Números 11

Le peuple se mit à murmurer du mal aux oreilles de Yahweh. Yahweh l'entendit, et sa colère s'enflamma, et le feu de Yahweh s'alluma contre eux et il dévorait à l'extrémité du camp.

Y ACONTECIÓ que el pueblo se quejó á oídos de Jehová: y oyólo Jehová, y enardecióse su furor, y encendióse en ellos fuego de Jehová y consumió el un cabo del campo.

And when the people complained, it displeased the LORD: and the LORD heard it; and his anger was kindled; and the fire of the LORD burnt among them, and consumed them that were in the uttermost parts of the camp.

The people were complaining in the ears of the LORD. When the LORD heard it, his anger burned; and the LORD’s fire burned among them, and consumed some of the outskirts of the camp.

Le peuple cria vers Moïse, et Moïse pria Yahweh, et le feu s'éteignit.

Entonces el pueblo dió voces á Moisés, y Moisés oró á Jehová, y soterróse el fuego.

And the people cried unto Moses; and when Moses prayed unto the LORD, the fire was quenched.

The people cried to Moses; and Moses prayed to the LORD, and the fire abated.

On donna à ce lieu le nom de Thabéera, parce que le feu de Yahweh s'était allumé contre eux.

Y llamó á aquel lugar Taberah; porque el fuego de Jehová se encendió en ellos.

And he called the name of the place Taberah: because the fire of the LORD burnt among them.

The name of that place was called Taberah, because the LORD’s fire burned among them.

Le ramas de gens qui se trouvaient au milieu d'Israël s'enflamma de convoitise, et même les enfants d'Israël recommencèrent à pleurer et dirent : « Qui nous donnera de la viande à manger ?

Y el vulgo que había en medio tuvo un vivo deseo, y volvieron, y aun lloraron los hijos de Israel, y dijeron: ¡Quién nos diera á comer carne!

And the mixt multitude that was among them fell a lusting: and the children of Israel also wept again, and said, Who shall give us flesh to eat?

Il nous souvient des poissons que nous mangions pour rien en Egypte, des concombres, des melons, des poireaux, des oignons et de l'ail.

Nos acordamos del pescado que comíamos en Egipto de balde, de los cohombros, y de los melones, y de los puerros, y de las cebollas, y de los ajos:

We remember the fish, which we did eat in Egypt freely; the cucumbers, and the melons, and the leeks, and the onions, and the garlick:

Maintenant notre âme est desséchée ; plus rien ! Nos yeux ne voient que de la manne. »

Y ahora nuestra alma se seca; que nada sino maná ven nuestros ojos.

But now our soul is dried away: there is nothing at all, beside this manna, before our eyes.

but now we have lost our appetite. There is nothing at all except this manna to look at.”

La manne était semblable à la graine de coriandre, et avait l'aspect du bdellium.

Y era el maná como semilla de culantro, y su color como color de bdelio.

And the manna was as coriander seed, and the colour thereof as the colour of bdellium.

Le peuple se répandait pour la ramasser ; il la broyait avec des meules ou la pilait dans un mortier ; il la cuisait au pot, et en faisait des gâteaux. Elle avait le goût d'un gâteau à l'huile.

Derramábase el pueblo, y recogían, y molían en molinos, ó majaban en morteros, y lo cocían en caldera, ó hacían de él tortas: y su sabor era como sabor de aceite nuevo.

And the people went about, and gathered it, and ground it in mills, or beat it in a mortar, and baked it in pans, and made cakes of it: and the taste of it was as the taste of fresh oil.

Quand la rosée descendait pendant la nuit sur le camp, la manne y descendait aussi.

Y cuando descendía el rocío sobre el real de noche, el maná descendía de sobre él.

And when the dew fell upon the camp in the night, the manna fell upon it.

Moïse entendit le peuple qui pleurait dans chaque famille, chacun à l'entrée de sa tente. La colère de Yahweh s'enflamma grandement. Moïse fut attristé,

Y oyó Moisés al pueblo, que lloraba por sus familias, cada uno á la puerta de su tienda: y el furor de Jehová se encendió en gran manera; también pareció mal á Moisés.

Then Moses heard the people weep throughout their families, every man in the door of his tent: and the anger of the LORD was kindled greatly; Moses also was displeased.

et il dit à Yahweh : « Pourquoi avez-vous fait ce mal à votre serviteur, et pourquoi n'ai-je pas trouvé grâce à vos yeux, que vous ayez mis sur moi la charge de tout ce peuple ?

Y dijo Moisés á Jehová: ¿Por qué has hecho mal á tu siervo? ¿y por qué no he hallado gracia en tus ojos, que has puesto la carga de todo este pueblo sobre mí?

