“Only the tribe of Levi you shall not count, neither shall you take a census of them among the children of Israel;
sondern du sollst sie ordnen zur Wohnung bei dem Zeugnis und zu allem Gerate und zu allem, was dazu gehoret. Und sie sollen die Wohnung tragen und alles Gerate; und sollen sein pflegen und urn die Wohnung her sich lagern.

Und wenn man reisen soil, so sollen die Leviten die Wohnung abnehmen. Wenn aber das Heer zu lagern ist, sollen sie die Wohnung aufschlagen. Und wo ein Fremder sich dazu machet, der soil sterben.

Die Kinder Israel sollen sich lagern, ein jeglicher in sein Lager und bei dem Panier seiner Schar.
