Perciocchè, se voi vi stornate di dietro a lui, egli seguiterà a lasciarlo nel deserto; e così farete perir tutto questo popolo.

Si os volviereis de en pos de él, él volverá otra vez á dejaros en el desierto, y destruiréis á todo este pueblo.

For if ye turn away from after him, he will yet again leave them in the wilderness; and ye shall destroy all this people.
