Nehemías 13

Und vor dem hatte der Priester Eliasib in den Kasten am Hause unsers Gottes geleget das Opfer Tobias.

AQUEL día se leyó en el libro de Moisés oyéndolo el pueblo, y fué hallado en él escrito, que los Ammonitas y Moabitas no debían entrar jamás en la congregación de Dios;

Und ich erfuhr, daß der Leviten Teil ihnen nicht gegeben war, derhalben die Leviten und Sänger geflohen waren, ein jeglicher zu seinem Acker, zu arbeiten.

Zur selben Zeit sah ich in Juda Kelter treten auf den Sabbat und Garben hereinbringen und Esel beladen mit Wein, Trauben, Feigen und allerlei Last zu Jerusalem bringen auf den Sabbattag. Und ich bezeugte sie des Tages, da sie die Fütterung verkauften.

Also reinigte ich sie von allen Ausländischen und stellete die Hut der Priester und Leviten, einen jeglichen nach seinem Geschäfte,

¿Y obedeceremos á vosotros para cometer todo este mal tan grande de prevaricar contra nuestro Dios, tomando mujeres extranjeras?

Shall we then hearken unto you to do all this great evil, to transgress against our God in marrying strange wives?

und zu opfern das Holz zu bestimmten Zeiten und die Erstlinge. Gedenke meiner, mein Gott, im Besten!
