Os tecoítas fizeram a reconstrução próximo deles, mas os líderes deles recusaram-se a fazer o trabalho ordenado pelos seus supervisores.

E inmediato á ellos restauraron los Tecoitas; mas sus grandes no prestaron su cerviz á la obra de su Señor.

And next unto them the Tekoites repaired; but their nobles put not their necks to the work of their Lord.
