Moisés falou aos líderes das tribos do povo de Israel, dizendo: "Isto é o que Yahweh ordenou.

And Moses spake unto the heads of the tribes concerning the children of Israel, saying, This is the thing which the LORD hath commanded.

Quando alguém fizer um voto a Yahweh, ou fizer um juramento ligado a uma promessa, não quebrará a sua palavra. Manterá sua promessa para fazer tudo o que disser.
Y habló Moisés á los príncipes de las tribus de los hijos de Israel, diciendo: Esto es lo que Jehová ha mandado.
If a man vow a vow unto the LORD, or swear an oath to bind his soul with a bond; he shall not break his word, he shall do according to all that proceedeth out of his mouth.
When a man vows a vow to the LORD, or swears an oath to bind his soul with a bond, he shall not break his word. He shall do according to all that proceeds out of his mouth.
Quando uma jovem mulher, vivendo na casa de seu pai, fizer um voto a Yahweh e obrigar-se ao voto pela promessa,
Cuando alguno hiciere voto á Jehová, ó hiciere juramento ligando su alma con obligación, no violará su palabra: hará conforme á todo lo que salió de su boca.
If a woman also vow a vow unto the LORD, and bind herself by a bond, being in her father’s house in her youth;
“Also, when a woman vows a vow to the LORD and binds herself by a pledge, being in her father’s house, in her youth,
e seu pai ouvir o voto e a promessa pela qual ela se obrigou, e se ele não disser nada em contrário, então os votos dela permanecerão válidos. Toda a promessa pela qual ela se obrigou permanecerá válida.
Mas la mujer, cuando hiciere voto á Jehová, y se ligare con obligación en casa de su padre, en su mocedad;
And her father hear her vow, and her bond wherewith she hath bound her soul, and her father shall hold his peace at her: then all her vows shall stand, and every bond wherewith she hath bound her soul shall stand.
and her father hears her vow and her pledge with which she has bound her soul, and her father says nothing to her, then all her vows shall stand, and every pledge with which she has bound her soul shall stand.
Se o seu pai ouvir o seu voto ou a promessa, e não lhe disser nada em contrário, então todos os votos ou promessas que ela tiver feito permanecerão válidos.
Si su padre oyere su voto, y la obligación con que ligó su alma, y su padre callare á ello, todos los votos de ella serán firmes, y toda obligación con que hubiere ligado su alma, firme será.
But if her father disallow her in the day that he heareth; not any of her vows, or of her bonds wherewith she hath bound her soul, shall stand: and the LORD shall forgive her, because her father disallowed her.
But if her father forbids her in the day that he hears, none of her vows or of her pledges with which she has bound her soul, shall stand. The LORD will forgive her, because her father has forbidden her.
Contudo, se ela casar-se enquanto estiver sob os votos ou promessas de seus lábios, pelos quais se comprometeu,
Mas si su padre le vedare el día que oyere todos sus votos y sus obligaciones, con que ella hubiere ligado su alma, no serán firmes; y Jehová la perdonará, por cuanto su padre le vedó.
And if she had at all an husband, when she vowed, or uttered ought out of her lips, wherewith she bound her soul;
“If she has a husband, while her vows are on her, or the rash utterance of her lips with which she has bound her soul,
e o seu marido souber disso e não disser coisa alguma quando ouvi-la, então os votos e obrigações com os quais se comprometeu continuarão válidos.
Empero si fuere casada, é hiciere votos, ó pronunciare de sus labios cosa con que obligue su alma;
And her husband heard it, and held his peace at her in the day that he heard it: then her vows shall stand, and her bonds wherewith she bound her soul shall stand.
and her husband hears it, and says nothing to her in the day that he hears it; then her vows shall stand, and her pledges with which she has bound her soul shall stand.
Mas se o marido desaprová-la quando a ouvir, então ele cancelará os votos que ela tiver feito, a fala precipitada dos seus lábios pela qual ela se obrigou. Yahweh a liberará.
Si su marido lo oyere, y cuando lo oyere callare á ello, los votos de ella serán firmes, y la obligación con que ligó su alma, firme será.
But if her husband disallowed her on the day that he heard it; then he shall make her vow which she vowed, and that which she uttered with her lips, wherewith she bound her soul, of none effect: and the LORD shall forgive her.
But if her husband forbids her in the day that he hears it, then he makes void her vow which is on her and the rash utterance of her lips, with which she has bound her soul. The LORD will forgive her.
Mas sobre a viúva ou a mulher divorciada, toda obrigação assumida por elas permanecerá válida contra ambas.
Pero si cuando su marido lo oyó, le vedó, entonces el voto que ella hizo, y lo que pronunció de sus labios con que ligó su alma, será nulo; y Jehová lo perdonará.
But every vow of a widow, and of her that is divorced, wherewith they have bound their souls, shall stand against her.
“But the vow of a widow, or of her who is divorced, everything with which she has bound her soul shall stand against her.
E se uma mulher casada fizer um voto, se ela se obrigar à promessa com juramento,
Mas todo voto de viuda, ó repudiada, con que ligare su alma, será firme.
And if she vowed in her husband’s house, or bound her soul by a bond with an oath;
“If she vowed in her husband’s house or bound her soul by a bond with an oath,
e seu marido ficar sabendo disso e não desautorizá-la, se não cancelar o seu voto, então todos os seus votos serão válidos. Toda promessa pela qual ela se vinculou permanece válida.
Y si hubiere hecho voto en casa de su marido, y hubiere ligado su alma con obligación de juramento,
And her husband heard it, and held his peace at her, and disallowed her not: then all her vows shall stand, and every bond wherewith she bound her soul shall stand.
and her husband heard it, and held his peace at her and didn’t disallow her, then all her vows shall stand, and every pledge with which she bound her soul shall stand.
Mas se o marido, quando a ouvir, cancelar o que ela prometeu, então o que quer que seja, que terá sido dito pelos lábios dela, sobre os seus votos ou promessas não terá validade. Seu marido os terá cancelado. Yahweh a liberará.
Si su marido oyó, y calló á ello, y no le vedó; entonces todos sus votos serán firmes, y toda obligación con que hubiere ligado su alma, firme será.
But if her husband hath utterly made them void on the day he heard them; then whatsoever proceeded out of her lips concerning her vows, or concerning the bond of her soul, shall not stand: her husband hath made them void; and the LORD shall forgive her.
But if her husband made them null and void in the day that he heard them, then whatever proceeded out of her lips concerning her vows, or concerning the bond of her soul, shall not stand. Her husband has made them void. The LORD will forgive her.
Todo voto ou promessa que uma mulher fizer e que a force a negar alguma coisa, pode ser confirmado ou cancelado pelo seu marido.
Mas si su marido los anuló el día que los oyó; todo lo que salió de sus labios cuanto á sus votos, y cuanto á la obligación de su alma, será nulo; su marido los anuló, y Jehová la perdonará.

