Por isso, o Senhor os entregou nas mãos dos inimigos que os oprimiram. Mas no tempo em que estavam em dificuldades, clamavam pelo seu auxílio, e do céu o Senhor ouvia as suas orações, e na sua grande compaixão o Senhor enviou libertadores, que os livravam dos seus inimigos.
Y entregástelos en mano de sus enemigos, los cuales los afligieron: y en el tiempo de su tribulación clamaron á ti, y tú desde los cielos los oíste; y según tus muchas miseraciones les dabas salvadores, que los salvasen de mano de sus enemigos.
Therefore thou deliveredst them into the hand of their enemies, who vexed them: and in the time of their trouble, when they cried unto thee, thou heardest them from heaven; and according to thy manifold mercies thou gavest them saviours, who saved them out of the hand of their enemies.
Therefore you delivered them into the hand of their adversaries, who distressed them. In the time of their trouble, when they cried to you, you heard from heaven; and according to your manifold mercies you gave them saviors who saved them out of the hands of their adversaries.
