Und die Kinder Israel kamen mit der ganzen Gemeine in die Wüste Zin im ersten Monden, und das Volk lag zu Kades. Und Mirjam starb daselbst und ward daselbst begraben.

Y LLEGARON los hijos de Israel, toda la congregación, al desierto de Zin, en el mes primero, y asentó el pueblo en Cades; y allí murió María, y fué allí sepultada.

Then came the children of Israel, even the whole congregation, into the desert of Zin in the first month: and the people abode in Kadesh; and Miriam died there, and was buried there.

Und die Gemeine hatte kein Wasser, und versammelten sich wider Mose und Aaron.

Und das Volk haderte mit Mose und sprachen: Ach, daß wir umkommen wären, da unsere Brüder umkamen vor dem HERRN!

Y regañó el pueblo con Moisés, y hablaron diciendo: ¡Ojalá que nosotros hubiéramos muerto cuando perecieron nuestros hermanos delante de Jehová!

And the people chode with Moses, and spake, saying, Would God that we had died when our brethren died before the LORD!

Warum habt ihr die Gemeine des HERRN in diese Wüste gebracht, daß wir hie sterben mit unserm Vieh?

¿Y por qué hiciste venir la congregación de Jehová á este desierto, para que muramos aquí nosotros y nuestras bestias?

And why have ye brought up the congregation of the LORD into this wilderness, that we and our cattle should die there?

Why have you brought the LORD’s assembly into this wilderness, that we should die there, we and our animals?

Und warum habt ihr uns aus Ägypten geführt an diesen bösen Ort, da man nicht säen kann, da weder Feigen noch Weinstöcke noch Granatäpfel sind, und ist dazu kein Wasser zu trinken?

¿Y por qué nos has hecho subir de Egipto, para traernos á este mal lugar? No es lugar de sementera, de higueras, de viñas, ni granadas: ni aun de agua para beber.

And wherefore have ye made us to come up out of Egypt, to bring us in unto this evil place? it is no place of seed, or of figs, or of vines, or of pomegranates; neither is there any water to drink.

Mose und Aaron gingen von der Gemeine zur Tür der Hütte des Stifts und fielen auf ihr Angesicht; und die HERRLIchkeit des HERRN erschien ihnen.

Y fuéronse Moisés y Aarón de delante de la congregación á la puerta del tabernáculo del testimonio, y echáronse sobre sus rostros; y la gloria de Jehová apareció sobre ellos.

And Moses and Aaron went from the presence of the assembly unto the door of the tabernacle of the congregation, and they fell upon their faces: and the glory of the LORD appeared unto them.

Nimm den Stab und versammle die Gemeine, du und dein Bruder Aaron, und redet mit dem Felsen vor ihren Augen; der wird sein Wasser geben. Also sollst du ihnen Wasser aus dem Felsen bringen und die Gemeine tränken und ihr Vieh.

Toma la vara, y reune la congregación, tú y Aarón tu hermano, y hablad á la peña en ojos de ellos; y ella dará su agua, y les sacarás aguas de la peña, y darás de beber á la congregación, y á sus bestias.

Take the rod, and gather thou the assembly together, thou, and Aaron thy brother, and speak ye unto the rock before their eyes; and it shall give forth his water, and thou shalt bring forth to them water out of the rock: so thou shalt give the congregation and their beasts drink.

“Take the rod, and assemble the congregation, you, and Aaron your brother, and speak to the rock before their eyes, that it pour out its water. You shall bring water to them out of the rock; so you shall give the congregation and their livestock drink.”

Da nahm Mose den Stab vor dem HERRN, wie er ihm geboten hatte.

And Moses and Aaron gathered the congregation together before the rock, and he said unto them, Hear now, ye rebels; must we fetch you water out of this rock?

Und Mose hub seine Hand auf und schlug den Felsen mit dem Stabe zweimal. Da ging viel Wassers heraus, daß die Gemeine trank und ihr Vieh.

Entonces alzó Moisés su mano, é hirió la peña con su vara dos veces: y salieron muchas aguas, y bebió la congregación, y sus bestias.

Der HERR aber sprach zu Mose und Aaron: Darum daß ihr nicht an mich geglaubet habt, daß ihr mich heiligtet vor den Kindern Israel, sollt ihr diese Gemeine nicht ins Land bringen, das ich ihnen geben werde.

Y Jehová dijo á Moisés y á Aarón: Por cuanto no creísteis en mí, para santificarme en ojos de los hijos de Israel, por tanto, no meteréis esta congregación en la tierra que les he dado.

And the LORD spake unto Moses and Aaron, Because ye believed me not, to sanctify me in the eyes of the children of Israel, therefore ye shall not bring this congregation into the land which I have given them.

