Und Mose redete mit den Obersten der Stämme der Kinder Israel und sprach: (030-2) Das ist's, was der HERR geboten hat:
Y MOISÉS dijo á los hijos de Israel, conforme á todo lo que Jehová le había mandado.
And Moses spake unto the heads of the tribes concerning the children of Israel, saying, This is the thing which the LORD hath commanded.

(030-3) Wenn ein Mann dem HERRN ein Gelübde tut oder einen Eid schwört, womit er eine Verpflichtung auf seine Seele bindet, so soll er sein Wort nicht brechen; sondern gemäß allem, das aus seinem Munde gegangen ist, soll er tun.
Y habló Moisés á los príncipes de las tribus de los hijos de Israel, diciendo: Esto es lo que Jehová ha mandado.
If a man vow a vow unto the LORD, or swear an oath to bind his soul with a bond; he shall not break his word, he shall do according to all that proceedeth out of his mouth.

(030-4) Wenn ein Weib dem HERRN ein Gelübde tut und sich verpflichtet, solange sie noch eine Jungfrau in ihres Vaters Hause ist,
Cuando alguno hiciere voto á Jehová, ó hiciere juramento ligando su alma con obligación, no violará su palabra: hará conforme á todo lo que salió de su boca.
If a woman also vow a vow unto the LORD, and bind herself by a bond, being in her father’s house in her youth;
“Also, when a woman vows a vow to the LORD and binds herself by a pledge, being in her father’s house, in her youth,
(030-5) und ihr Gelübde und ihre Verpflichtung, die sie auf ihre Seele nahm, vor ihren Vater kommt, und er schweigt dazu, so gilt all ihr Gelübde und alle ihre Verpflichtung, die sie auf ihre Seele gebunden hat.
Mas la mujer, cuando hiciere voto á Jehová, y se ligare con obligación en casa de su padre, en su mocedad;
And her father hear her vow, and her bond wherewith she hath bound her soul, and her father shall hold his peace at her: then all her vows shall stand, and every bond wherewith she hath bound her soul shall stand.
and her father hears her vow and her pledge with which she has bound her soul, and her father says nothing to her, then all her vows shall stand, and every pledge with which she has bound her soul shall stand.
(030-6) Wenn aber ihr Vater an dem Tage, da er es hört, ihr wehrt, so gilt kein Gelübde und keine Verpflichtung, die sie auf ihre Seele gebunden hat. Und der HERR wird es ihr vergeben, weil ihr Vater ihr gewehrt hat.
Si su padre oyere su voto, y la obligación con que ligó su alma, y su padre callare á ello, todos los votos de ella serán firmes, y toda obligación con que hubiere ligado su alma, firme será.
But if her father disallow her in the day that he heareth; not any of her vows, or of her bonds wherewith she hath bound her soul, shall stand: and the LORD shall forgive her, because her father disallowed her.
But if her father forbids her in the day that he hears, none of her vows or of her pledges with which she has bound her soul, shall stand. The LORD will forgive her, because her father has forbidden her.
(030-7) Hat sie aber einen Mann und hat ein Gelübde auf sich oder ein unbedachtes Versprechen, das sie auf ihre Seele gebunden hat,
Mas si su padre le vedare el día que oyere todos sus votos y sus obligaciones, con que ella hubiere ligado su alma, no serán firmes; y Jehová la perdonará, por cuanto su padre le vedó.
And if she had at all an husband, when she vowed, or uttered ought out of her lips, wherewith she bound her soul;
“If she has a husband, while her vows are on her, or the rash utterance of her lips with which she has bound her soul,
(030-8) und ihr Mann hört es und schweigt still an dem Tage, da er davon hört, so gilt ihr Gelübde und ihre Verpflichtung, welche sie auf ihre Seele gebunden hat.
Empero si fuere casada, é hiciere votos, ó pronunciare de sus labios cosa con que obligue su alma;
And her husband heard it, and held his peace at her in the day that he heard it: then her vows shall stand, and her bonds wherewith she bound her soul shall stand.
and her husband hears it, and says nothing to her in the day that he hears it; then her vows shall stand, and her pledges with which she has bound her soul shall stand.
(030-9) Wenn aber ihr Mann ihr wehrt an dem Tage, da er es hört, so macht er damit ihr Gelübde kraftlos, das sie auf sich hat, und das unbedachte Versprechen, das sie auf ihre Seele gebunden hat; und der HERR wird es ihr vergeben.
Si su marido lo oyere, y cuando lo oyere callare á ello, los votos de ella serán firmes, y la obligación con que ligó su alma, firme será.
But if her husband disallowed her on the day that he heard it; then he shall make her vow which she vowed, and that which she uttered with her lips, wherewith she bound her soul, of none effect: and the LORD shall forgive her.
But if her husband forbids her in the day that he hears it, then he makes void her vow which is on her and the rash utterance of her lips, with which she has bound her soul. The LORD will forgive her.
(030-10) Das Gelübde einer Witwe oder einer Verstoßenen, alles, was sie sich auf die Seele gebunden hat, soll für sie gelten.
Pero si cuando su marido lo oyó, le vedó, entonces el voto que ella hizo, y lo que pronunció de sus labios con que ligó su alma, será nulo; y Jehová lo perdonará.
But every vow of a widow, and of her that is divorced, wherewith they have bound their souls, shall stand against her.
“But the vow of a widow, or of her who is divorced, everything with which she has bound her soul shall stand against her.
(030-11) Hat aber eine Frau im Hause ihres Mannes ein Gelübde getan oder sich mit einem Eid etwas auf die Seele gebunden,
Mas todo voto de viuda, ó repudiada, con que ligare su alma, será firme.
And if she vowed in her husband’s house, or bound her soul by a bond with an oath;
“If she vowed in her husband’s house or bound her soul by a bond with an oath,
(030-12) und ihr Mann hat es gehört und dazu geschwiegen und ihr nicht gewehrt, so gelten alle ihre Gelübde und alles, was sie auf ihre Seele gebunden hat.
Y si hubiere hecho voto en casa de su marido, y hubiere ligado su alma con obligación de juramento,
And her husband heard it, and held his peace at her, and disallowed her not: then all her vows shall stand, and every bond wherewith she bound her soul shall stand.

