Nehemías 13

An selbigem Tage wurde in dem Buche Moses vor den Ohren des Volkes gelesen; und es fand sich darin geschrieben, daß kein Ammoniter und Moabiter in die Versammlung Gottes kommen sollte ewiglich;

AQUEL día se leyó en el libro de Moisés oyéndolo el pueblo, y fué hallado en él escrito, que los Ammonitas y Moabitas no debían entrar jamás en la congregación de Dios;

diesem eine große Zelle gemacht, wohin man vordem die Speisopfer legte, den Weihrauch und die Geräte und den Zehnten vom Getreide, Most und Öl, das für die Leviten und die Sänger und die Torhüter Gebotene, und die Hebopfer der Priester.

Y le había hecho una grande cámara, en la cual guardaban antes las ofrendas, y el perfume, y los vasos, y el diezmo del grano, y del vino y del aceite, que estaba mandado dar á los Levitas, á los cantores, y á los porteros; y la ofrenda de los sacerdotes.

And he had prepared for him a great chamber, where aforetime they laid the meat offerings, the frankincense, and the vessels, and the tithes of the corn, the new wine, and the oil, which was commanded to be given to the Levites, and the singers, and the porters; and the offerings of the priests.

Während diesem allem war ich aber nicht in Jerusalem; denn im zweiunddreißigsten Jahre Artasastas, des Königs von Babel, war ich zu dem König zurückgekommen. Und nach Verlauf einer Zeit erbat ich mir Urlaub von dem König;

Da zankte ich mit den Vorstehern und sprach: Warum ist das Haus Gottes verlassen worden? Und ich versammelte sie und stellte sie an ihre Stelle.

Y puse por sobrestantes de ellos á Selemías sacerdote, y á Sadoc escriba, y de los Levitas, á Pedaías; y á mano de ellos Hanán hijo de Zaccur, hijo de Mathanías: pues que eran tenidos por fieles, y de ellos era el repartir á sus hermanos.

And I made treasurers over the treasuries, Shelemiah the priest, and Zadok the scribe, and of the Levites, Pedaiah: and next to them was Hanan the son of Zaccur, the son of Mattaniah: for they were counted faithful, and their office was to distribute unto their brethren.

In jenen Tagen sah ich einige in Juda, welche am Sabbath die Keltern traten, und Garben einbrachten und auf Esel luden, und auch Wein, Trauben und Feigen und allerlei Last, und es am Sabbathtage nach Jerusalem hereinbrachten; und ich zeugte wider sie an dem Tage, da sie die Lebensmittel verkauften.

En aquellos días ví en Judá algunos que pisaban en lagares el sábado, y que acarreaban haces, y cargaban asnos con vino, y también de uvas, de higos, y toda suerte de carga, y traían á Jerusalem en día de sábado; y protestéles acerca del día que vendían el mantenimiento.

In those days saw I in Judah some treading wine presses on the sabbath, and bringing in sheaves, and lading asses; as also wine, grapes, and figs, and all manner of burdens, which they brought into Jerusalem on the sabbath day: and I testified against them in the day wherein they sold victuals.

Auch Tyrer wohnten darin, welche Fische und allerlei Waren hereinbrachten und sie am Sabbath den Kindern Juda und in Jerusalem verkauften.

También estaban en ella Tirios que traían pescado y toda mercadería, y vendían en sábado á los hijos de Judá en Jerusalem.

There dwelt men of Tyre also therein, which brought fish, and all manner of ware, and sold on the sabbath unto the children of Judah, and in Jerusalem.

Da zankte ich mit den Edlen von Juda und sprach zu ihnen: Was ist das für eine böse Sache, die ihr tut, daß ihr den Sabbathtag entheiliget?

Und es geschah, sowie es in den Toren Jerusalems vor dem Sabbath dunkel wurde, da befahl ich, daß die Türen geschlossen würden; und ich befahl, daß man sie nicht auftun sollte bis nach dem Sabbath. Und ich bestellte einige von meinen Dienern über die Tore, damit keine Last am Sabbathtage hereinkäme.

Sucedió pues, que cuando iba oscureciendo á las puertas de Jerusalem antes del sábado, dije que se cerrasen las puertas, y ordené que no las abriesen hasta después del sábado; y puse á las puertas algunos de mis criados, para que en día de sábado no entrasen carga.

Da übernachteten die Krämer und die Verkäufer von allerlei Ware draußen vor Jerusalem einmal und zweimal.

So the merchants and sellers of all kind of ware lodged without Jerusalem once or twice.

Und ich zeugte wider sie und sprach zu ihnen: Warum übernachtet ihr vor der Mauer? Wenn ihr es wieder tut, werde ich Hand an euch legen! Von dieser Zeit an kamen sie nicht mehr am Sabbath.

Und ich befahl den Leviten, daß sie sich reinigen und kommen sollten, die Tore zu bewachen, um den Sabbathtag zu heiligen. Auch das gedenke mir, mein Gott, und schone meiner nach der Größe deiner Güte!

Y dije á los Levitas que se purificasen, y viniesen á guardar las puertas, para santificar el día del sábado. También por esto acuérdate de mí, Dios mío, y perdóname según la muchedumbre de tu misericordia.

And I commanded the Levites that they should cleanse themselves, and that they should come and keep the gates, to sanctify the sabbath day. Remember me, O my God, concerning this also, and spare me according to the greatness of thy mercy.

Auch besuchte ich in jenen Tagen die Juden, welche asdoditische, ammonitische und moabitische Weiber heimgeführt hatten.

Und die Hälfte ihrer Kinder redete asdoditisch und wußte nicht jüdisch zu reden, sondern redete nach der Sprache des einen oder anderen Volkes.

Und sollten wir auf euch hören, daß ihr all dieses große Übel tut, treulos zu handeln gegen unseren Gott, indem ihr fremde Weiber heimführet!

¿Y obedeceremos á vosotros para cometer todo este mal tan grande de prevaricar contra nuestro Dios, tomando mujeres extranjeras?

Und einer von den Söhnen Jojadas, des Sohnes Eljaschibs, des Hohenpriesters, war ein Schwiegersohn Sanballats, des Horoniters; und ich jagte ihn von mir weg.