Mas se ele não desautorizá-la no seu dia a dia, então, com isto, ele confirmará todas os votos e promessas que ela tiver feito. Ele as confirmou porque não lhe disse nada no tempo em que ele as ouviu sendo feitas.
Todo voto, ó todo juramento obligándose á afligir el alma, su marido lo confirmará, ó su marido lo anulará.
But if her husband altogether hold his peace at her from day to day; then he establisheth all her vows, or all her bonds, which are upon her: he confirmeth them, because he held his peace at her in the day that he heard them.
But if her husband says nothing to her from day to day, then he establishes all her vows or all her pledges which are on her. He has established them, because he said nothing to her in the day that he heard them.
E se o seu marido tentar cancelar os votos da sua esposa muito tempo depois de ter ouvido essas promessas, então ele será responsável pelo pecado dela.
Empero si su marido callare á ello de día en día, entonces confirmó todos sus votos, y todas las obligaciones que están sobre ella: confirmólas, por cuanto calló á ello el día que lo oyó.
But if he shall any ways make them void after that he hath heard them; then he shall bear her iniquity.
But if he makes them null and void after he has heard them, then he shall bear her iniquity.”
Estes são os estatutos que Yahweh ordenou a Moisés para lhes anunciar; estatutos estabelecidos entre um homem e sua esposa, e entre o pai e a sua filha, quando ela ainda está na sua juventude e na casa do seu pai.
Mas si las anulare después de haberlas oído, entonces él llevará el pecado de ella. Estas son las ordenanzas que Jehová mandó á Moisés entre el varón y su mujer, entre el padre y su hija, durante su mocedad en casa de su padre.