And Moses said unto the LORD, Wherefore hast thou afflicted thy servant? and wherefore have I not found favour in thy sight, that thou layest the burden of all this people upon me?

Moses said to the LORD, “Why have you treated your servant so badly? Why haven’t I found favor in your sight, that you lay the burden of all this people on me?

Est-ce moi qui ai conçu tout ce peuple ? est-ce moi qui l'ai enfanté, pour que vous me disiez : Porte-le sur ton sein, comme le nourricier porte un enfant qu'on allaite, jusqu'au pays que vous avez juré à ses pères de lui donner ?

¿Concebí yo á todo este pueblo? ¿engendrélo yo, para que me digas: Llévalo en tu seno, como lleva la que cría al que mama, á la tierra de la cual juraste á sus padres?

Have I conceived all this people? have I begotten them, that thou shouldest say unto me, Carry them in thy bosom, as a nursing father beareth the sucking child, unto the land which thou swarest unto their fathers?

Have I conceived all this people? Have I brought them out, that you should tell me, ‘Carry them in your bosom, as a nurse carries a nursing infant, to the land which you swore to their fathers’?

Où prendrai-je de la viande pour en donner à tout ce peuple ? Car ils pleurent autour de moi, en disant : Donne-nous de la viande à manger.

¿De dónde tengo yo carne para dar á todo este pueblo? porque lloran á mí, diciendo: Danos carne que comamos.

Whence should I have flesh to give unto all this people? for they weep unto me, saying, Give us flesh, that we may eat.

Where could I get meat to give all these people? For they weep before me, saying, ‘Give us meat, that we may eat.’

Je ne puis pas, à moi seul, porter tout ce peuple ; il est trop pesant pour moi.

No puedo yo solo soportar á todo este pueblo, que me es pesado en demasía.

I am not able to bear all this people alone, because it is too heavy for me.

Pour me traiter ainsi, tuez-moi plutôt, je vous prie, si j'ai trouvé grâce à vos yeux, et que je ne voie pas mon malheur ! »

Y si así lo haces tú conmigo, yo te ruego que me des muerte, si he hallado gracia en tus ojos; y que yo no vea mi mal.

And if thou deal thus with me, kill me, I pray thee, out of hand, if I have found favour in thy sight; and let me not see my wretchedness.

If you treat me this way, please kill me right now, if I have found favor in your sight; and don’t let me see my wretchedness.”

Yahweh dit à Moïse : « Assemble-moi soixante-dix hommes des anciens d'Israël, que tu connais pour être anciens du peuple et préposés sur lui ; amène-les à la tente de réunion et qu'ils se tiennent là avec toi.

Entonces Jehová dijo á Moisés: Júntame setenta varones de los ancianos de Israel, que tú sabes que son ancianos del pueblo y sus principales; y tráelos á la puerta del tabernáculo del testimonio, y esperen allí contigo.

And the LORD said unto Moses, Gather unto me seventy men of the elders of Israel, whom thou knowest to be the elders of the people, and officers over them; and bring them unto the tabernacle of the congregation, that they may stand there with thee.

The LORD said to Moses, “Gather to me seventy men of the elders of Israel, whom you know to be the elders of the people and officers over them; and bring them to the Tent of Meeting, that they may stand there with you.

Je descendrai et je te parlerai là ; je prendrai de l'esprit qui est sur toi et je le mettrai sur eux, afin qu'ils portent avec toi la charge du peuple, et tu ne la porteras plus toi seul.

Y yo descenderé y hablaré allí contigo; y tomaré del espíritu que está en ti, y pondré en ellos; y llevarán contigo la carga del pueblo, y no la llevarás tú solo.

And I will come down and talk with thee there: and I will take of the spirit which is upon thee, and will put it upon them; and they shall bear the burden of the people with thee, that thou bear it not thyself alone.

Tu diras au peuple : Sanctifiez-vous pour demain, et vous aurez de la viande à manger, puisque vous avez pleuré aux oreilles de Yahweh, en disant : Qui nous fera manger de la viande ? car nous étions bien en Egypte ! Et Yahweh vous donnera de la viande, et vous en mangerez ;

Empero dirás al pueblo: Santificaos para mañana, y comeréis carne: pues que habéis llorado en oídos de Jehová, diciendo: ¡Quién nos diera á comer carne! ¡cierto mejor nos iba en Egipto! Jehová, pues, os dará carne, y comeréis.

And say thou unto the people, Sanctify yourselves against to morrow, and ye shall eat flesh: for ye have wept in the ears of the LORD, saying, Who shall give us flesh to eat? for it was well with us in Egypt: therefore the LORD will give you flesh, and ye shall eat.

