the broad wall;

Y desde la puerta de Ephraim hasta la puerta vieja, y á la puerta del Pescado, y la torre de Hananeel, y la torre de Hamath, hasta la puerta de las Ovejas: y pararon en la puerta de la Cárcel.

And from above the gate of Ephraim, and above the old gate, and above the fish gate, and the tower of Hananeel, and the tower of Meah, even unto the sheep gate: and they stood still in the prison gate.

e Maaseia, Scemaia, Eleazar, Uzzi Johanan, Malkija, Elam, Ezer. E i cantori fecero risonar forte le loro voci, diretti da Izrahia.

In quel giorno il popolo offrì numerosi sacrifizi, e si rallegrò perché Iddio gli avea concesso una gran gioia. Anche le donne e i fanciulli si rallegrarono; e la gioia di Gerusalemme si sentiva di lontano.

In quel tempo, degli uomini furon preposti alle stanze che servivan da magazzini delle offerte, delle primizie e delle decime, onde vi raccogliessero dai contadi delle città le parti assegnate dalla legge ai sacerdoti e ai Leviti; poiché i Giudei gioivano a vedere i sacerdoti ed i Leviti ai loro posti;

Y en aquel día fueron puestos varones sobre las cámaras de los tesoros, de las ofrendas, de las primicias, y de los diezmos, para juntar en ellas, de los campos de las ciudades, las porciones legales para los sacerdotes y Levitas: porque era grande el gozo de Judá con respecto á los sacerdotes y Levitas que asistían.

And at that time were some appointed over the chambers for the treasures, for the offerings, for the firstfruits, and for the tithes, to gather into them out of the fields of the cities the portions of the law for the priests and Levites: for Judah rejoiced for the priests and for the Levites that waited.

e questi osservavano ciò che si riferiva al servizio del loro Dio e alle purificazioni; come facevano, dal canto loro, i cantori e i portinai conforme all’ordine di Davide e di Salomone suo figliuolo.

Y habían guardado la observancia de su Dios, y la observancia de la expiación, como también los cantores y los porteros, conforme al estatuto de David y de Salomón su hijo.

And both the singers and the porters kept the ward of their God, and the ward of the purification, according to the commandment of David, and of Solomon his son.

They performed the duty of their God and the duty of the purification, and so did the singers and the gatekeepers, according to the commandment of David and of Solomon his son.

Poiché, anticamente, al tempo di Davide e di Asaf v’erano de’ capi de’ cantori e de’ canti di laude e di azioni di grazie a Dio.

Porque desde el tiempo de David y de Asaph, ya de antiguo, había príncipes de cantores, y cántico y alabanza, y acción de gracias á Dios.

For in the days of David and Asaph of old there were chief of the singers, and songs of praise and thanksgiving unto God.

Tutto Israele, al tempo di Zorobabele e di Nehemia, dava giorno per giorno le porzioni assegnate ai cantori ed ai portinai; dava ai Leviti le cose consacrate, e i Leviti davano ai figliuoli d’Aaronne le cose consacrate che loro spettavano.

Y todo Israel en días de Zorobabel, y en días de Nehemías, daba raciones á los cantores y á los porteros, cada cosa en su día: consagraban asimismo sus porciones á los Levitas, y los Levitas consagraban parte á los hijos de Aarón.

And all Israel in the days of Zerubbabel, and in the days of Nehemiah, gave the portions of the singers and the porters, every day his portion: and they sanctified holy things unto the Levites; and the Levites sanctified them unto the children of Aaron.

All Israel in the days of Zerubbabel and in the days of Nehemiah gave the portions of the singers and the gatekeepers, as every day required; and they set apart that which was for the Levites; and the Levites set apart that which was for the sons of Aaron.
