Se algum homem for acusado de golpear sua vítima com um instrumento de ferro e esta vítima morrer, então, o acusado é, de fato, um assassino. Ele certamente morrerá.

Y si con instrumento de hierro lo hiriere y muriere, homicida es; el homicida morirá:

And if he smite him with an instrument of iron, so that he die, he is a murderer: the murderer shall surely be put to death.