(030-13) Entkräftet es aber ihr Mann an dem Tage, da er es hört, so gilt nichts von dem, was über ihre Lippen gegangen ist, das Gelübde oder die Verpflichtung ihrer Seele; denn ihr Mann hat es entkräftet, und der HERR wird es ihr vergeben.
Si su marido oyó, y calló á ello, y no le vedó; entonces todos sus votos serán firmes, y toda obligación con que hubiere ligado su alma, firme será.
But if her husband hath utterly made them void on the day he heard them; then whatsoever proceeded out of her lips concerning her vows, or concerning the bond of her soul, shall not stand: her husband hath made them void; and the LORD shall forgive her.
But if her husband made them null and void in the day that he heard them, then whatever proceeded out of her lips concerning her vows, or concerning the bond of her soul, shall not stand. Her husband has made them void. The LORD will forgive her.
(030-14) Alle Gelübde und jeden Verpflichtungseid zur Demütigung der Seele kann ihr Mann bestätigen oder entkräften.
Mas si su marido los anuló el día que los oyó; todo lo que salió de sus labios cuanto á sus votos, y cuanto á la obligación de su alma, será nulo; su marido los anuló, y Jehová la perdonará.

(030-15) Wenn er aber von einem Tage bis zum andern schweigt, so bekräftigt er ihr ganzes Gelübde und die Verpflichtung, die sie auf sich hat, weil er an dem Tage, da er es gehört, geschwiegen hat.
Todo voto, ó todo juramento obligándose á afligir el alma, su marido lo confirmará, ó su marido lo anulará.
But if her husband altogether hold his peace at her from day to day; then he establisheth all her vows, or all her bonds, which are upon her: he confirmeth them, because he held his peace at her in the day that he heard them.
But if her husband says nothing to her from day to day, then he establishes all her vows or all her pledges which are on her. He has established them, because he said nothing to her in the day that he heard them.
(030-16) Wollte er's aber erst später entkräften, nachdem er es gehört hat, so müßte er ihre Schuld tragen.
Empero si su marido callare á ello de día en día, entonces confirmó todos sus votos, y todas las obligaciones que están sobre ella: confirmólas, por cuanto calló á ello el día que lo oyó.
But if he shall any ways make them void after that he hath heard them; then he shall bear her iniquity.
But if he makes them null and void after he has heard them, then he shall bear her iniquity.”
(030-17) Das sind die Rechte, die der HERR Mose geboten hat, eines Mannes gegenüber seinem Weibe und eines Vaters gegenüber seiner Tochter, solange sie noch eine Jungfrau in ihres Vaters Hause ist.
Mas si las anulare después de haberlas oído, entonces él llevará el pecado de ella. Estas son las ordenanzas que Jehová mandó á Moisés entre el varón y su mujer, entre el padre y su hija, durante su mocedad en casa de su padre.
These are the statutes, which the LORD commanded Moses, between a man and his wife, between the father and his daughter, being yet in her youth in her father’s house.
