Neben ihnen besserten der Gibeoniter Melatja und der Meronothiter Jadon aus samt den Leuten von Gibeon und Mizpa, die zum Gerichtsstuhl des Statthalters der Provinz auf der Westseite des Euphrats gehörten.

Junto á ellos restauró Melatías Gabaonita, y Jadón Meronothita, varones de Gabaón y de Mizpa, por la silla del gobernador de la otra parte del río.

And next unto them repaired Melatiah the Gibeonite, and Jadon the Meronothite, the men of Gibeon, and of Mizpah, unto the throne of the governor on this side the river.

Next to them, Melatiah the Gibeonite and Jadon the Meronothite, the men of Gibeon and of Mizpah, repaired the residence of the governor beyond the River.