“Say to the people, ‘Sanctify yourselves in preparation for tomorrow, and you will eat meat; for you have wept in the ears of the LORD, saying, “Who will give us meat to eat? For it was well with us in Egypt.” Therefore the LORD will give you meat, and you will eat.

ce n'est pas un jour que vous en mangerez, ni deux jours, ni cinq jours, ni dix jours, ni vingt jours,

No comeréis un día, ni dos días, ni cinco días, ni diez días, ni veinte días;

Ye shall not eat one day, nor two days, nor five days, neither ten days, nor twenty days;

You will not eat just one day, or two days, or five days, or ten days, or twenty days,

mais un mois entier, jusqu'à ce qu'elle vous sorte par les narines et qu'elle vous soit en dégoût, parce que vous avez rejeté Yahweh qui est au milieu de vous, et que vous avez pleuré devant lui, en disant : Pourquoi donc sommes-nous sortis d'Egypte ? »

Sino hasta un mes de tiempo, hasta que os salga por las narices, y os sea en aborrecimiento: por cuanto menospreciasteis á Jehová que está en medio de vosotros, y llorasteis delante de él, diciendo: ¿Para qué salimos acá de Egipto?

But even a whole month, until it come out at your nostrils, and it be loathsome unto you: because that ye have despised the LORD which is among you, and have wept before him, saying, Why came we forth out of Egypt?

but a whole month, until it comes out at your nostrils, and it is loathsome to you; because you have rejected the LORD who is among you, and have wept before him, saying, “Why did we come out of Egypt?”’”

Moïse dit : « Le peuple au milieu duquel je suis est de six cent mille hommes de pied, et vous dites : Je leur donnerai de la viande, et ils en mangeront un mois entier !

Entonces dijo Moisés: Seiscientos mil de á pie es el pueblo en medio del cual yo estoy; y tú dices: Les daré carne, y comerán el tiempo de un mes.

And Moses said, The people, among whom I am, are six hundred thousand footmen; and thou hast said, I will give them flesh, that they may eat a whole month.

Moses said, “The people, among whom I am, are six hundred thousand men on foot; and you have said, ‘I will give them meat, that they may eat a whole month.’

Egorgera-t-on pour eux les brebis et les bœufs, pour qu'ils en aient assez ? Ou leur ramassera-t-on tous les poissons de la mer, pour qu'ils en aient assez ? »

¿Se han de degollar para ellos ovejas y bueyes que les basten? ¿ó se juntarán para ellos todos los peces de la mar para que tengan abasto?

Shall the flocks and the herds be slain for them, to suffice them? or shall all the fish of the sea be gathered together for them, to suffice them?

Yahweh répondit à Moïse : « La main de Yahweh est-elle trop courte ? Tu verras maintenant si ce que j'ai dit t'arrivera ou non. »

Entonces Jehová respondió á Moisés: ¿Hase acortado la mano de Jehová? ahora verás si te sucede mi dicho, ó no.

And the LORD said unto Moses, Is the LORD’s hand waxed short? thou shalt see now whether my word shall come to pass unto thee or not.

The LORD said to Moses, “Has the LORD’s hand grown short? Now you will see whether my word will happen to you or not.”

Moïse sortit et rapporta au peuple les paroles de Yahweh, et il assembla soixante-dix hommes des anciens du peuple et les plaça autour de la tente.

Y salió Moisés, y dijo al pueblo las palabras de Jehová: y juntó los setenta varones de los ancianos del pueblo, é hízolos estar alrededor del tabernáculo.

And Moses went out, and told the people the words of the LORD, and gathered the seventy men of the elders of the people, and set them round about the tabernacle.

Yahweh descendit dans la nuée et parla à Moïse ; il prit de l'esprit qui était sur lui et le mit sur les soixante-dix anciens ; et, dès que l'esprit reposa sur eux, ils prophétisèrent ; mais ils ne continuèrent pas.

Entonces Jehová descendió en la nube, y hablóle; y tomó del espíritu que estaba en él, y púsolo en los setenta varones ancianos; y fué que, cuando posó sobre ellos el espíritu, profetizaron, y no cesaron.

And the LORD came down in a cloud, and spake unto him, and took of the spirit that was upon him, and gave it unto the seventy elders: and it came to pass, that, when the spirit rested upon them, they prophesied, and did not cease.

Deux hommes, l'un nommé Eldad, et l'autre Médad, étaient restés dans le camp, et l'esprit reposa aussi sur eux ; ils étaient parmi les inscrits, mais ils ne s'étaient pas rendus à la tente ; et ils prophétisèrent dans le camp.

Y habían quedado en el campo dos varones, llamado el uno Eldad y el otro Medad, sobre los cuales también reposó el espíritu: estaban estos entre los escritos, mas no habían salido al tabernáculo; y profetizaron en el campo.

