Nehemías 9

Ma essi e i padri nostri procedettero superbamente, e indurarono il lor collo, e non ubbidirono a' tuoi comandamenti;

Mas ellos y nuestros padres hicieron soberbiamente, y endurecieron su cerviz, y no escucharon tus mandamientos,

But they and our fathers dealt proudly, and hardened their necks, and hearkened not to thy commandments,