The LORD said to Moses and Aaron, “Because you didn’t believe in me, to sanctify me in the eyes of the children of Israel, therefore you shall not bring this assembly into the land which I have given them.”

Das ist das Haderwasser, darüber die Kinder Israel mit dem HERRN haderten, und er geheiliget ward an ihnen.

Und Mose sandte Botschaft aus Kades zu dem Könige der Edomiter: Also läßt dir dein Bruder Israel sagen: Du weißt alle die Mühe, die uns betreten hat;

daß unsere Väter nach Ägypten hinabgezogen sind, und wir lange Zeit in Ägypten gewohnet haben, und die Ägypter handelten uns und unsere Väter übel;

und wir schrieen zu dem HERRN; der hat unsere Stimme erhöret und einen Engel gesandt und aus Ägypten geführet. Und siehe, wir sind zu Kades in der Stadt an deinen Grenzen.

Laß uns durch dein Land ziehen. Wir wollen nicht durch Äcker noch Weinberge gehen, auch nicht Wasser aus den Brunnen trinken; die Landstraße wollen wir ziehen, weder zur Rechten noch zur Linken weichen, bis wir durch deine Grenze kommen.

Rogámoste que pasemos por tu tierra; no pasaremos por labranza, ni por viña, ni beberemos agua de pozos: por el camino real iremos, sin apartarnos á la diestra ni á la siniestra, hasta que hayamos pasado tu término.

Let us pass, I pray thee, through thy country: we will not pass through the fields, or through the vineyards, neither will we drink of the water of the wells: we will go by the king’s high way, we will not turn to the right hand nor to the left, until we have passed thy borders.

“Please let us pass through your land. We will not pass through field or through vineyard, neither will we drink from the water of the wells. We will go along the king’s highway. We will not turn away to the right hand nor to the left, until we have passed your border.”

Die Edomiter aber sprachen zu ihnen: Du sollst nicht durch mich ziehen, oder ich will dir mit dem Schwert entgegenziehen.

Y Edom le respondió: No pasarás por mi país, de otra manera saldré contra ti armado.

And Edom said unto him, Thou shalt not pass by me, lest I come out against thee with the sword.

Die Kinder Israel sprachen zu ihm: Wir wollen auf der gebahnten Straße ziehen, und so wir deines Wassers trinken, wir und unser Vieh, so wollen wir's bezahlen; wir wollen nichts, denn nur zu Fuße hindurchziehen.

Y los hijos de Israel dijeron: Por el camino seguido iremos; y si bebiéremos tus aguas yo y mis ganados, daré el precio de ellas: ciertamente sin hacer otra cosa, pasaré de seguida.

And the children of Israel said unto him, We will go by the high way: and if I and my cattle drink of thy water, then I will pay for it: I will only, without doing any thing else, go through on my feet.

The children of Israel said to him, “We will go up by the highway; and if we drink your water, I and my livestock, then I will give its price. Only let me, without doing anything else, pass through on my feet.”

Er aber sprach: Du sollst nicht herdurchziehen. Und die Edomiter zogen aus ihnen entgegen mit mächtigem Volk und starker Hand.

Also weigerten die Edomiter, Israel zu vergönnen, durch ihre Grenze zu ziehen. Und Israel wich von ihnen.

Und der HERR redete mit Mose und Aaron zu Hor am Gebirge an den Grenzen des Landes der Edomiter und sprach:

And the LORD spake unto Moses and Aaron in mount Hor, by the coast of the land of Edom, saying,

Laß sich Aaron sammeln zu seinem Volk; denn er soll nicht in das Land kommen, das ich den Kindern Israel gegeben habe, darum daß ihr meinem Munde ungehorsam gewesen seid bei dem Haderwasser.

Aarón será reunido á sus pueblos; pues no entrará en la tierra que yo di á los hijos de Israel, por cuanto fuisteis rebeldes á mi mandamiento en las aguas de la rencilla.

Aaron shall be gathered unto his people: for he shall not enter into the land which I have given unto the children of Israel, because ye rebelled against my word at the water of Meribah.

Da tat Mose, wie ihm der HERR geboten hatte, und stiegen auf Hor am Gebirge vor der ganzen Gemeine.

Y Moisés hizo desnudar á Aarón de sus vestidos y vistiólos á Eleazar su hijo: y Aarón murió allí en la cumbre del monte: y Moisés y Eleazar descendieron del monte.

And Moses stripped Aaron of his garments, and put them upon Eleazar his son; and Aaron died there in the top of the mount: and Moses and Eleazar came down from the mount.

Und da die ganze Gemeine sah, daß Aaron dahin war, beweineten sie ihn dreißig Tage, das ganze Haus Israel.
