1El sumo sacerdote Eliasib y los otros sacerdotes se encargaron de reconstruir la entrada de las Ovejas. Le colocaron la puerta, y reedificaron la muralla desde la torre de los Cien hasta la torre de Jananel.
2Los de Jericó trabajaron en el tramo siguiente de la muralla, y en el sector siguiente trabajó la cuadrilla de Zacur hijo de Imrí.
3Los hijos de Sená reconstruyeron la puerta de los Pescados. Ellos lo hicieron todo: cortaron las vigas, colocaron las puertas e hicieron los cerrojos y las barras.
4Meremot hijo de Urías y nieto de Cos, reparó la sección siguiente de la muralla. El tramo siguiente lo reparó Mesulán hijo de Berequías y nieto de Mesezabel. El tramo siguiente lo reparó Sadoc hijo de Baná.
5A continuación de ellos estaban los hombres de Tecoa, pero sus jefes no quisieron colaborar con los que dirigían la obra.
6La puerta Vieja fue reparada por Joyadá hijo de Paseaj, y Mesulán hijo de Besodías. Ellos colocaron las vigas, pusieron las puertas e instalaron los cerrojos y barras.
7A continuación de ellos estaban Melatías de Gabaón, Jadón de Meronot y los hombres de Gabaón y Mizpa. (Las regiones de Gabaón y Mizpa estaban bajo la dirección del gobernador de la provincia que está al oeste del río Éufrates).
8Uziel hijo de Jaraías, que tenía el oficio de orfebre, y Jananías, que era un fabricante de perfumes, reconstruyeron el tramo de la muralla que va hasta la muralla Ancha.
9Refaías hijo de Jur, gobernador de la mitad del distrito de Jerusalén, reparó el tramo siguiente de la muralla.

11Después estaban Malquías hijo de Jarín, y Jasub hijo de Pajat Moab, quienes restauraron la torre de los Hornos, además de una sección de la muralla.
12Salún hijo de Halojés, y sus hijas repararon la sección siguiente. Halojés era el gobernador de la otra mitad del distrito de Jerusalén.
13Janún y los habitantes de Zanoa reconstruyeron la puerta del Valle. Colocaron la puerta en su lugar, con las cerraduras y las barras. Además reconstruyeron cuatrocientos cincuenta metros de la muralla, hasta la puerta del Basurero.
14La puerta del Basurero fue reconstruida por Malquías hijo de Recab, gobernador del distrito de Bet Haqueren. Colocó la puerta en su lugar e instaló las cerraduras y las barras.
15Salún hijo de Coljozé, gobernador del distrito de Mizpa, reparó la puerta de la Fuente. La techó, la enmaderó, colocó la puerta en su lugar e instaló los cerrojos y las barras. Luego reconstruyó la muralla desde el estanque de Siloé, que está junto al jardín del rey, hasta las gradas que descienden a la Ciudad de David.
16A continuación estaba Nehemías hijo de Azbuc, gobernador de la mitad del distrito de Betsur, quien reconstruyó la muralla hasta en frente de la tumba de David y hasta el estanque artificial y la casa de los Valientes.
17Luego había un grupo de levitas que trabajaban bajo la supervisión de Rejún hijo de Baní. A continuación estaba Jasabías, gobernador de la mitad del distrito de Queilá, que hizo la reconstrucción de la muralla en su propio distrito.
18Luego estaban sus compañeros: Bavay hijo de Henadad, gobernador de la otra mitad del distrito de Queilá,
19y Ezer hijo de Jesúa, gobernador de una parte de Mizpa, quienes restauraron otro tramo de la muralla que queda frente a la subida del depósito de armas, en la esquina.
20A continuación estaba Baruc hijo de Zabay, quien construyó desde la esquina de la muralla hasta la casa de Eliasib, el sumo sacerdote.
21Meremot hijo de Urías y nieto de Cos, edificó el tramo de la muralla que se extendía desde la entrada de la casa de Eliasib hasta el término de la misma.
22A continuación estaban los sacerdotes de las llanuras.
23Benjamín, Jasub, y Azarías hijo de Maseías y nieto de Ananías, repararon las secciones cercanas a sus casas.
24Luego estaba Binuy hijo de Henadad, que reedificó la sección de la muralla desde la casa de Azarías hasta la esquina.
25Palal hijo de Uzay se encargó del trabajo desde la esquina hasta los cimientos de la torre alta que se levanta por encima del palacio del rey, junto al patio de la cárcel. Después estaba Pedaías hijo de Parós.
26Los sirvientes del templo que vivían en Ofel repararon la muralla hasta la puerta de las Aguas, al oriente, y la torre que sobresale.
27Después de ellos estaban los tecoítas, quienes repararon la sección de la muralla que sobresale, hasta la muralla de Ofel.
28Los sacerdotes repararon la muralla desde la puerta de los Caballos, cada uno en la parte que quedaba frente a su casa.
29Sadoc hijo de Imer, también reconstruyó el tramo de muralla que quedaba frente a su casa. A continuación de él estaba Semaías hijo de Secanías, portero de la puerta oriental.
30Jananías hijo de Selemías, y Janún, el sexto hijo de Salaf, reconstruyeron el siguiente tramo. Mesulán hijo de Berequías reedificó la parte de la muralla que estaba frente a su casa.
31Malquías, que era uno de los plateros, reconstruyó el tramo de la muralla que va hasta la casa de los sirvientes del templo y de los comerciantes, frente a la puerta del Juicio, y hasta la torre de vigilancia de la esquina.
32Los demás plateros y comerciantes completaron la reconstrucción de la muralla desde aquella esquina hasta la puerta de las Ovejas.

