5Pero si su padre se lo prohíbe el día cuando se entera, ninguno de sus votos o promesas que se impuso será firme. Yavé la perdonará por cuanto su padre se opuso.

5Si su padre oyere su voto, y la obligación con que ligó su alma, y su padre callare á ello, todos los votos de ella serán firmes, y toda obligación con que hubiere ligado su alma, firme será.

5But if her father disallow her in the day that he heareth; not any of her vows, or of her bonds wherewith she hath bound her soul, shall stand: and the LORD shall forgive her, because her father disallowed her.
World English Bible
5But if her father forbids her in the day that he hears, none of her vows or of her pledges with which she has bound her soul, shall stand. The LORD will forgive her, because her father has forbidden her.