But there remained two of the men in the camp, the name of the one was Eldad, and the name of the other Medad: and the spirit rested upon them; and they were of them that were written, but went not out unto the tabernacle: and they prophesied in the camp.

Un jeune garçon courut l'annoncer à Moïse, en disant : « Eldad et Médad prophétisent dans le camp. »

Y corrió un mozo, y dió aviso á Moisés, y dijo: Eldad y Medad profetizan en el campo.

And there ran a young man, and told Moses, and said, Eldad and Medad do prophesy in the camp.

A young man ran, and told Moses, and said, “Eldad and Medad are prophesying in the camp!”

Aussitôt Josué, fils de Nun, serviteur de Moïse depuis sa jeunesse, prenant la parole dit : « Moïse, mon seigneur, empêche-les. »

Entonces respondió Josué hijo de Nun, ministro de Moisés, uno de sus mancebos, y dijo: Señor mío Moisés, impídelos.

And Joshua the son of Nun, the servant of Moses, one of his young men, answered and said, My lord Moses, forbid them.

Moïse lui répondit : « Es-tu donc jaloux pour moi ? Plût à Dieu que tout le peuple de Yahweh fût prophète, et que Yahweh mit son esprit sur eux ! »

Y Moisés le respondió: ¿Tienes tú celos por mí? mas ojalá que todo el pueblo de Jehová fuesen profetas, que Jehová pusiera su espíritu sobre ellos.

And Moses said unto him, Enviest thou for my sake? would God that all the LORD’s people were prophets, and that the LORD would put his spirit upon them!

Moses said to him, “Are you jealous for my sake? I wish that all the LORD’s people were prophets, that the LORD would put his Spirit on them!”

Et Moïse se retira dans le camp, lui et les anciens d'Israël.

Y recogióse Moisés al campo, él y los ancianos de Israel.

And Moses gat him into the camp, he and the elders of Israel.

Un vent souffla de par l'ordre de Yahweh, qui, de la mer, amena des cailles et les abattit sur le camp, sur l'étendue d'environ une journée de chemin d'un côté, d'environ une journée de chemin de l'autre côté, autour du camp ; et il y en avait près de deux coudées de haut sur la surface de la terre.

Y salió un viento de Jehová, y trajo codornices de la mar, y dejólas sobre el real, un día de camino de la una parte, y un día de camino de la otra, en derredor del campo, y casi dos codos sobre la haz de la tierra.

And there went forth a wind from the LORD, and brought quails from the sea, and let them fall by the camp, as it were a day’s journey on this side, and as it were a day’s journey on the other side, round about the camp, and as it were two cubits high upon the face of the earth.

Pendant tout ce jour, toute la nuit et toute la journée du lendemain, le peuple se leva et ramassa les cailles ; celui qui en avait ramassé le moins en avait dix gomors ; et ils les étendirent pour eux, tout autour du camp.

Entonces el pueblo estuvo levantado todo aquel día, y toda la noche, y todo el día siguiente, y recogiéronse codornices: el que menos, recogió diez montones; y las tendieron para sí á lo largo en derredor del campo.

And the people stood up all that day, and all that night, and all the next day, and they gathered the quails: he that gathered least gathered ten homers: and they spread them all abroad for themselves round about the camp.

Mais la chair était encore entre leurs dents, avant d'être consommée, que la colère de Yahweh s'enflamma contre le peuple, et Yahweh frappa le peuple d'une très grande plaie.

Aun estaba la carne entre los dientes de ellos, antes que fuese mascada, cuando el furor de Jehová se encendió en el pueblo, é hirió Jehová al pueblo con una muy grande plaga.

And while the flesh was yet between their teeth, ere it was chewed, the wrath of the LORD was kindled against the people, and the LORD smote the people with a very great plague.

While the meat was still between their teeth, before it was chewed, the LORD’s anger burned against the people, and the LORD struck the people with a very great plague.

On donna à ce lieu le nom de Qibroth-Hattaava, parce qu'on y enterra le peuple qui s'était enflammé de convoitise.

Y llamó el nombre de aquel lugar Kibroth-hattaavah, por cuanto allí sepultaron al pueblo codicioso.

And he called the name of that place Kibroth-hattaavah: because there they buried the people that lusted.

The name of that place was called Kibroth Hattaavah, because there they buried the people who lusted.

De Qibroth-Hattaava le peuple partit pour Haséroth, et il s'arrêta à Haséroth.

De Kibroth-hattaavah movió el pueblo á Haseroth, y pararon en Haseroth.

And the people journeyed from Kibroth-hattaavah unto Hazeroth; and abode at Hazeroth.

From Kibroth Hattaavah the people traveled to Hazeroth; and they stayed at Hazeroth.