1Y LEVANTÓSE Eliasib el gran sacerdote con sus hermanos los sacerdotes, y edificaron la puerta de las Ovejas. Ellos aparejaron y levantaron sus puertas hasta la torre de Meah, aparejáronla hasta la torre de Hananeel.
2Y junto á ella edificaron los varones de Jericó: y luego edificó Zachûr hijo de Imri.
3Y los hijos de Senaa edificaron la puerta del Pescado: ellos la enmaderaron, y levantaron sus puertas, con sus cerraduras y sus cerrojos.
4Y junto á ellos restauró Meremoth hijo de Urías, hijo de Cos: y al lado de ellos, restauró Mesullam hijo de Berechîas, hijo de Mesezabeel. Junto á ellos restauró Sadoc hijo de Baana.
5E inmediato á ellos restauraron los Tecoitas; mas sus grandes no prestaron su cerviz á la obra de su Señor.
6Y la puerta Vieja restauraron Joiada hijo de Pasea, y Mesullam hijo de Besodías: ellos la enmaderaron, y levantaron sus puertas, con sus cerraduras y sus cerrojos.
7Junto á ellos restauró Melatías Gabaonita, y Jadón Meronothita, varones de Gabaón y de Mizpa, por la silla del gobernador de la otra parte del río.
8Y junto á ellos restauró Uzziel hijo de Harhaía, de los plateros; junto al cual restauró también Hananías, hijo de un perfumero. Así dejaron reparado á Jerusalem hasta el muro ancho.
9Junto á ellos restauró también Repaías hijo de Hur, príncipe de la mitad de la región de Jerusalem.
10Asimismo restauró junto á ellos, y frente á su casa, Jedaías hijo de Harumaph; y junto á él restauró Hattus hijo de Hasbanías.
11Malchîas hijo de Harim y Hasub hijo de Pahath-moab, restauraron la otra medida, y la torre de los Hornos.
12Junto á ellos restauró Sallum hijo de Lohes, príncipe de la mitad de la región de Jerusalem, él con sus hijas.
13La puerta del Valle la restauró Hanún con los moradores de Zanoa: ellos la reedificaron, y levantaron sus puertas, con sus cerraduras y sus cerrojos, y mil codos en el muro hasta la puerta del Muladar.
14Y reedificó la puerta del Muladar, Malchîas hijo de Rechâb, príncipe de la provincia de Beth-haccerem: él la reedificó, y levantó sus puertas, sus cerraduras y sus cerrojos.
15Y Sallum hijo de Chôl-hoce, príncipe de la región de Mizpa, restauró la puerta de la Fuente: él la reedificó, y la enmaderó, y levantó sus puertas, sus cerraduras y sus cerrojos, y el muro del estanque de Selah hacia la huerta del rey, y hasta las gradas que descienden de la ciudad de David.
16Después de él restauró Nehemías hijo de Azbuc, príncipe de la mitad de la región de Beth-sur, hasta delante de los sepulcros de David, y hasta el estanque labrado, y hasta la casa de los Valientes.
17Tras él restauraron los Levitas, Rehum hijo de Bani; junto á él restauró Asabías, príncipe de la mitad de la región de Ceila en su región.
18Después de él restauraron sus hermanos, Bavvai hijo de Henadad, príncipe de la mitad de la región de Ceila.
19Y junto á él restauró Ezer hijo de Jesuá, príncipe de Mizpa, la otra medida frente á la subida de la armería de la esquina.
20Después de él se enfervorizó á restaurar Baruch hijo de Zachâi la otra medida, desde la esquina hasta la puerta de la casa de Eliasib gran sacerdote.
21Tras él restauró Meremoth hijo de Urías hijo de Cos la otra medida, desde la entrada de la casa de Eliasib, hasta el cabo de la casa de Eliasib.
22Después de él restauraron los sacerdotes, los varones de la campiña.
23Después de ellos restauraron Benjamín y Hasub, frente á su casa: y después de estos restauró Azarías, hijo de Maasías hijo de Ananías, cerca de su casa.
24Después de él restauró Binnui hijo de Henadad la otra medida, desde la casa de Azarías hasta la revuelta, y hasta la esquina.
25Paal hijo de Uzai, enfrente de la esquina y la torre alta que sale de la casa del rey, que está en el patio de la cárcel. Después de él, Pedaía hijo de Pharos.
26(Y los Nethineos estuvieron en Ophel hasta enfrente de la puerta de las Aguas al oriente, y la torre que sobresalía.)
27Después de él restauraron los Tecoitas la otra medida, enfrente de la grande torre que sobresale, hasta el muro de Ophel.
28Desde la puerta de los Caballos restauraron los sacerdotes, cada uno enfrente de su casa.
29Después de ellos restauró Sadoc hijo de Immer, enfrente de su casa: y después de él restauró Semaías hijo de Sechânías, guarda de la puerta oriental.
30Tras él restauró Hananías hijo de Selemías, y Anún hijo sexto de Salaph, la otra medida. Después de él restauró Mesullam, hijo de Berechîas, enfrente de su cámara.
31Después de él restauró Malchîas hijo del platero, hasta la casa de los Nethineos y de los tratantes, enfrente de la puerta del Juicio, y hasta la sala de la esquina.
32Y entre la sala de la esquina hasta la puerta de las Ovejas, restauraron los plateros y los tratantes.

