12En estas ciudades pueden estar a salvo del vengador, de quien tiene el derecho de castigo; para que la muerte no alcance al que toma la vida hasta que haya sido juzgado por la reunión de la gente.

12Y os serán aquellas ciudades por acogimiento del pariente, y no morirá el homicida hasta que esté á juicio delante de la congregación.

12And they shall be unto you cities for refuge from the avenger; that the manslayer die not, until he stand before the congregation in judgment.
