S'il l'a frappé, ayant à la main une pierre qui peut causer la mort, et que la mort s'ensuive, c'est un meurtrier : le meurtrier sera puni de mort.

Y si con piedra de mano, de que pueda morir, lo hiriere, y muriere, homicida es; el homicida morirá.

And if he smite him with throwing a stone, wherewith he may die, and he die, he is a murderer: the murderer shall surely be put to death.

If he struck him with a stone in the hand, by which a man may die, and he died, he is a murderer. The murderer shall surely be put to death.