1Then Eliashib the high priest rose up with his brethren the priests, and they builded the sheep gate; they sanctified it, and set up the doors of it; even unto the tower of Meah they sanctified it, unto the tower of Hananeel.
2And next unto him builded the men of Jericho. And next to them builded Zaccur the son of Imri.
3But the fish gate did the sons of Hassenaah build, who also laid the beams thereof, and set up the doors thereof, the locks thereof, and the bars thereof.
4And next unto them repaired Meremoth the son of Urijah, the son of Koz. And next unto them repaired Meshullam the son of Berechiah, the son of Meshezabeel. And next unto them repaired Zadok the son of Baana.
5And next unto them the Tekoites repaired; but their nobles put not their necks to the work of their Lord.
6Moreover the old gate repaired Jehoiada the son of Paseah, and Meshullam the son of Besodeiah; they laid the beams thereof, and set up the doors thereof, and the locks thereof, and the bars thereof.
7And next unto them repaired Melatiah the Gibeonite, and Jadon the Meronothite, the men of Gibeon, and of Mizpah, unto the throne of the governor on this side the river.

12And next unto him repaired Shallum the son of Halohesh, the ruler of the half part of Jerusalem, he and his daughters.
13The valley gate repaired Hanun, and the inhabitants of Zanoah; they built it, and set up the doors thereof, the locks thereof, and the bars thereof, and a thousand cubits on the wall unto the dung gate.
14But the dung gate repaired Malchiah the son of Rechab, the ruler of part of Beth-haccerem; he built it, and set up the doors thereof, the locks thereof, and the bars thereof.
15But the gate of the fountain repaired Shallun the son of Col-hozeh, the ruler of part of Mizpah; he built it, and covered it, and set up the doors thereof, the locks thereof, and the bars thereof, and the wall of the pool of Siloah by the king’s garden, and unto the stairs that go down from the city of David.
16After him repaired Nehemiah the son of Azbuk, the ruler of the half part of Beth-zur, unto the place over against the sepulchres of David, and to the pool that was made, and unto the house of the mighty.
17After him repaired the Levites, Rehum the son of Bani. Next unto him repaired Hashabiah, the ruler of the half part of Keilah, in his part.
18After him repaired their brethren, Bavai the son of Henadad, the ruler of the half part of Keilah.

26Moreover the Nethinims dwelt in Ophel, unto the place over against the water gate toward the east, and the tower that lieth out.
27After them the Tekoites repaired another piece, over against the great tower that lieth out, even unto the wall of Ophel.
28From above the horse gate repaired the priests, every one over against his house.
29After them repaired Zadok the son of Immer over against his house. After him repaired also Shemaiah the son of Shechaniah, the keeper of the east gate.
30After him repaired Hananiah the son of Shelemiah, and Hanun the sixth son of Zalaph, another piece. After him repaired Meshullam the son of Berechiah over against his chamber.
31After him repaired Malchiah the goldsmith’s son unto the place of the Nethinims, and of the merchants, over against the gate Miphkad, and to the going up of the corner.
32And between the going up of the corner unto the sheep gate repaired the goldsmiths and the merchants.

16After him, Nehemiah the son of Azbuk, the ruler of half the district of Beth Zur, made repairs to the place opposite the tombs of David, and to the pool that was made, and to the house of the mighty men.
17After him, the Levites—Rehum the son of Bani made repairs. Next to him, Hashabiah, the ruler of half the district of Keilah, made repairs for his district.
18After him, their brothers, Bavvai the son of Henadad, the ruler of half the district of Keilah made repairs.
19Next to him, Ezer the son of Jeshua, the ruler of Mizpah, repaired another portion across from the ascent to the armory at the turning of the wall.
20After him, Baruch the son of Zabbai earnestly repaired another portion, from the turning of the wall to the door of the house of Eliashib the high priest.

24After him, Binnui the son of Henadad repaired another portion, from the house of Azariah to the turning of the wall, and to the corner.
25Palal the son of Uzai made repairs opposite the turning of the wall, and the tower that stands out from the upper house of the king, which is by the court of the guard. After him Pedaiah the son of Parosh made repairs.
26(Now the temple servants lived in Ophel, to the place opposite the water gate toward the east, and the tower that stands out.)
27After him the Tekoites repaired another portion, opposite the great tower that stands out, and to the wall of Ophel.
28Above the horse gate, the priests made repairs, everyone across from his own house.
